Is this complex a joke? I will attempt to be positive and say that the office ladies are friendly. Anyway, we lived here for nearly two years and none of it has been pleasant. Parking is terrible. My roommate parked in a faded (nearly unrecognizable) handicap spot for a few hours until a spot opened up. They towed him. Then when someone parks in your spot you paid for, no consequences, you just lose your spot. We have had to park down by the office far away from our place one week after move in, then wake up to find our car got broken into and radio was stolen. Security and the office didn't seem to care. If you don't move your car after 3 days, they will slap a giant sticker on your window that's impossible to remove causing a blind spot while driving to work. My stove was falling apart and didn't even come with drip pans under the burners, wires exposed and all. It had huge dents and the oven doesnt keep temperature. I reported the oven, they came out to look at it, and said it just needed drip pans which they would install. They never installed them. A few of my cabinets came with liners, most of them came with mold. The property smells like cigarettes, and they will mow outside your unit during early hours of the morning. The black mold is intense. Also, we went to use the tanning bed for the first time, and it happened to be broken and under repair, months later they finally closed it down completely after never fixing it. They don't maintain the gym at all, the treadmill was broken for months, and there's usually no sanitizing wipes for your machine. Don't bother paying the sure deposit, they will charge you the full deposit any way at move out. Approximately $503, for painting, cleaning, and fees they pulled out of their asses. My favorite was the $1.95 "final moveout fee". The carpet was stained when we moved in, and we got billed for it! Thanks Artesia! Glad to be done with you!

My wife and I have taken the fused glass and pottery bowl class and could not be more pleased. Just the right amount of instruction and freedom to work in each medium comfortably. The studio has everything imaginable for the courses and the the instructor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend this for not just individuals but families and groups of friends looking to make memories together.

Great place to live. Office staff is friendly and always helpful. Every time I bring my dog in the office she gets a treat from the staff. New management took over a few months ago and it has been nothing but improvements since.

This is a great place to get some artistic talents out of you. My four daughters were thrilled to do the glazing and glass fusion projects. Very professional staff and enough tools, material and guidance are provided. I ended up participating with a little glass fusion project myself. Very relaxing!

We came for a 90 min class it was so well thought and organized. I honestly wasn't attracted to leaving with anything today as it was my first time doing Pottery but Jay made it so easy that I stayed after and painted my creation. Can't wait to see how it looks!! Thanks Jay! Highly recommend 👌

We had an amazing experience! We choose this class as one of our wedding anniversary and we were glad we did. The teacher provided relaxing music and all the materials we needed for the class. He did a great job explaining everything and we got a precious bowl to remember our fun experience. Definitely will try it again in the near future.

I lived in Artesia by the Lake Apartments for 2 years; in total I paid around 45k in rent and expenses during this time. The security in this apartment complex was absolutely horrible; my motorcycle was almost stolen on 2 separate occasions. The thief damaged my ignition trying to steal my motorcycle, rendering it very difficult to start. In addition, my son’s bicycle was stolen twice. There are homeless and unsavory people walking outside the apartments at night; on multiple occasions I would have to go outside to "The Cove" to ask people who were camping out there to leave. I alerted management each time an incident occured, but there was no change in monitoring. iIn short, I am beyond disappointed with the poor management from this place and the lack of sympathy and compassion towards residents. The way that Thrive handled the COVID-19 pandemic was very poor. There was never an offer to help the residents in any way. For instance, my main kitchen light was out for several months; I was unable to change this myself because the lighting fixture used can only be exchanged by maintenance. I was forced to cook in dim lighting for months, and with an 8 year old child, at times this felt very unsafe. The apartment needed maintenance throughout the pandemic, and this work was not completed until about a month before I moved out (October). The facilities and amenities were closed for almost the whole year since February, which I understand because it was a state law to close down gyms and pools. My point is that I understand that no one was prepared for COVID-19, but management never offered any financial relief to its residents, such as decreasing rent by a couple hundred dollars due to the fact that maintenance was unavailable and the amenities unusable. I finally moved out this November. I was already expecting for management to keep my deposit for damages, which is fine and reasonable. However, I am being charged $350 more because my deposit did not cover everything. The right thing to do would be to waive that amount because of all the lack of maintenance and facilities closed for the whole year. In addition, I was told by management to leave the apartment on 11/01 before 5 pm. I did this as requested, and yet am being charged $58 for "a day's rent" although this was the date specifically told to me by management. Artesia by the Lake will squeeze every penny from you. I will pay the final amount, but I hope by reading this it will prevent other people from living here. Please don’t reply asking me to call you guys. I have called the office to express my concerns many times and all they reply is the same as always. I understand but never listen to you. They will never work with you, it's their way only.

Management staff consistently provides exemplary customer service and attention to detail. Each time I visit the office is truly a treat as I am always greeted with a friendly welcome and smiles all around. I have lived at Artesia for awhile and I can confidently say that it is by far the best multifamily living experience I have ever had. The management staff appear organized, knowledgeable, and experts in their field. A notable example is the new maintenance supervisor. He is friendly, wise, and a true asset to the community. It is impossible not to notice the cleanliness and high quality of the facilities since he started. He always addresses my maintenance questions and although I have never put in a maintenance request, I am certain he would respond quickly and effectively. He also hosted a really fun origami night! What a talented individual! Thank you Thrive and Artesia staff for providing an exceptional living experience not only to me, but the community at large.

This experience was amazing! We were treated to this activity from our Tupperware Director and I'm so glad she introduced us to glass fusing!! Who knew cutting and piecing together glass could be so relaxing and fun!! I definitely would love to find a place like this back home to take my friends and family to! Thanks for this experience! It was wonderful!

After 2 years of living here, my opinion of this place has changed a lot... Homeless people literally sleep outside your door and the security this complex pays for doesn't dispatch after 5 am. The amount of homeless has increased within the 2 years I've lived here. When we moved here, they enforced a doggie defecation system, now that system's gone, and with it comes all these "loving pet owners" who don't clean up. If I had to choose an apartment complex again, I would have most definitely chosen an apartment complex that is miles from any highway or main road. That I believe is the only buffer against the mob of homeless that destroy your vehicles, steal anything worth value, sleep/urinate outside your door, leaving needles on the ground, all the while paying for a security system that quits at 5 am. So unless this complex magically starts increasing security, I wouldn't stay at any complex around Everett whose definition of security is "I'm done at 5 am". I don't feel safe around here with my fiancee being stalked by random homeless dudes. Maybe if you're into that "wild wild west" lifestyle and don't find coffee to be accommodating enough at providing that morning jolt, then by all means, move into this complex where the homeless sleep, lurk, shoot up, piss, and charge there phones outside your door!!! It happens often to be honest, investing in an outdoor camera has resulted in my absolute disgust with this area. The maintenance workers were honestly the best part of this rental. They are all friendly, kind, and honestly care about the messed up situations that occur on this property.

Artesia is a very welcoming apartment complex with a great location! Right next to Costco, with an indoor pool, dog park, gym, and a kids park. The apartments themselves are well put together and have a decent amount of space, but by far the best part about artesia is their office staff, always willing to help and have a smile on their faces to welcome you in for whatever you need. Would highly recommend at the very least dropping by and checking it out. I have been very satisfied with my place and I’m sure I will continue to be!

I have lived here at artesia for about one year. The staff here is incredible and always has a smile on their faces! They've always been helpful for any issues I might have and always made sure I was happy with my experience here. The apartments are remodeled and are wonderful to live in! The parking here is awesome and there is always a spot to park in. I personally have a carport and with two cars, I've never had an issue finding a spot. I've lived at many different properties and this one is hands down the best there is! You will absolutely love it here!

We needed some support bars installed in the bathroom. When I mentioned it to Mikki she was very excited to get things started. She immediately wrote a request for the installation and coordinated the date and time with Shane. He was very prompt with the time and during the installation he made sure everything was square, level and plumb. He discovered the faucet for the shower wasn't working properly and fixed it on the spot. We have been very pleased with every aspect of living here at Artesia and very happy to have Mikki and Shane available to us.They are always so helpful! Thank you! Gary Wing

After spending quite a bit of time trying to find a nice place to call home, we feel we have hit the jackpot! The location is right across from Silver Lake which is beautiful! The property is newly renovated, very well maintained and all of the staff sincerely care about keeping the high standards of cleanliness, organization and care for the residents intact. The neighbors all seem quite kind and everyone seems to just enjoy living here as much as we do!

Had a great time with our first clay sculpting class. Jay was friendly and helpful, definitely a good first time instructor for the art of pottery and clay working. He is a big advocate of having you take control of your own artwork; he’s available if you need help but let’s you act with your own artistic magic during the session. Definitely enjoyed our time, looking forward to another opportunity to visit and learn a different technique and/or art style :) Thank you for the great experience!

My bestie surprised me with a 90 min pottery class taught by Angela. We got to make a bowl from a lump of clay! It was super fun! The instructor was excellent! She made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Aprons are provided but the clay did wash out of my clothes (I’m a bit messy). Part instruction is through video and also hands on. We formed our bowls, dried them, and then did glaze painting. I believe it was an extra $30/piece for painting them but I could be wrong. I’m not sure how much the class costs since it was a gift from my friend. I would definitely love to do this again and I can’t wait to see my finished creation. We made the drive up from Puyallup and it was fun! Angela made the experience even better. She is patient and kind. She would be great with kids I would think. Thank you Angela! I hope you get to read this and get a raise too! You deserve it! ☺️ The studio has 2 large bathrooms and there is plenty of parking. Check the official website or Groupon for deals.

I found FEELartistic Studio online while looking for a stained glass class. A friend joined me and we both took the introductory course. Jay walked us through each step and was readily available any time we had any questions. It was so much fun and honestly pretty therapeutic! We were able to complete each of our own unique pieces and take it home with us. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back soon for their Holiday designs and additional classes!

Took the beginners pottery course and had a great time! They provide all the tools needed so just show up with clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. Our instructor, Karen, was very helpful. Kind of a big class so you had to wait a bit if you had a question. They use a recorded video to help explain the steps. Everyone’s piece looked so different even though we all started with the same piece of clay - how cool! :) Option to have your finished product shipped to you or you’ll receive a text when it’s ready for pick up in ~2 weeks. So excited to see my finished product! Worth the experience as they often run specials online. They have quite a few different classes - not just pottery. Would love to go back and book studio time or take friends here!

This was so much fun! My fiancé surprised me with an intro to pottery class for my birthday and it was even better than I anticipated. Our instructor (I believe his name was Greg) was wonderful, the perfect amount of hands on help and knowing when to leave us to our devices. He really helped keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed. Instruction was very easy to follow and even my fiancé, who isn’t very artistically inclined, thoroughly enjoyed himself. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

One of the best family time we ever spent on my 2 kid's birthdays, just us family. The studio practices safe social distancing, masks at all times, and you know it other clients give you space. It's great place to bring your whole family at this studio. It will lower your stress level, calm your family down, interesting, great birthday outing for family, fun, design something, play with it, and let it bake, and then take it home for memory, you made it, share your story, what inspired you, you cherish it for life, take some photos inside the studio, they have great teachers, make you feel welcome. I took my family one Saturday last Dec 2020 for Glass Infusion. I think I had more fun than my kids. See raw photos of pre-infused art. We each made something from heart. If you want to know how it turned out when it's infused, then you give it a try, take your family for a session, and see the result of your artistic mind. We loved it, and were very impressed of the results, and now planning to book a family session on Pottery. Thank You all.

My partner and I decided to take a beginner pottery class for our anniversary since it’s something we’ve been wanting to do for a while. We stumbled upon this studio with a quick Yelp search and I’m REALLY glad we found this place! Our instructor, Jay, was hands on and clearly explained the process step by step. He was knowledgeable and passionate about working with clay and sharing that experience with others. This studio is very welcoming and friendly. The prices were also really reasonable compared to other studios I’ve researched. We will definitely be coming back here for some studio time in the future.

I had fun at the "break it and make it" glass fusion class today with my daughter. I reserved a spot earlier this week via their website. The studio is neat & tidy with plenty of finished works as well as works in progress; pottery, glass fusion, painting, and sketch art. Light jazz was playing in the background. The studio's ambiance will help get the creative juices flowing. The instructor, Jay, greeted us and was brief and precise. Soon we were on our own to make our masterpieces with their materials and tools. I can't wait to return in a couple weeks and get our finished work after it gets "cooked." I'll be going back for another class when I find time.

I had a beginner pottery class at feelartistic studio. The experience was great! I got to make a food bowl for my dog and color it with my favorite colors! The lesson is easy to follow and the instructor here is very friendly and helpful.

Karyn was a fantastic instructor! She was very knowledgeable and used video examples to help us understand each step. As this was my first time using a pottery wheel her patience and individual help was much appreciated.

I can't say enough about these apartments and the management. I just renewed my lease enthusiastically! I love living literally across the street from the lake and my pup loves it here, too! The office and maintenance staff are exemplary and always responsive with requests. When it snowed, they proactively salted and cleared the parking lots, before during and after. The resident events are fun and have included origami night, an espresso truck, door decorating contest and movie night! I love all the amenities including the dog park, pool & hot tub, outdoor deck, and u-pick blueberries! My only challenge has been parking but i decided to pay for a covered spot to avoid further issues. I love living here! <3

Great maintenance staff! Justin and Shane are top notch! Lauren & Desiree are awesome office staff! The main issue everyone has is parking. There are too few parking places and too many people! What is needed is a parking garage built in the woodland area.

We moved here in January of 2019 and have loved it. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly and always willing to help. On a whim, we emailed asking about moving to a bigger unit when our lease was up, and they got back to us to let us know our dream unit was available now and we've started the process of packing and getting ready to move at the beginning of June. Even through the COVID-19 crisis the staff has been diligent about helping us over email and phone.

Artesia has become a pleasant retreat to call home. The renovations are beautiful and well thought out. I absolutely love the location of the new dog park. Its great to watch the sun rise and drink my coffee while my fur baby runs around . I cant wait to experience the new fire pit. Last but not least, the staff is A*M*A*Z*I*N*G. You will love it here...

It's unfortunate but unless you moved into a renovated apartment you don't get the new look. You have to move out or they won't renovate, even if you are paying top dollar. Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was so fun. I took pottery many years ago in high school and was never really good at it. Jay helped everyone out of they needed it and everyone seemed to learn a lot. I will be going back for studio rental and maybe take a class for glass.

Karen was the absolute best. Had so much fun and she was so helpful! Definitely worth it and am hoping to come back for open studio time to work on my “centering” because that was a big fail on my part 😂

We have taken two classes, and have a third one scheduled already. Super inexpensive, we weren’t hounded by staff (did it all at our own pace), amazingly friendly encouraging staff!! Highly recommend this activity!! Thank you!

Super cute, welcoming, all levels friendly local arts studio. For all the gorlies who want to start learning pottery - it’s such a good deal to take a lesson first and then buy in bulk studio time (p much everyday 3-5pm and Saturdays 10am-12pm). Usually it’s impossible to find an affordable / not snobby pottery studio in Seattle but this is a gem!

Extremely fun class! Decided to stop by for my birthday, and will definitely come back for more activities. The atmosphere was very peaceful and there were many materials to use. I appreciated that it was a class where you could be left alone, but help was always there if you needed it. Very excited to come back!
