Horrible business with stuck up rude staff, even some racist employees. Went in to inquire about the plasma donation process. Even though it was not busy at all, two employees instantly yelled at me and laughed at me. Made me Feel like an idiot for asking a question, and worse yet as I was leaving I heard one snicker a racist remark that I won't repeat here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE ANYWHERE BUT HERE

Took two hours out of a work day to go to donate blood. Three attendants attempted to draw blood but couldn't not get a vein. Then they asked me to reschedule and come back another day. Leaving they asked if I had drank any water, which I had. They treated me like it was my fault for their incompetencies. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Won't be returning to this location.

Professional, kind phlebotomists, volunteer staffers are well-trained and easy to talk to. Edit of hours needed--it is closed Thursdays.

This one star goes not to the crew but the org and system themselves. My wife, who's still not very fluent in English, tried to donate blood at this place and she couldn't because the questionnaire apparently has to be asked and responded in English and English only. If you want translation assistance (even if it's very minor) you're out of luck as there's no "certified translators" on-site. You cannot bring someone with you since they will request you to come in on your own. And apparently they won't use an over the phone interpreter either. So yeah, in order to be a blood donor in here, you have to be proficient in English. Might as well ask for proof of citizenship? I wonder how they do with people with other communicative barriers then? Fortunately the staff was very helpful overall and absolutely not ill-intended but they can do so much when the system imposes such ridiculous and unnecessary limitations. Imagine being told your blood is not welcome based on the language you speak. We know that's not the case here, but it's hard to avoid feeling exactly that.

If you want to get more donations, make it easier to make a donation. Accept walk ins. Covid is not the issue that it was. It’s October of ‘23. After 7 minutes listening to the voicemail tree, and not getting to speak to anyone with my eligibility question, I gave up. At least have an option to simply speak to someone. Many of us potential donors are not those who enjoy hoop jumping on our phones.

Very good friendly staff. It is always a pleasure to visit and contribute my blood donation to help others. I'll continue to visit the Everett Oak St. location for all my furniture donations.

I have been donating here for couple of years now. Today's donation went not as good as it usually does. Not sure if it was a training day or what the issue was. Also didn't see but only 1 familiar face, so maybe just a few newbies?
