My fiancee and I just picked up my engagement ring, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and professional. We had our engagement ring from the 50s repaired, my main ask was to keep as closest the original as possible. The price was broken down and explained to us, so we felt comfortable and it was great to know how much we would pay.  It just took 2 weeks, and the ring looks amazing! I'm so happy we found Cline Jewelers, I am definitely coming back for future repairs or for purchasing jewelry. We went to another jewelry before Cline, and they said the repair would not be possible, and to do anything with the diamonds would cost at least $2k. So do yourself a favor, and go to Cline before trying somewhere else. I promise that will be the first and last place.

I brought an 18k gold chain for repair, and I was immediately met with phenomenal customer service, and I knew that great would be taken with the piece. I originally didn’t want an engagement ring because I don’t like the feeling of rings in my fingers and for personal reasons. But, we decided to appease our families as both were pushing for engagement rings. So, my fiancé and I went to Cline to have a diamond taken out of a piece of jewelry my grandma gave me and made into an engagement ring. Gina was very attentive and even offered to wear a mask without us bringing it up when we first came in with them on. I am high risk for COVID, so I was nervous about going in. I appreciate that she was courteous in that way. I never ask people to wear masks, but a lot of people are rude to me for just having one on myself. Glad that wasn’t the experience here. The ring came out exactly as I wanted it. It took a little over a month. I’m glad I chose this place. And if I ever decided to have jewelry repurposed again, I’ll go here.

We matched the stones to my wedding ring and my new ring is gorgeous! It looks better than the original one we looked at. Then she helped my husband surprise me with a matching pair of earrings! We came to Cline to have a wedding ring and band resized. We were meet with outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I had a customer ring made from my original wedding ring, which had broken and an heirloom piece from my Grandfather that was too ugly and weird to use. I inherited some jewelry from my parents and I brought in several pieces that I wanted to use some stones from to make a ring. I worked with Mindy to design a ring with three diamonds from items I brought in. I was able to sell the gold from several other pieces to offset the cost of the custom ring which really helped with the entirety of the cost. Mindy was very easy to work with and the process was pretty high tech with a 3D ring to try on before the actual ring was made. It was all done and delivered before the set date. I have had my engagement/wedding ring since my husband proposed to me on Christmas Day 2005 and we married July 7, 2007. Over the years, my knuckles have gotten larger (*my body has not 😂). Finally after a handful of months of not being able to wear my ring, we decided it was time to take it in and have the size adjusted. Due to its unique design, we were VERY worried about how a ring like this could be resized. We took our ring to Cline Jewelers in Edmonds. Not only were they able to size the platinum motif eternity band without affecting the design (by increasing my ring two sizes larger!!), they were also successful in soldering my two white gold anniversary bands to each outer edge, as well as increasing their sizes to form one solid band. When I picked up my ring today, I was near tears and trembling at how well they did. The ring was returned to me as beautiful as it was on the day my husband proposed to me with it.

Fantastic first time experience with great service. I submitted an appointment request online and was able to get in the same day. I received a text when the work was complete, scheduling a same day pickup appointment. They took my grandmother's ring that she had for over 80 years and enlarged it, updated with new fittings and a couple small stones all the while keeping it's original look. It took only a week to complete. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I really wanted to have an opal in my engagement ring, so we started to research last year. First, we went to some big stores (Shane Co., Jared, etc.) and got very negative reactions to our requests. One salesman looked at my husband and said judgmentally, "Do you really want to get her OPAL engagement ring!" in front of me. We were disappointed and discouraged until we came across a small jeweler in downtown Edmonds. It was definitely our lucky day! I spotted an opal cabochon that I fell in love with. Wonderful Ana consulted us with the possibility to design my own ring. We loved that idea and started to work on it. The result was even better than we we had hoped!
