Sure wish I could give zero stars. Terrible about returning calls to customers or upholding promises. Took a year and a half for them to suddenly start offering replacement masks for my CPAP, which should be replaced every month, and every time I asked about it they insisted it would be taken care of. A year after my last contact with them, started getting automated phone calls offering the masks. Spoke with a person to get them to stop calling me ( have been using another company that actually cares about their customers) and just got another automated call a month later. This company simply does not know how to follow through on promises.

We rented a wheelchair for a few days from out of town. Super affordable, threw in a cushion for free and were very kind to us. Cannot speak highly enough of them!

Chris did a awesome job . Chris was friendly and kind to the elderly and very knowledgeable about the bed. The thing that stood out about him is that he was very prepared, hardworking good attitude and it went very well with his well groomed appearance . He moved quickly but took his time and the bed was set up in minutes. Thank employee of VISITING ANGELS CARE .

I needed a portable patient lift for my husband, ASAP. The staff at the Everett office were able to accommodate us quickly and very professionally. Chris delivered the equipment to our home “special delivery”, as promised, that evening. Chris took the time to Instruct us on how to use and maintain the equipment and battery. He is very knowledgeable and was very professional. Bellvue healthcare has helped us out multiple times these past few years. It is very comforting to know I can always rely on them to deliver whatever medical equipment I need. A big thank you to everyone.

BH is the wheelchair provider for Providence Physiatry in Everett. The Physiatrist prescribed a wheelchair for my mom a month and a half ago, and no wheelchair. There seems to be an inability to communicate in a timely manner with Providence, with, I believe, blame shared between the two offices. Therefore, we cancelled the order.

Would be five stars. Called earlier today about picking up crutches/knee scooter for an upcoming leg surgery for my adult son (who has autism) and spoke with a very friendly pleasant individual, was told come on in - just make sure to bring an ID and prescription, which of course he had. We were "greeted" with a strident dismissal from a Danielle (who I was not even sure worked there until her belligerent gatekeeping attitude revealed itself). I encourage my son to take care of his own business, but today I had to intervene. Thanks to the courteous and thorough assistance from Michael (who is five stars - by the way - and then some!) for taking over and getting us what we needed!

Anytime we need a medical item we call or go to Bellevue Medical in Everett. They give me the best pricing, excellent pricing, but most important thing is the customer service. You can’t get that at Amazon.

Over the last two years, we bought our electric medical bed, hoyer lift, shower chair, standing frame, tilt in space wheelchair, and many smaller items here. George has helped us with our purchases and him, Duncan, and Kenny have all been to our home to help us with setting things up or resolving concerns. When our standing frame broke, they replaced parts and then it broke again. We had to wait a long time to get it replaced due to the manufacturer but we were taken care of. When our medical bed broke, it was out of warranty but Kenny was out the next day with new parts to fix it. We are very grateful for all of the employees who have been there for us. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Recommended.

Huge thank you to George in finding the perfect lift chair for a family member who was coming home after having a stroke during Covid19. It was so difficult to shop for chairs in person and by relying on George’s expertise and knowledge on the phone he helped me find the perfect chair. From time of order to delivery and installation at the house was a week. The personal service was greatly appreciated vs. ordering a chair online and having the box left on the porch. Highly recommend George and the team in Everett!

Great environment and the best place to supply medical care equipment including landscaping ramps which ultimately will prevent me a back injury. Thankyou Bellevue Healthcare for helping me find the best ramp for my lawncare needs.

Friendly staff. Quick service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Set up an account and walked out with what I needed. Brenda explained the paperwork I was signing and the insurance options, helping me understand what my options were. Thank you for your help, Brenda!

I recently went on a family reunion in Oregon, but while on my trip. I had to use my walker quite frequently as it was one of the only ways I could get around. Using my walker on the uneven rocky ground messed up my front right tire and found out that it broke the bearing in the swivel part . On Friday July 7th I went in to see if they could help me get it fixed. The staff was amazing and very helpful! Thank you all for the kind and caring atmosphere you have and show your customers!

I see a lot of positive reviews, unfortunately my experience does not allow me to give them more than 2 stars and I hesitate to give that. My biggest issue is their phone system. I have very rarely been able to get someone on the phone during business hours that could answer a question. Either their phone rings and rings and no one answers or you get put on hold and the call eventually ends. All the local DME businesses referred me to BH for mobility scooter rentals. When I got no where with the phone call, I actually went into the Everett store. Where I saw employees ignoring the constant ringing phone. It appeared there were enough employees to answer the phones, but I don't have all the facts as to why that is a struggle for them. I feel the in person customer service was adequate but nothing impressive. I was simply told "We have scooters for rent, we have none in stock now though and you cannot reserve or order one to be brought in to rent" There was no attempt in giving me a referral to somewhere else or anything. No help. So, if you need one I hope you are just a lucky person, because you will have to call all the time to see if they have one in stock. There was also no real interest in wanting my business, it seems like they just didn't care. I waited about 3 weeks closer to when I needed the rental and tried calling again. 1st call I was placed on hold and that call was disconnected, so I called back. Was put on hold again and was told nothing was available and quickly had the phone call ended on me, no "is there anything else we can help you with?" and I didn't feel I could ask any other questions. Very disappointing. The system isn't a great one for renting, I would suggest not wasting your time with Bellevue healthcare and go somewhere else.

Their hours are not convenient. They don't accept Boeing BCBS insurance. They originally gave us a very heavy knee scooter, we had to go back and ask for a lighter one. Their charges for a used knee scooter for a month is about equal to the price of one on Amazon. I needed it longer than a month so A LOT more expensive than Amazon even with my out-of-network approved amount payback. ($200 out of pocket + $80 covered by insurance vs. Amazon $100-$120)

Chris delivered us a new/replacement oxygen concentrator. The alarm on the previous machine would go on( high pitched sound and red light) The customer Mary Coupe called about6:30 this evening and @8:00 Chris was here.... He showed us where the levels should be set, how to clean the filter and was very polite and professional.

Chris was very helpful with setting up all the equipment and explaining how allot it works. There is a 24/7 number if i have questions or concerns. My family has used Bellevue Healthcare several times and we are never disappointed with the level of service.

Thank you very much to driver, Chris A., for being so professional with my 94 year old Mom. Chris was very helpful in setting up her oxygen and did so in a safe, clean manner during our pandemic. Thanks again, Chris!

I recently had total knee replacement surgery and needed a fully electric hospital bed during my recovery. Bellevue Healthcare was very reasonable at $200 per month for the bef and very responsive in arranging pickup and delivery. The delivery men were particularly excellent. They were very efficient and quick. They set up the bed in minutes , answered my questions and showed me how it operated. They were respectful and wore a mask throughout the visit. They were friendly and on time. I will definitely go to them again if I need healthcare equipment in the future.

Absolutely incredible experience. Needed to rent a wheelchair for my father to help enjoy sightseeing while on vacation. David was absolutely great. So helpful and kind. Fun to hear his excitement for us on our trip. The cost was so affordable and I know it is going to make our day more enjoyable.

I bought a generic knee brace on Nov 19th from a very unhelpful gentleman. My questions went unanswered and he seemed incredibly uninterested in helping me find a good fit (which may be bc this is not his forte, but he did not express that at the time). He did give me a referral but it was to a place that needed a script-& I told him I didn't have one, so he knew this-& only provides custom orthotics and prosthetics. My spouse has been incredibly sick for the past eight weeks and acutely ill the past two weeks), and Dec 5th was the first opportunity I had to get away and return the item. Their return policy is ten days, which I obviously surpassed, and the gentleman I spoke with, while sympathetic, would not return the item. Now, I understand that it is not their policy to return items one week after the return period, but he explained that he would have made an exception if it was a smaller timeframe, meaning that it was an option at his discretion. He does not know me, so of course he can't verify my story, but if it is discretionary, then based on his opinion of the situation why would he not return the item ($44) contingent upon the information I provided? He could have. Would he have returned it if it was only three, four or five days? This is a medical supply company. Surely they could (since they obviously do in other cases) make this happen? Just disappointed in the overall experience unfortunately. The second gentleman did, however, provide me with a referral to another supply place that could help me, which was great as they were able to provide me with what I needed-so that's a plus.

I got rejected by their sales rep.for trying to replace my old manual wheelchair! Their reason is, profit margins from Medicare are not high enough to sell them. So much for friendly hometown service!

Got all my medical supplies here over the last 5 years. I've had both hips and a knee replacement. Recently, I got a travel wheelchair, CPM mobility machine, and hot cold therapy machine. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Their customer service is the best!

Ordered a toilet seat booster over the phone for standard seat. I sent my husband to pick it up since I can’t walk. They had the items I ordered at the front desk but replaced the standard size with elongated without informing him. He signed a form stating non refundable not knowing the wrong size was given to us. I left msg on voice mail stating they made a mistake and should exchange without paying twice. Will update stars if resolved.

My mother bought a cane August 12. We returned and received a receipt saying they would refund our money but they only write checks on the 20th of every month. My 87 year old mother has called 2x this month and was told they Wilson into it. Finally went in with her today at 1:30 and spoke to the manager Brent. He was going to get back to us today. They are now closed and we didn’t get any call. We will be escalating this so she can get her money back as was promised.
