Dr. Liz performed the most thorough and personal hearing test and diagnosis I’ve ever had. She explained everything and was patient with my questions and encouraging with my somewhat severe hearing loss for a middle age woman. The best part was I walked out with hearing aids that you can see and so t have to charge and I can hear! No more closed captions will be necessary on the tv. What a find- I selected Dr. Amy off of amazing Yelp reviews and I’m so glad I waited a week until she had time her schedule for a lengthy initial appointment. Couldn’t be happier!!

I have been going to Dr. Sheri for a while. Even when she was with Lutheran General Hospital. I had such wonderful hearing experiences with her that I did everything I could to find her again. I finally found her office and I started going to her again. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I encourage anybody looking for help to go to Audiology Associates and you will have very wonderful experiences also.

This morning I had an appointment with Dr Liz Meyer, and I had a great experience. She was professional, personable, and informative. The reason for my visit was to get a mold (impression) of my ears done for custom in ear monitors, and I couldn't be more happy with how easy everything was, and how great they turned out. Highly recommend for any musician trying to find a audiologist.

I'm always satisfied when I visit Audiology in Deerfield. Dr. Sheri and all the other Dr.'s are great. They spend time with you and listen to your concerns and never push you out. They are all there for you, to help you hear as good as possible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say they are over 10. I can't say enough good things about them. I recommend all the Dr.'s at Audiology of Deerfield at over 100 present, because they are there to help you hear better, you get the feeling of a great relationship between the Dr's and patients.

I've grown up playing drums my whole life and recently came across the deep desire to protect my ears after some signs of poor hearing. I went to see Audiology Associates and could not have been happier with my experience and the outcome. Their office was very clean, had a friendly greeting and instantly felt comfortable. They took incredible care of me and helped me find the right tool for me to use in protecting my ears by customizing ear plugs to an exact mold of my ear. Not only do I like using them to protect my ears, they also give my drums a better tone when gigging or practicing and I prefer using anyway just for how comfortable they are. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone! They are professional, extremely kind and very thorough. I even took a lot of their flyers to put up at my own place of work. Very wonderful office! I've had a chance to meet most of the doctors and they are very nice and totally understanding. You can really tell this practice has the best interest for their clients. The office is very cozy, the staff is super attentive, and the thing I like the most is that there is never a million people in the office because visits are scheduled so that you have enough one on one with the doctor without the rush. Throughout the entire engagement, Dr. Christian has been spectacular! He is friendly and caring as a professional, but even better he connects with you at a more personal level and he is able to discern actually how your hearing needs to be. Thus, my outcome was much better than I had hoped. I got what I needed and what I wanted but did not know how to ask. Beyond the 1st appointments, the after-care was no less gratifying. The entire staff is cordial and supportive. The office has a feeling of being a close knit family. If you are unsure of where to go for hearing issues or you like I had a bad prior experience, Audiology Associates is where to go.

From my initial call to Audiology Associates of Deerfield and Ms. Daisy who answered the phone, I knew I had found a great place to get my new hearing aids. Ms.Daisy was incredibly patient and kind in helping me set up an appointment and continued her great service when I then had to cancel and reschedule. While it was going to be at least a 45-minute drive to Deerfield, I could not have been more impressed before even stepping into the office. My appointment was set up with Doctor of Audiology, Dr. Mark Christian, someone who was personally vetted by the renowned audiologist, Dr. Cliff Olson, from Phoenix, Arizona. Even with the recommendation of Dr. Cliff, I was totally, and I mean totally blown away by the professionalism, care, kindness, and genuineness of Dr. Mark. The time he took to get to know me as a person, was unlike anything this old dude had ever experienced with the many doctors I have seen over the years. Then, when it came time to do my hearing test, Dr. Mark explained all that he was going to do, and fully prepared me for my test. Afterwards, in going over the options for my new hearing aids based on my test, he again took the time to explain the differences of the hearing aids offered, which helped me make the decision for my new pair. Ms. Daisy was then very accommodating in assisting me in setting up my appointment to come in and receive my new hearing aids, all within a week of my first appointment. Dr. Mark then took the time to explain everything about them, from how to use the application on my phone for various settings I’d be in, to how to take care of them and more. To say the service from Dr. Mark, Ms. Daisy, and Audiology Associates of Deerfield, was truly great, would be an understatement. Their personalized care surpassed all my expectations, and I have already referred family members to Dr. Mark. Dr. Mark Christian was very pleasant, meticulous attention to detail was his trademark! Pursuant to my hearing test, he determined that not only did I need a hearing aid, but he took voluminous details from his computer and came up with a great recommendation for my hearing aids. Audiology Associates of Deerfield is the best!!! I had tried hearing aids about 12 years ago with one of the national chain hearing centers and it was a complete waste of $5000. They never worked well (sometimes it was harder to hear WITH them), and the rotating staff had no idea how to correct it. I finally gave up after a couple years. A decade later, I decided to try, once again, to do something about about my hearing. I found Audiology Associates of Deerfield and will never look back! Dr. Sheri is absolutely wonderful! The whole staff is friendly and caring. They don’t just do what is easiest — they do what is best for the patient. I can now hear things I haven’t heard in 25 years. I’m so grateful!

Very clean environment. Everything was very clean. No wait time. The doctor is very knowledgeable. The doctor listened to my issues I had with previous hearing aids and set me up with hearing aids that fit me and my needs. Front desk was helpful and nice. I love being able to hear again!

Dr. sherry is amazing; she spent so much time with me to help reduce my tinnitus. I received a 30 day trial of a hearing device that sits deep in the ear and stays there for the length of the battery which is 4 months. She tried numerous fits and worked tirelessly to get it right. She calls you back if you have questions. Highly recommended.
