    It was a very long wait to get a replacement c pap machine but this was not their fault. It is the supply chain issue with everything. When there was a new machine available they called and moved up my appt by ten days and that was fantastic. My old machine was not working well and last night i was able to sleep again. I love all the new features of this new machine what an improvement. Brenda was very helpful when i asked about a chin strap and i was able to leave with one and that worked great also.Thank You

    This is an amended review. I originally gave it 5 stars based upon the excellent service I received by the staff in the Johnston office. However I am amending the review to 1 star due to the repeated horrible service by the “billing department”, and here’s why. My medical coverage covers 100% of my supplies, however, every single time that I would reorder supplies over the past 4 years, the billing department would charge me an erroneous copay. And every time I would spend at least 1 hour on the phone re-clarifying my insurance coverage. And every time they would belatedly correct it. And every time I received new supplies I would once again be erroneously charged a copayment. And every time I would …… so on and so forth repeat this cycle of insanity. I honestly believe that this is a deliberate practice that prays upon those that never question such erroneous copayment charges, and that the company is double dipping off of Medicare and us recipients. If you are experiencing the same insanity, jump ship now and change vendors, because there are many other suppliers.

    Been using CPAP for over 20 years and have experienced a number of DME companies in the New England area... ARC is BY FAR the most responsive company I’ve had the pleasure to work with. And my supplies always come in on time too!!

    I'm a little frustrated. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery of necessary medical supplies. I already called 3 times. Maybe they'll come in the mail today? *UPDATE* I called for the fourth time for this one order. They said they had another "glitch" and they already charged me for my supplies, but they still had them at their office. It would be nice if they admitted to their mistakes, but it hasn't happened. I will be shopping elsewhere next time.

    Thai was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the fit of my c pap headgear. She took her time with me and made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. She also printed out my supply list and explained to me when everything would be due to reorder. I was very pleased with Absolutes service today.

    We just had our 2nd visit with Brenda. She is knowledgeable and great at troubleshooting. She patiently answered all of our questions and put us at ease with her caring personality and sense of humor. It looks like the new mask may be a success. Thank you Brenda!

    Took forever for them to get an initial appointment. Then they messed up initial appointment time. Front desk staff was extremely rude and on her personal phone. Not a fan.

    Consistently get my order wrong! Paid for items never arrived after 21 days I found out the items I paid for over a phone order NEVER SHIPPED! Without a doubt the WORST company I have ever dealt with. 3 years now and they have yet to get an order correct! Who is running this place, Moe Larry and Curly?!

    My husband and I were very pleased with our appointment to learn about our new CPAP machines. Brenda was very professional, with a warm, welcoming personality, and she patiently answered all our questions. The machines are wonderful…whisper quiet with lots of tech to monitor our sleep. Very impressed overall!

    Maria, my tech, was wonderful. Informative, knowledgeable and thoroughly competent in her job. Not impressed with the multiple desks in multiple states my phone calls landed on trying to set up the appointment. Once I got there, Maria straightened out the paperwork and got the job done. Corporate was weak. The local representative got the job done! Bravo

    I can’t say enough good things about Absolute Respiratory Care. They were pleasant from the person who scheduled my appointment, the reminder and the wonderful Respiratory Therapist, Ty, who provided my appointment services. Ty was very professional, compassionate and caring. She reviewed every aspect of my new device and made sure I understood how to set up my CPAP and adjust the face mask to insure a comfortable and effective experience. Ty explained thoroughly how to care for and clean my new CPAP and explained where to call for replacement supplies. I left the office very confident that I could be successful at home with my new machine.

    Easy to find if you read the sign that says its in the rear of the plaza and park there. My instructor was named Brian and he was super. He not only explained how you use the CPAP but what the numbers in the display mean and the best way to clean and maintain the device. Very well spoken, friendly, knowledgeable and personable.

    MaryLou of Absolute Respiratory is outstanding! She is a great communicator, very respectful and very knowledgeable. The service she provides is top-notch. She always answers all of our questions and goes above and beyond to make sure we get the supplies we need. If something is not right…she fixes it. We always look forward to her visits.     I met with Marci, who was very friendly and personable. She made the experience a breeze and was able to answer all my questions during our visit. I felt taken care of, not rushed, and left with the information I needed to start my cpap journey. Last night was my first night and while a little uncomfortable to get used to, I fell asleep, and woke to 4.2 events per hour! -- from what started at a very severe events per hour number. Looking forward to continuing to use my machine.

    My CPAP machine needed to be replaced after several calls and service visits. It had been acting funky for quite some time. Luckily, I could replace it before my warranty was done. The therapist was very pleasant. We went over settings and discussed some issues I’ve had (dry nasal passages), rain out from too much humidity. Very happy with my experience.

    I currently have an O2 concentrator, and two portable O2 tanks. Due to my COPD I need to sleep with the O2 at night since my Oxygen Saturation dips into the 70's when I sleep. I use the portable tanks when going to doctor's, out to eat, church, and even for special dates with Linda. Absolute Respiratory has been great in helping me to keep living at home. I am 56, and these issues are very hard, having companies such as Absolute Respiratory Care on my teams is very beneficial and a big blessing to me and my wife. Thank you Absolute Respiratory Care for being on my Palliative Home Care Team! You guys are such a blessing! Picture is from our annual visit to Beavertail Lighthouse on Labor Day Weekend. Been going almost 25 years now, and with Absolute Respiratory Care I am able to go out and still take part in the special moments in my daily living!     Very good customer service. Always polite and helpful. Would have continued to use them but they would not carry the Bleep cpap solution so I have had to switch back to my previous supplier who I do not like but they carry what I want.

    More fraudsters.. They refuse to send me the forms for my health insurance this went on for a full year.. When I was about to loose $1200 on my HSA they happily sent me a box of supplies still no form.. It was agreed that I would just pay and provide no insurance info. Well I payed the $400 my supplies showed up no paperwork. Here is where it gets special they tracked down my insurance information and billed them also which my insurance payed $200 of the $400 Absolute has not informed me of this and now appears to be planning on keeping the extra $200.. This was cut and dry insurance fraud they just banked that I did not check my accounts. Avoid them like the plague. Now I have to call my insurance company to ensure they are aware of this fraudulent activity.

    I am currently having some mixed feelings about order results. First and foremost, being chastised for not ordering supplies more than once a year. Secondly, working with obtaining a replacement bipap. Notified that there was an error in my physician's transmission and resolved the same day. Only upon my call three days later, I am told the machine is set to go and payment was made. Told I would receive an email to doc sign, this should have been immediate and not now a business day later, and no email. Repeat, no email. I had called after one business day and was assured I would get the email "soon". Over the years, I have continually needed to make followup calls for supplies and the urgency not a real problem. It seems I will be without a machine for at least two calendar weeks. A week of that your company''s processing of very basic customer service and distribution fulfillment. I will call again tomorrow if the email does not arrive this business day and suggest that I am still waiting for that email three business days later. Color me frustrated and sleepless x two weeks in RI. I look forward to receiving the machine after what appears to be waiting to make several more calls for order status. I note you have a new answering menu, just for that ;) Hey, bless this mess right?

    I was on a trip up to RI for my Grandaughters first birthday party. I recently had bought a so clean and put the humidifier seal on the new lid. When i packed the CPAP I forgot to move the seal back to the humidifier. Realized when I set up the CPAP that it wouldn't work without the seal. Contacted them and explained the situation and they were able to sell me a new humidifier for the Resmed CPAP at a reasonable price. To add to it I was new to the CPAP and under the initial compliance review of 30 days so the 5 days in RI would have not counted if they didn't help me out with the humidifier Sale. Thank You

    my cpap broke last night, I called absolute respiratory as a new patient at 830am and they were able to get an order from my doctor and get me setup with a new machine by 3pm. I met with Andra who showed me how to use the new machine and she was wonderful. I would highly recommend Absolute Respiratory to anyone!

    This is a Rip Off of a Company as they charge 100 dollars for a mask I pay 42 Dollars. After 4 years of getting rid of them they send me a bill for 43.40 sents out of the blue. I will never pay and will contact the customers to tell them what happened to me!

    My husband is the actual patient. Thai and Thai(the woman who was in training) they both were very professional as well as helpful very careful in explaining all the details to not only my husband but myself as well.
