It's
unfortunate
to
give
only
a
2.
Not
because
of
store
but
overly
opinionated
staff.
Throughly
like
the
store,
selection,
and
pricing.
Went
in
for
first
time
and
from
Kasson.
No
really
good
store
in
Rochester
that
are
more
privately
owned
and
not
Comercial/
nation
wide.
Brought
my
puppy
in
after
a
couple
of
days
getting
him.
Current
on
shots
and
just
to
take
a
look
and
get
some
raw
food
to
get
him
through
the
weekend
til
his
stuff
came.
He
barked
at
another
dog
and
my
wife
and
I
got
talked
to
Stern
by
one
of
the
staff
and
said
we
were
training
him
improperly
and
he
needs
classes
right
now.
At
12
weeks
she
saw
this
and
one
visit
for
10
min.
I've
owned
and
trained
plenty.of
dogs
that
have
turned
out
to
be
great
family
dogs.
I
have
tough
skin
and
shrugged
it
off.
We
bragged
about
the
store
to
our
daughter
and
she
went
the
next
weekend
from
Rochester.
In
store
went
great
and
then
she
went
outside
to
load
her
car
as
I
Ne
of
the
staff
brought
out
a
customers
order
and
her
dog
started
barking
at
them
and
they
went
over
and
reprimanded
her
and
told
her
that
her
dog
needs
to
go
to
classes
right
away
and
she
is
not
training
her
dog
right.
She
came
to
our
house
on
her
way
home
and
was
in
tears
and
sick
to
her
stomach
that
she
was
put
down
as
a
dog
owner.
Unfortunately
we
won't
go
back
because
of
this.
If
they
know
so
much
they
should
be
full
time
trainers
instead
of
working
behind
the
counter
giving
everyone
thier
opinions.
I'm
45
years
old
and
felt
like
I
spilt
milk
as
a
child.
Great
store
just
in
your
buisness
staff.
