Have been trying to update my pay info and NO ONE IS ABLE TO HELP ME! They are passing everything like a hot potato! Customer Service is the worst! I already tried to register online and there is NO SYSTEM EVER! Worst agency to work with! I already called Spherion customer service and they are NO HELP EITHER! They don't let me finish explaining what is going on in the system and automatically interrupt me!

She also knew of another company that was hiring but due to Covid they weren’t going through spherion. That company also liked me but ended up having a hiring freeze due to Covid. Put a damper on thing but a month and a half later she ended up getting me another interview and I just recently accepted the position.
