Love the service you get plenty of help when needed

I usually go to buy clothing items, they have really great sales all the time! 4 piece outfit for my daughter and only $14.99! The 4t was $11.99 Cutest kids clothes and staff is always friendly and accommodating. There was a price difference on an item and I talked with the manager about it and we were able to figure out why. Love shopping at our local L & M. Also, great selection of kayaks!

Great supply store, always good customer service here and they have a lot of things we need on a daily such as poultry feed, clothing, shoes and boots, and simple farm and garden supplies.

Great selection, friendly staff. Found some great pants for a good price since I only packed shorts. They even let me change into the pants I bought in the changing room since it was actually snowing on and off when I was there.

Found a few neat things for the kids. I Love that I can ALWAYS find an unusual game that we don't have or haven't even heard of. Everything is usually very good quality, durable & long lasting. Definitely a favorite store for myself! Staff, as usual was great! Thank you Everyone!

Love the selection of comfortable footwear for relaxing around the house. I think my grandsons will love new horses for their stable that will survive farm life.

Being from the twin cities it reminded me of a fleet farm store. Well stocked and a friendly and helpful staff.

Order stuff online for instore pick up... that said was available.. but it was not!! Just trying g to firgure out how to get a refund... Customer service had no idea.... this problem need to get fix

L&M is a family owned, local company with a history of good business practices. The employees are very helpful. They must be treated well as there are many people in my local store who have worked there for more than 20 years.

Great store for lots of different things! Great pet section, shoes, canning, gardening and an easier stop for household improvement projects! They have a lot of unique things the larger stores don't have!

Went in to get my winter tires put on they only put on 2 and charged me full price plus they told me $4-6 for lug nuts and they charged me almost $12 a piece. So they charged me $175 to put on two tires and replace 5 lug nuts. Outrageous they lost all my business in the future. Update the store manager just called and had me come back in. He refunded me half the charge for rotating the tires and refunded me almost half the price of the lug nuts. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Thanks to the store manager. They have my business again

Love that I'm only a few blocks away. I've gone in multiple times in one day for various needed items. My only complaint would be their sections are not labeled very well so it's sometimes difficult to find specific things without having to ask where it's at.

Such a great business, great employees, friendly service and they Carry such a wide assortment of goods it sometimes boggles My mind. I've shopped for so many different items over the past 19 years and most times they have what I needed. How they can accomplish this with a smaller store is crazy. I'd rather shop at L&M than Menards of Fleet Farm. Some day I need to check out one of their bigger stores but I think I'll leave my credit cards at home for that visit.. check them out 💖. Great people, business.

Great place for anything for your home , from hunting , fishing, and kitchen stuff to clothes , shoes, boots, plumbing, heating, to chickens , kids to toys , gardening one stop shop for pretty much anything at home and beyond. Got 8 baby chick's here, and they are doing great, very helpful staff. we will be back !

Very friendly staff. A little spendy, but worth the money!

Impressed with their selection of items. They even had the fire brick I needed. Only thing kinda high priced and the registers are always backed up never enough cashiers so don't expect quick in and out. But on a good note they seem to have knowledgeable employees and and automotive technicians.

Always find what we need here and they have expanded their clothing section. Need certain spices for curing meat? You will find that and more at L&M

This place has something pretty much for everyone. The customer service there is friendly and helpful. Car, truck, trailer, farm feed, pots and pans, shoes, socks, nuts and bolts, batteries, bird seed: many selections, gloves, hats, jackets, clothing items.Snow blowers, shovels, toys, candy, ect.... One thing they don't really carry often is different boot liners.

As usual, has what I needed and quick checkout.

The people who works at l&m are helpful but not in a pushy way that makes you at ease or uncomfortable if you need anything ask them and they will do everything that they can to get you what you need to do what you need to

What a horrible place to shop. Not much of a selection of anything especially not for kids shoes which is why I was going there because my toddler needs new shoes to fit with his braces. After paying for my purchases i was walking outside and I was rudely stopped by an employee and accused of shoplifting ..... this weird little chubby woman followed me around the store the whole time. I am almost 40 finishing my bachelor's degree in human services so I try not to be too judgmental . I let them get to me and it made me cry which I'm very embarrassed about after they realize they were wrong they apologized. I will never go there again. I can suggest better stores in this town or close to for every product they carry.

L&M rocks they always have some crazy clearance items that are almost free at times the management&staff stockers cashiers are always around willing to help even if not even close to area they normally work they are and there to help!! Great inventory almost to much to choose from at times!!! Excellent price markings and displays!!! Have had stockers actually dig and open box's that just came in to find things that were out on shelf but they knew they were ordered so dive into the pallet and find right then for you!! Great place,people,prices service is#1 cashiers have jumped in and helped with exchanges and returns at times when customer service was super busy and always seem to open a till or two whenever there is more than a couple people waiting at tills!! They get time is money concept and money saved is valuable!!! Almost everything I do from work to play involves L&M supply in MT Iron, Hibbing, or Grand Rapids all the stores are excellent!!!

Love L&M we live in Pennsylvania and we dont have them... we have tractor supply and rural king but L&M is great... they are a little pricey though

Always great and always have exactly what I am looking for.

Super slow service. In the past I bought a chainsaw from them and brought it back 2 days later with receipt explaining what was broken and they expected me to pay for it. Saw was used once at home to test. Every other L and M is amazing.

Always receive good customer service! Staff is helpful when you ask for help. I never had any staff ask me if I needed help finding anything but that's okay with me. I usually know what I'm looking for.

Just back for shopping there, today was different. I was told there is a backpack policy say on the door which was no sign, label, no backpack policy sign to say we cant carry backpacks in the store. I ride my bike and carry a back pack to carry stuff i buy. So as i left i didnt see anything on any of the doors exiting or as my bikes by the enter only door that states anything about a backpack. I am a person of color, not black, if that was the issue that need to brought up and distinguished. I had 6 different employees walk by and not say anything to me. If its the new policy it should be fresh in all employee memories. Just one employee with attitude could ruining a good company, charles lindell said it best.

This store didn't have the trolling motor i was looking for. They called 5 other stores and had it there 2 days later. I was very happy with the motor.
