Taxi was ordered for 3pm, driver said they would be slightly late. By 4pm Rodney said he was "minutes away".....by 5pm the Taxi was cancelled and we were told there is a no refund policy. Never use this service if you want your Taxi within 3 hours or less or at least an actual estimate of when they will arrive. Update: driver admits he said he was "minutes away" when he was in fact over an hour away, and says "I will email you the refund policy." The policy should be in place to prevent the driver from having someone cancel when he starts driving there/revenue lost from people he could have been picking up. This should not be there to allow him to be 2 HOURS LATE, lie about being "minutes away" and then not offer a refund. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS THE REPLY FROM THE BUSINESS SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW Question: when you say you should've said it differently: do you mean instead of saying minutes away you should have said over an hour away? You also did not keep in contact, you had to be called 3 times, we can add images of the cell records to this review shortly.

Yes this taxi service provided a service to me 2 times as you can see he is not very honest and is holding property I lent him when his computer went down at his business now he is refusing to return them also I went along with Rodney on several runs and watched him charged people $17.00 just so he could keep the change when the customer would ask him for change he would lie and say I dont have change and charge them more if they had ti go somewhere to get change so they would just leave the whole $20

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the gentleman who provided my transportation Saturday night. He was very attentive, very polite, and made me feel comfortable . He was outstanding. I said I was going to stay at my destination for a while will it ended up being shorter than I thought and I gave him a call back and he came right back and was very attentive to my needs. Rodney was fantastic. He arrived very quickly and was very friendly and empathetic when my Kia Soul needed towing. They made quick work of getting my car prepped to go and made sure that the destination and instructions for getting my car to the dealership were clear. We booked this service last minute for transportation to and from an extremely rural wedding. Couldn’t be more pleased! Both Rodney and our driver, Maurice, were friendly and professional - even going so far as to accept a last minute change to our return trip time. Highly recommend.

I used them for an emergency pharmacy pick up. It was set up through live chat on their website including the copay which required a handling fee. It was pricey but all went smoothly. Overall it was a good experience and I will use them again if the situation arises.

This is a great company they are very polite and on time. They call you or text you to let you know everything that is or will be going on. When you pay they call you to let you know like hey we got your payment and we will be there on the day that you give them. They call you to let you know that they are there and waiting for you to come out. Their vehicles and drivers are very clean and the drivers are wonderful. They were here in less than a half hour and then provided a fast and efficient lockout service. He was here and gone in less than 10 minutes. I loved his head lamp . 🤓

When i tried every other taxi service. No other one would come. But he answered the first time i called and He showed up and got me to where I needed to go. Then half way there it poured and we couldn't see the road but he still kept going and got me there. He was very professional and polite.

Bruce picked me up and was a great driver for my trip. Great conversation on the way back to Millersburg and very understanding cuz hospital checkout time was an hour later than what they told me. Not to mention hospital cuts cell service off in the mornings for surgeries- so they couldn’t get ahold of me the traditional way. Definitely recommend this service!

Very professional couldn't ask for a better driver

The dispatcher was very nice and polite with helping me book my ride. My biggest worry was that I would book someone and they wouldn’t show up. My driver came 30 mins early and wasn’t gonna charge me to wait for me but it turned out I was ready early anyway. My driver Maurice was also very polite and dropped me off exactly where I asked to be dropped off at the airport. The car he picked me up in was very new and was very clean and fancy. He also offered to stop if I needed coffee or food or something. Overall it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Very polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a jump start. I will admit when he arrived in his car it caught me off guard because I was looking for a tow truck, but he carried himself so professionally and I was happy that he was able to get it started with no problems. He even stated that there were no problems with my alternator because his equipment was built to detect that. Made me happy to know my car had a fixable issue that that did not need any work done to it.
