The office is very professional & I love the care that Christa & Kelli gives You don't feel like you're just another number.I always look forward to my visits. The offices workers are always polite. Their awesome! It feels more like a family setting than a medical center. I thank God for their service.😊

I have never had a bad or uncomfortable experience speaking with Kelly Canada at sihf healthcare. Lately I understand they've been going through some staff changes and personnel changes at the office so things are a little mixed up and messed up for the time being but it's understandable as long as they let you know patience might understand more when they understand what's going on. Communication is the key. Every time I go see Kelly seems like my friendship with her gets deeper and deeper and I just want to talk to her more and more and I hate when times up because it seems like I never talk to her long enough about anything I want to talk to her about my fault. I guess it comes with being so messed up but I love Kelly Canada she's a wonderful woman to talk to so understanding and it's like it's fun to see her run new things when I'm talking to her that she didn't realize before until we had a conversation ,it's kind of unique I always look forward to going over to the office to see Kelly or Krista cuz you're so nice and warm and inviting when you go there just like you're suddenly part of another family!!!🙃😆👍

I have been a patient at SIHF for awhile. Before Christa, I seen Mary. I’ve always received fantastic care from this office. My daughters go here as well, even the oldest as she’s moved out and living on her own. Recently, I’ve had health issues pop up and Christa has been more than helpful in trying to get answers. It’s a feeling I can’t describe to know that I have a provider who cares enough to get to the bottom of problems when first opinions are not enough. Keep up the exceptional care at the Mattoon location!!

I love Christa and Kelli here. They are literally the only people I’ve enjoyed seeing with my concerns. They listen to me and my concerns no matter what. They’re amazing. Before Christa I saw Mary and the care I have received from this office is unmatched.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly (which is VERY unusual for mental health!). All staff was courteous, helpful and thorough. I was very pleased with my care and will certainly continue my care there.

The Staff and Nurse Practitioners are so very nice and make sure that all of your needs are met before you leave their office or finish with a call appointment! I HIGHLY recommend Christa for all of your medical needs! She sees Adults and children...

Professional, caring, and communicative! It is rare to get such high quality care in smaller communities. CHRISTA METZELAARS and her entire staff and colleagues at SIHF have always given me as well as my entire family (ages 2-50's) the best care one could ask for. They go the extra mile to make sure you get the referrals, medications, therapies and testing needed to treat whatever brings you into their office and they do not quit until you are effectively treated. I am especially grateful that a rare condition I have suffered with was finally diagnosed after decades of misdiagnosis. If you are seeking the best in healthcare, you would do well to move your care to SIHF.

Everyone very friendly when I walked thru the door, my nurse shauna was very helpful and nice. I seen Shelby and she took the time to answer any questions I had and was very informational and she took the time to explain things to me and explain any testing she was gonna have me do and the medicine she was gonna put me on! Amazing job all around. I called to set up an appointment with a new provider for some horrific migraines. They were prompt to answer the phone and when all other doctors were booked out weeks they got me in right away. Shelbi was amazing and listened to me, she really heard me and is working with me to get me back to doing good. I know this switch was a good fit for me.
