I was very pleased with my visit to Vision Care Consultants. The young lady that helped the doctor was so pleasant and polite. Dr Brawley was extremely nice and very thorough with my eye exam and explained the results in detail. My wait time was very minimal, and the rest of the office help were very nice also. I feel thankful to have come here.

In desperate need of someone to see my eye injury, I called the office randomly. My experience was the best from the moment I spoke with the receptionist who was kind and helpful in allowing me to make an emergency visit. Upon my arrival I was greeted politely and quickly Ms my wait was short with exceptional skilled professionals who immediately took care of my eye injury. I am forever committed to this office and others should know the is one of the best experiences I had in a very serious time. Thank you Team!!

Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly. The doctor was very personable and easy to talk to. The girls at the front desk worked very hard to save me money and make my out of pocket as minimal as possible. I will definitely be a repeat patient!

Office is always polite and friendly. Very welcoming. Always gives you reminders for your appointments. Doctors are caring and always looking out for your best interest. Jenny was so sweet and made my visit fun. I’ve been going to Dr. Wehner for years. She is kind, not a pushy saleswoman and makes me feel she truly cares about my well-being. I’ve been to other places where I feel they’re trying to get as much out of my insurance as they can. Not here. It’s about me and what I need, NOT what they can get out of my insurance. I appreciate my yearly visit and know they have the latest technology to detect even minor concerns early on. I feel safe and well cared for here.

Cannot say enough about the amazing care I received on Christmas Eve!! I live in Florida and while visiting family had an eye issue. Dr David, Nick and staff were so kind, accommodating and I was in great hands from the moment I arrived. After a thorough exam Dr Seibel was able to address my issue and I’m so thankful for his kindness and ability to quickly get me back on the mend. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional eye care!! Wish they were located in Florida!

The beginning was the onset of a mound of questions, all of which are very pertinent yes, but who likes paperwork! I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff who made the first visit comfortable. Dr Fredrick was awesome! He offered a multitude of solutions, of varying degrees, discussing my individual plan of treatment in depth, both short term and long term. Awesome staff and Dr.! I got checked in and greeted by staff immediately. Dr. Brawley was on time and very kind and caring. Staff described each test and asked if I had any questions before beginning. Very happy to have everything explained and had a great check-up.

Very nice visit today. The eyes are good for another year. Dr. Weiner is top shelf. The staff is courteous and professional. Everything is sanitized after each use. I felt very comfortable and safe in these crazy times. 5 stars across the board.

Visiting the Vision Care office is a wonderful experience. It is comfortable the staff is very friendly and professional and the doctors are fabulous. I know my eye health is the whole team’s focus during my visit. They give a very thorough exam and explain all of the results answering any questions. I consider my doctor a friend and trust him completely.

Always a great experience! The staff are super friendly and good at what they do! We were able to get my daughter's glasses fixed and appointment done all in 1 hour. She got contacts for the first time and they were so encouraging and helpful with her figuring them out.

With five members in my family, we spend a lot of time here. The staff and doctors are great. There are A couple of things that I had brought up while there, that I wish they would work on… Number one, providing patients with rebate coupons for contacts. I spend a lot of money yearly on Contacts. I am lucky I know about using rebates. I asked about a rebate at the counter and the young girl did not know what a rebate was… I spent over $1000 on Contacts this year with my insurance. I was able to get a couple hundred dollars back by filling out a rebate. I had to do this research on my own. I used to go to an eye doctor that provided a coupon for rebates with each contact order. Also, I wish they would provide a bin for recycled contact cases . I wear dailies and people don’t know that you can actually recycle the cases. I take them to a different eye doctor to recycle.

The staff here are professional and polite. Dr. Brawley is very friendly and takes the time to explain all the tests. He wasn't trying to rush me out the door. Cherie spent a lot of time with me going over the different options for glasses. I am very pleased with the service and employees at this office.

Dr Seibel is the best! I have been a patient of Vision Care Consultants since I was 15 and would never switch! Dr Seibel is very thorough, professional, and makes sure you understand everything. The office has always been up to date on the latest technology. I have never had anything but a good experience.

I broke my forearm several days ago. After that happened, in the mornings I had some difficulty putting in my contact lenses and in the evenings I had even more difficulty taking them out. In fact, last night I was unable to remove my left lens, so I slept with it in. That is a “no-no” for me! Today I tried many times again to take out the left lens, but without success. So, how did my story turn out? Well, I am happy to say that Dr. Wehner was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule today because she was able to do what I could not. Amazing team members—all are so friendly and professional. And I can’t compliment Dr. Brawley enough...so very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He explained the findings of my exam today and answered all the questions I had, even though it was late and I’m sure I was his last appointment of the day. Excellent experience.

Excellent excellent excellent service and care provided by all members of the staff here from front of the house to the doctors. Customer service was number one. I felt as though I was their only priority which I was not as there were many other patients in the office. This was the most extensive eye exam I have ever had and even though the results were not great I was provided detailed explanations on what processes needed to happen to correct the issues and felt comfortable with them. I want to thank the staff for the excellent service and care. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Friederich provides excellent eye care and is a genuinely pleasant person to interact with. I've dealt with plenty of gruff doctors who try to get rid of patients as quickly as possible, but Dr. Friederich is nothing like that. He takes the time to talk with you and makes sure he answers all of your questions, which is always appreciated. Everyone on staff whom I've interacted with is kind and courteous as well. One of them even helped me save money on a recent contact lens order. I highly recommend Vision Care Consultants.

Jenny was great! She led me through the testing machines and answered all my questions. Madeline finished up with the doctor towards the close of appointment. Nick took care of my billing. All in all, it was great!

This was my first visit to vision care consultants. My visit with Dr. Wehner was amazing. She was everything you would want in an eye doctor. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I would understand everything.

This is a wonderful place. Every single person working here is friendly and good at their jobs. My family of four sees Dr. Friederich and Dr. Wehner. I have “special” eyes according to Dr. Friederich (meaning I need a bit of extra care). He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been going to Vision Care for about 20 years and have never had a bad experience! Today, David was the assistant to my appointment with Dr. Frederich. David was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Frederich, as always, was friendly, efficient, and very professional. He quickly diagnosed a follow up procedure necessary from my cataract surgery last year. I have seen all four optometrists at Vision Care and they are are exceptional.

The office staff is polite & welcoming. Dr. Wehner was very attentive to my eye care needs. I've had issues with my eyes forever, one visit and 2 weeks later my eyes feel wonderful.

I work in the medical profession and it takes a lot to WOW me. Well this practice did that easily! This was my first visit here. The practice itself is very nice and clean. After the use of every piece of equipment my assistant sanitized them before we moved on. They had several pieces of equipment to help with your eye exam. Dr Frederick was the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
