The judge ordered her to do a driving test anyway and pay court costs! The ticket clinic is a rip off. We would have been $250 richer had we not hired the Ticket Colonic!

Waste of money paid them $90 was pulled over for a speeding ticket which was $278 so they went to court only to do nothing for me. Received an email 2 months later stating I have to pay $278 in courts fees and still have to do a 4 hour driving course. That’s pointless I could’ve done that myself. Don’t hire these people save your money pay the ticket and take the classes on your own. They get your hopes up for nothing

Zero Stars I paid their $100 fee, but ended up still having to pay the full ticket amount and complete online driving class for an additional cost as well. Completely useless with absolutely no benefit.

Buyer beware!!! If you had a ticket in the last 3 years they can’t really help you get the ticket dismissed. Otherwise, if you had a clean record like me, then they are much more likely to get it dismissed and that’s exactly what happened. I had gotten a ticket for an Improper U turn and the hardworking lawyers were able to withheld adjudication. No points, No rising insurance rates, you guys are the bomb! I got pulled over by an undercover cop and he gave me a speeding ticket of $276. At the beginning they communicated very well and kept me updated, but then they stopped reaching out. I had to call them for updates. They didn’t get the ticket dismissed and I got points on my license and had to pay the court. And then they send me two result letters saying two different things. I had to call them to get them to explain because they don’t provide enough information in the letter, and when I called the girl sounded like she didn’t care to help. It just wasn’t a good experience and actually disappointing, I don’t think I would use them again.

Absolutely not worth the money, not recommend to anybody, their modus operandi is to get your $90 even before you sign the contract as a non refundable fee!! for a service that they not yet even provided! and then essentially its your luck: if the cop doesnt show up, your case gets thrown out: No credit to them for pocketing your free money, if the cop does show up: you end up paying the court fee anyways regardless of the outcome of your case. complete ripoff

I am so glad we were told about The Ticket Clinic. My husband had a perfect driving record until a few months ago when he was making a left-hand turn into a business and the person in the left-hand lane in oncoming traffic was traveling at a ridiculous rate of speed and hit his brake and lost control of his vehicle and hit my husband when he was in the entrance of the business. Both vehicles were totaled. The police officer cited my husband and did no investigation. The guy who hit my husband was telling us he had multiple driving accidents and citations in a two-year period and was on the verge of losing his license. We contacted The Ticket Clinic, and they had all charges dismissed and my husband has no points on his license. I will be recommending The Ticket Clinic to anyone who had a driving citation or incident.

It won't let me give a 0 star rating. Like everyone else's issue.....they were great up front and communication was great(because they wanted my $$). But then communication stopped. I had to contact them to find out the outcome of my case. I got my ticket in Oct 2019 and it just went to court on Feb. 6, 2020 and just now today 3/3/20 got a notice of the court fines I owe by 3/6/20 and have to take an aggressive driving course by 5/7/20. Of course they have an answer for everything. HORRIBLE COMPANY REPRESENTING THE WORKING MAN/WOMAN!!!!!

Hired the ticket clinic, I paid 1200$ For my lawyer to not represent me because I wanted to go to trial, was told that I was too frustrating for the lawyer for her to represent me because I wanted to go to trial. Also was not communicated with, the lawyer made a plea without telling me and was completely not was I was told. The lawyers name was Desiree Wilson. I would advise you not to use them for any tickets they only want your money and they don’t know how to represent somebody in court. I was put on 6 months of probation for a simple speeding incident, plus 850$ fine after I had already paid 1200$. I would rather represent myself in court then to be represented bye the ticket clinic.
