Very
quick
response
by
facility
management.
I
have
complete
confidence
that
the
below
issues
will
be
resolved
as
the
staff
of
this
facility
seems
to
take
their
standards
seriously
as
well.
I
didn't
used
to
have
a
problem
with
this
place
as
it
was
always
clean
and
the
staff
is
professional,
but
there
has
been
a
trend
there
that
I
have
been
noticing
the
past
few
times
and
today
when
I
donated
was
the
worst
example
of
it
yet.
The
facility
has
several
informational
posters
with
facility
rules
around
stating
that,
for
example,
people
with
poor
hygiene
(odor
specifically)
will
not
be
allowed
to
donate,
and
yet
they
have
been
allowing
in
people
that
clearly
haven't
showered
in
a
long
time
and
literally
smell
like
sewage.
Not
only
are
they
allowing
these
kind
of
people
to
donate
against
their
own
rules,
but
they
are
letting
them
break
other
center
rules,
such
as
mask-wearing,
cell
phone
usage,
loud
and
disruptive
behavior.
All
in
all
if
the
center
doesn't
correct
these
rule
violations
then
they
are
going
to
allow
what
was
once
a
clean
and
safe
environment
to
become
a
place
that
is
impossible
to
feel
comfortable
in.
