This was my first purchase from Irwin automotive group. I had an extremely pleasant experience working with Seamus McNally. Possibly one of the best car buying experiences of my life. The lack of pressure to sign on the dotted line was phenomenal. I actually went in for a test drive, wasn't 100% sure, left, thought about it for a day or so, contacted him and we came to an agreement. The actual buying process was also very laid back. No pressure to buy any extended warranties or anything. Lastly, I forgot a usb drive that was in the car I traded in, Seamus happily retrieved it for me and offered to put it in the mail. I experienced an unexpected mechanical issue with my vehicle that could have turned into a very serious issue if it wasn't fixed immediately. I drove into Irwin's without an appointment and detailed the issues I was experiencing and a mechanic immediately test drove and put my vehicle on the diagnostic machine and confirmed my diagnosis of the issue. The mechanic advised that the vehicle shouldn't be driven until repaired. He immediately went on the search for the needed parts and was able to get the parts within a few hours and my vehicle was fixed by the end of the day. From start to finish, communication was stellar. I was informed of the time-line of when the parts would be delivered and the work would be completed. Up front pricing and a full explanation of what was done to fix my vehicle in layman's terms. Another great experience with Irwin's, excellent customer service. Thank you.

I cannot tell everyone how amazing the whole dealership was getting me into my dream car. I'm from Jersey and Seamus made it such an easy process from the minute I first talked to him to when I drove away. I have bought cars from many dealerships and usually it give me heartburn lol. We recently purchased our first car from Irwin Toyota. Our experience working with Seamus on buying the car was very smooth. He was accommodating, professional, and efficient in working on all the necessary steps to purchase the vehicle. It was also easy to talk to Dennis from Finance on additional coverage options. My only complaint is not being informed about the $699.00 documentation fee upfront, but it was otherwise a great experience buying our first car from Irwin Toyota.

I did my research before purchasing my new Explorer and I felt I could get the best no-hassle deal at Irwin’s. I got an online quote and went for a test drive. Once I was ready to buy, there seemed to be a lot of smoke and mirrors regarding the online price versus what the actual price was. I needed to finance to get the discounts, which I wasn’t anticipating, although they “were able to get me 0% financing”. I got a fair value for my trade, but I overall felt rushed through the entire process. My car was ready for pick up when scheduled and I was given the keys and basically sent on my way! In the past, even if declined, I have always been given a quick hands on tutorial on the features included in a the vehicle. And I really didn’t like being asked to give a 5 star review from the finance guy who really made me feel rushed. Buying a car is never enjoyable for me and I would likely buy from Irwin’s again but it was not a 5 star experience.

It was the easiest experience with Irwin Hyundai, I found a car on the website, applied online, got an email from Kristina and next day I got a call from Theresa Clement to discuss everything and schedule a day to pickup my wonderful amazing Kona 2023. The whole process took less than a week. I'm impressed by Theresa, how she does her work, she is a fantastic, helpful, caring and open hearted person. When I arrived to the center, the first thing I got was a very warm welcoming hug from Theresa. I didn't wait long, signed all the paperwork, Theresa helped me much to get my insurance, in about an hour and a half I got my key and was shown all the options of my lovely Kona by Theresa and a farewell hug from Theresa inspired me to have a lovely, safe ride back home. I cannot say enough about our experience at Irwin. Seamus was incredibly professional and patient through the whole experience. We needed a new car after my husband's died suddenly but I may ne the most indecisive person on earth so we spent the entire day test driving vehicles here. It was a busy day so Seamus was running around trying to handle multiple clients at once but we never once felt like we were not a priority. Best sales guy I have ever interacted with, hands down! We also managed to add some extra accessories but live an hour away so going to get them installed would have been a trip. Irwin drove TO ME with loaner to save me the hassle. The service I experienced at Irwin Toyota was outstanding! After such a bad experience with a sub -par, supposedly "expert" tire shop that lead to a major braking issue and safety concerns for my family The Irwin's Team really did me right and I know that I am driving a Toyota that has been serviced properly and that I can count on the safety of my truck now thanks to the great work by James Blood and the coordination of Bob Abbot. My lesson learned was, by saving money at the "discount tire facility" I spent literally twice as much as I would have if I had Team Irwin take care of me in the first place. I am very grateful for the excellent service and follow through to make my Toyota truck whole again and the peace of mind that only comes from quality workmanship. Thank-you . On Aug 14th I purchased a 2021 Blazer from Irwin. I flew into there NH location from St Louis MO and drove the vehicle back home. I was intrigued that there price was almost 10K lower than a similar vehicle I was considering in FL. This made my effort worth it. Initially, I thought - there has to be a catch. As I viewed their add more closely - along with the service I received I am convinced this dealership was a great choice. The salesperson was Zachary and he was helpful from start to finish. He took the extra time to make sure everything was accurate as described, sent additional photos, and even did an extra walk around of the vehicle while I was on the phone with him. Not many car salesmen go the extra mile - but Zachary did. The finance manager was equally helpful and did not pressure me with upsells. The entire dealership and buying experience was great. I give them 5 stars and would recommend the dealer and Zachary to anyone looking for a car.
