    Justin Reid is the best salesman we have ever delt with. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. They were all very knowledgeable on their vehicles. Highly recommend this dealership.

    Very poor customer service/respect. “We sell them as fast as they come in, we don’t need your business”. Those were the last words I heard from the Sales Manager (Tim Hayes) of Napleton’s Audi in Loves Park before we departed the dealership this morning. My wife made 2 appointments with this dealership over the last few weeks to come in and see specific vehicles that were listed on their website. Both times, after driving over 20 miles each way, we were told the vehicle(s) were not there. The second time she called just prior to driving in in to verify the vehicles were there and was assured they were. Neither the salesman (Justin Reid) nor the sales manager were in the least bit apologetic about not being to show us what they assured us they had under roof. I understand the rough times the auto industry is in but it seems to me that this would be the time for a dealership to go the extra mile to win new business, not act like we have no value and that we were taking time out of their day, “we don’t need your business” keeps ringing in my head. On a sidenote I went into this same dealership 22 years ago inquiring about what Audi had to offer only to be treated very poorly. Baffled by that I went to the BMW dealership and was treated like their best customer ever. Over that 22 years, we have purchased 5 new BMW’s and 1 used one. Tim, maybe you don’t need my business right now but I believe that is very shortsighted. I have no problem going to other dealerships if that is what I have to do to be treated with respect. I certainly will not kneel down and beg you to sell me a vehicle. Glad you do not need my business because you are not getting it.

    I just recently bought an 2022 Audi A6 allroad from this dealership and other than a delayed flight coming into O'hare, everything was very relaxed, professional, and enjoyable. Our saleman Justin Reid, took a deposit over the phone to secure the vehicle. We met Jim Schaffer(F & I) went over all the documents, extended warranties, preventive maintenance, and monies. Very nice gentlemen that seemed happy for our purchase and eager to help. After all documents were signed Justin went outside with me and my wife and helped us familiarize ourselves with the vehicle and all the latest Audi technology. We programmed all of our customized components and Justin explained for a good hour all the safety features. After a 800 mile drive back home, we couldn't be more please with the overall experience with Napleton Audi, plus we averaged right at 30 miles to the gallon in this A6. Thanks again, and we shall return.

    Brought my 2017 Audi S8 plus for recall and Tim Hayes and team were absolutely top notch. Courtesy and expertise are unmatched. All issues were addressed and communication was outstanding. Highly recommend!! Go see them for a great experience!!!

    I started my new car journey about two years ago knowing the class of car I wanted but not yet settled on the Make. Last November I dropped into Napleton and was greeted by Charlie. Within minutes we were test driving the car I had zero'd in on all the while being upfront with Charlie that I wasn't going to purchase on that day or maybe even anytime soon. Despite the fact that I was possibly a year away from a sale, Charlie gave me the attention of a same day, hot buyer. There was absolutely no pressure from him or his sales manager, Tim Hayes. Charlie checked back in with me a couple months later and I was no closer than I was back in November. However, last week and without arrangement, I called Charlie and said "it's time to buy". By the time I arrived at the dealership 90 minutes later, my new car was washed and waiting for me, beautifully awaiting my arrival on display inside the Building. As an added surprise, and much to Nate's credit, the trade-in and new car sale paperwork were also just about complete, save for for verifications and final signatures. Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of, hurried, pressured or facing any of the old-school car selling tactics. My confidence locked in when Tim passed on several opportunities to give me a hard-pitch and instead just answered my questions. I've walked out of two dealerships before over final paperwork surprises, there were absolutely no surprises here. How incredibly refreshing. It might be a while before I'm ready for a new car but when I am, Charlie will be my first call. My thanks to the team at Napleton Audi! Robin

    Professional, attentive and honest; kudos to whomever does the hiring! My experience with Napleton's was painless. I love the car I purchased from them and they spent the time to help me learn all of the ins and outs. Luis is amazing, we had been communicating about this car for over a month and he always kept me updated. I didn't have an appointment, just showed up because I had a break in my schedule. He greeted me with a smile, never once complained even though he was with a scheduled appointment. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Thank you for making this transaction seamless and easy. I appreciate you all! Especially Luis! And thanks to Timothy also. See you both soon!

    They are money hungry fraudsters. I paid almost $3,000 in services that were never done. I took it to 3 other mechanics plus an Audi dealership in Chicago and have a detailed report and diagnostics of nothing was ever done or touched. All the parts are the stock parts that came with the car when manufactured. The only thing they did do was purposefully damage my vehicle's engine so I can buy a new vehicle as all 4 technicians from different places told me. Plus, they charge you a 3% fee for your total being over $2,000.00 which makes no sense.

    Came in for a recall on my 2011 C300 for airbags. Everyone was nice, it was like everyone wanted to be there working. I even got a free car wash. Talked to a sales person about some lease options on a new Audi, and they were also telling me about all the options of the car. These sales people know their cars!!! Once the interest rates fall back down, I will be back to buy maybe order an nice Audi A5.

    I have being buying from Tim and the Napleton Group for 20 years. They have assisted me on everything from $25k Honda’s to $140k Mercedes. Always the same level of courtesy and attention to detail. I simply can’t recommend Tim and his staff enough!

    I had the best experience at Napleton’s because of their car salesman Tony Kiely. He was professional, genuine and honest. I felt like he had my interest uppermost when I purchased my very first car from a dealership last week. He found a perfect Audi convertible for me. I would highly recommend that you select Napleton’s and ask for Tony Kiely for a superior be car experience.

    Went in to buy a truck. Ready to purchase. Service manager said they didn’t do the oil change. There was an issue with a tire so it needs 3 other new ones and it recently had a leak that was fixed and needs a fuel filter. Told the used sales manager we’d take it for the price it’s listed out the door. He looked at us and said “if you can’t afford it you can just leave”. His name is Rob Drake. That is the most prejudice comment I’ve ever heard. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE. Our salesman Stephen was kind though and even apologized afterwards.

    Justin Reid does a really good job of making sure the customer gets what they want. After pretty much testing all the Honda SUV's available, we finally found the one. I am loving my new Honda Passport. Give Justin a call at Napleton's on Riverside the next time you are looking for a car.

    OK. You want comments. Classic bait-and-switch dealer. Advertise low price and then tack on BS dealer fees. Also can't help but notice that the car in question is still listed on your website (two days after it supposedly was loaded on a truck and sent to auction). Just be better.

    From start to finish one of the easiest and smoothest car purchases of my life. My sales man Armin was great to work with not pushy in any way, Armin made sure I was comfortable with the car completely before pulling away. Jim in finance made the explanation of my options easy and quick. No hard sell for extra or add-ons but explained the amazing benefits of the extended warranties. I will not shop anywhere else as long as this team continues to kill it with customer service. You need a new or used car get in touch with Armin!!

    A great experience at Napelton Audi. From the moment entering the building the customer service was great. Working with Bri she was able to answer questions and make this sale go smoothly. She was on top of everything. Larry was a great help in the financing dept. Tim answered a few of our questions.Such a nice group of people to work with. At the end Bri brought our car up to the door. Thanks guys for such great service.

    Where do I start? ! I am forever grateful to John Azpuru. To be short- I spoke with 10 dealers in 3 states and they all told me I could not get the CRV I wanted. Well, John said he could (I did not believe it!) and sure enough, he texted me a day later and said he could get one! Then he kept in touch with me every step of the way. I still can't believe how much he did to help me find the perfect car for my older father in law. In fact, the entire process was awesome. Our salesmen, Christopher Woods, who handled the paperwork was fantastic. Then I bought a cargo liner and instead of just handing it to me, the gentleman in Service who sold it to me walked it to the car and put it in. Even the young lady at the reception desk was super nice! Just a fantastic experience! I cannot thank John and his team enough....they made me and my father in law's weekend!! Added a picture of THE CRV! Awesome vehicle too!

    I’ve generally avoided going to the dealer for repairs for the obvious reason of cost. But…I had what had become a seemingly simple, yet drawn out and aggravating issue that I thought could be fixed elsewhere, but they seemed to ignore it. I called several other shops in the area that supposedly specialize in foreign cars, but no one seemed willing or able to take it on. I was not expecting to be able to go into the service center and say “this is the problem and this is what I think it needs” but I was. My non-mechanic self that took 5 minutes to google and diagnose was surprisingly trusted. The part was ordered and installed. There were no surprise fixes or extra charges, and most importantly, the job was done, and the issue was fixed.

    Recently, July, purchased and A5 from Naperville. I immediately had issue with key fob. Loves Park is much closer to me so I took it in, they looked and scheduled an appt. While the initial appt didn't resolve things service department confirmed they would continue to research and make sure it's resolved when I am next in town. The curtesy, professionalism and understanding how the issue is a pain in my neck makes the wait worth wild. They have been great!

    I was definitely lucky that out of all of the dealerships in the country that had the Audi that I was looking for, Loves Park was less than 2 hours from me. During this chip shortage and low inventory for new cars that was a huge blessing. I found the car I liked on Car Gurus and my wife called (while I was working) and got all the answers she needed and which lead to our trip to Loves Park. I was very thankful that not only did Charlie schedule an appointment for us later that evening, but when we said that we were interested in the car we immediately received pictures and the car was taken off of the showroom floor and held for us. Financing and administration went very fast with Loves Park and Charlie, along with Jim from financing were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the car and the dynamics of buying from out of my county. I had one hold-up from my insurance company which was understandable, but after receiving the necessary docs from the insurance company the deal was done right away and I was able to pick the truck up at my next availability, Charlie walked me through the car and even answered questions regarding my wife's Audi that she purchased from another dealership. A+++ experience and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to visit the Napleton/Loves Park team for a smooth, hassle free and highly accommodating auto purchase experience! It was well worth the 2 trips and the car has been a great addition as well!

    Had an excellent experience buying my first Audi here! Charlie, my sales guy was incredible. It was a great experience, start to finish. The whole transaction was smooth. He listened to me, didn't pressure me at ALL, got the deal done fast and actually made it a pleasurable experience. I will certainly come back to them for future cars. Highly recommend! 5 stars well deserved.
