WOW!! This was by far the BEST polish food I have ever had in my entire life! We all got combination plates. My fiancΓ©e and I both got the regular polish sausage and it was great. His mom got the smoked sausage, and we both liked her's better, because it had a stronger flavor. It was my first time trying a perogi, and I didn't care for them...however, everyone else said they were amazing. They tried the cheddar ones (they have cheddar, potato, and sauerkraut). His mom had a fried potato pancake, and that was good. The cabbage roll was awesome...so was the sauerkrautπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. I walked around and saw other people's food, and asked people what they were having, to decide what I wanted, and everyone was so nice!! The guy next to us had the hunters stew...that looked amazing, and he said it was really good. We got a free dessert of the crumb cake since we were from out of state and it was our first time here. Service was outstanding. We would definitely come back and eat here again!! Handicap accessable

We went there for my mother's 93rd birthday! My sister brought her from Grand Blanc and we had extra cake and gave it to the restaurant who in turn asked my sister for the recipe for the pistachio cake and frosting that she made for my mother's birthday! A truly awesome and family friendly restaurant for sure! And the food's pretty damn good!

If you are looking for authentic, home-style, Polish comfort food, this is definitely the place. Two of us ate here on a Friday night around 6:30 pm and the place was packed with locals. They work the tables quickly and we were seated in a few minutes. The service was very friendly and attentive. We elected to have the combination plate. It was loaded with flavor and goodness! Smoked kielbasa, stuffed cabbage, meatballs, pierogi, mashed potatoes, kapusta, and green beans! The stuffed cabbage was the highlight in my opinion. We topped it off with an apple crumble for dessert. It was a great taste and value for the price.

We were up in the area and needed a quick dinner. We were so happy to stumble upon Sabina's Restaurant. The food was amazing. Even the person sitting at a table next to us mentioned to us that he would eat here every day if he lived closer. We ordered two combinations and split between us the potato pancakes (best we've ever tried), pierogi, city chicken, and cucumber salad. The staff was friendly, efficient, and brought some fun to the conversation. They made an amazing team. Our only hope is to find more reasons to get back that way more often.

They were out of their famous corned beef when I was in town ....circled to the perogi plate with city chicken...got the cucumber salad with it and shared a meatball plate. All was delicious. Seems like a very good scratch kitchen. Every thing was fresh made. Recommended it to everyone.

I've been eager to try Sabina's after hearing rave reviews for many years! The building is adorable, old fashioned diner style but with more seating than you'd expect. Today I stopped in for the combination plate and every bite was fantastic. The highlights for me were the mashed potatoes and the kielbasa. Do pay extra for bacon and onions on your pierogies, it's worth it! Great coffee and soups too! Super friendly service and the prices aren't bad. We'll definitely be back!

This was a happenstance that we found this place. I am so happy that we did. The portions were generous and the taste was just like Grandma's. We went towards closing time and it was super busy with takeouts to the point that they were slowly closing the dining room. The staff was efficient but not overly warm, I am guessing due to the number of takeout orders. As Grandma would say, "If you leave here hungry, it is your own fault."

Five stars all the way. Food is exceptional and so is the service. This is a no-frills place that over delivers in every way. From the breaded pork chops to the potato pancakes, pierogies, and the kraut, this place is outstanding. The staff was extremely inviting and pleasant to talk with. Not the mention extremely affordable. I'm definitely coming back here.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love their Polish food. The combination plate is a great way to try a little bit of everything: pierogi, stuffed cabbage, meatballs, kielbasa. Their bread is so good. The staff is very nice.

Absolutely fantastic. Scratch-made polish food! Authentic pierogies, potato pancakes, goulash and some amazing home-made deserts. I tried this place on a whim and was so happy I did. I'll absolutely be back. They seem to have lots of "regulars" there and I understand why! Bravo Sabina, keep up the great work. (menu photos as of Jan 2020).

Service is amazing. Hands down one of the best staffed restaurant. They are friendly, fun and very very hospitable. I went to Sabina’s for lunch with my husband after reading the good reviews and the reviews were right. Great staff, budget friendly, generous portion and service. It is a little bit of a drive from home but we are sure we will be back soon.

THIS RESTAURANT IS GOOD!!! Okay I got there a little after 6:00 now it was busy and still found the table for me fairly quick and stay off was very busy but still very attentive met all my needs answered all my questions this was an absolute great experience we'll come back we'll recommend to family and friends absolutely loved this restaurant. I got the combination plate which seemed to be a little bit of all the Polish foods they had to offer and it was just great. It was so good honestly that's probably what I'll order each time I come in. Heard nothing but compliments coming from the customers about how they love the food as I was sitting there this is a great restaurant to bring a small family to.

Took my girlfriend here for a nice polish dinner. Was not disappointed! I got the Combination Plate, which is a great "everything you could want" kind of thing. After seeing so many comments here about the pickle soup, we got it too. It's actually pretty good! I also appreciate the fact that it tasted like nothing came from a can. Obviously, we'll come back!

The food can't get any better. The prices, could be. Some expensive food, but it's as authentic as it gets. Everything is great and you want to try it all, but when you do the bill adds, and it adds fast. My only complaints, the amount of seating could be more, and needs to be for the amount of people that come here. Its always packed! That should tell you how good this place is. Service is great and it's always clean.

Their food is so delicious, I can't say enough about it. Best stuffed cabbage I've ever had. Farmers cheese pierogi w/onions & bacon and smoked kielbasa is top notch. The dill pickle soup is great. Now for the staff... they're as good as the food!! How's that for a win - win. Can't wait to go back.

Sabina's is a terrific restaurant and we stop in whenever we're in the area. The restaurant decor is simple without frills. I've ordered many different things from the menu and have never been disappointed. I especially like the pickle soup, cucumber salad, and stuffed cabbage.

Great food, great service staff. A diner-style experience but that's fine with me. Only complaint is it can be very noisy, because the place is always crowded and there is not a soft surface anywhere that soaks up the noise. But I still keep coming back!

This is the BEST Polish food in South East Michigan. I love their stuffed cabbage, pork chops, peroxide, potato pancakes, cucumber salad, and dill pickle soup. Not much to look at and it's crowded because the food is so good. Service is fast, servers treat you like family. Price are amazing.

We drove 45 minutes because of a pregnancy craving, but it was worth it. We tried to come earlier but it was closed due to family issues I think, but when we got word it was open we came right over. It was very busy but we were greeted right away, placed an order for carryout, and were out the door in under 15 minutes. The pork chops and pierogi were very good. The sides weren't anything special, just plain good cooking. The cabbage soup was the star though.

Best Polish food downriver, maybe in Metro Detroit. Dessert to die for. Always enough in a serving to bring some home. Everything made from scratch, no Gordon's prepared here. Prices are reasonable, friendly staff, fast service. Real comfort foods. Try it.

I enjoyed the combination plate. The kielbasa was my favorite. It was sooo delicious and fresh! I also had the pumpkin cheesecake. Everything was 10/10. Will definitely return. I wish they were open 7 days a week!

Today was my first visit after years of my wife recommending it. It was just as good as she had claimed. I look forward to coming back here again. The city chick was fabulous, the dill pickle soup was delicious, and the cucumber salad was very good too. I also had the pierogies, which I liked because they were pan-fried. I would like to try the kielbasa next time. The staff was super friendly and there was not much crowd on a Saturday afternoon.

Excellent Polish food. I’m glad we stopped in to try this place. It looks kind of like a Coney Island set up and the waitresses are all very friendly. I would definitely recommend trying them out. I’d go back if ever in the area again.

Always loved Sabina's. Now with Covid we try to support local business by getting carry out more often than before. Sabina's is on the top of our list. Just picked up 6 Golumpki and a quart of Mushroom Barley Soup and they gave us some extra red sauce on the side. Had dinner and a lunch for two. Highly recommend. Great food, fair price.

Handsdown the best Polish restaurant around beats Hamtramack Polish Village or other restaurants. They're stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes are my favorites. You can really taste that it isnt frozen or prepackaged. If your looking for homemade tasting polish food this is the place to order from.

We were in the area and stopped at Sabina's for lunch. Due to Covid only carry out was available. Husband ordered their combination dinner, included kielbasa, cabbage roll, meatballs, pierogi, mashed potatoes. Green beans and bread, all for $11. He ate that for 2days. I just had lunch special with cabbage roll. Pierogi. Cucumber salad $8. Everything was delicious! Great Polish food, good prices, friendly staff, can't beat that
