We are new to STL and needed someone to make three hydraulic hoses. I found PIRTEK doing a Google search and called them. The person on the phone was professional, courteous, and helpful. I brought my old hoses in to be duplicated. Same excellent service. I picked them up this morning and they are beautiful. This means I can get the steering in my boat working again. When you’re new to an area you take your chances. I was fortunate enough to find PIRTEK and highly recommend them. They have not forgotten what service is like. For all hydraulic work — go there!

Very disappointed with this company. I realize it was after hours and expected it to be a little higher. I use another company normally that couldn’t get to me and these guys were recommended. I even had to help the guy perform the work on my truck to complete the job. When they called on Tuesday to give the price, it was double the price of the normal place I use. They weren't even willing to help in anyway considering that I helped there employee do the job. I do however want to say that their employee Mike is a great guy! Shame on me for not asking questions about their pricing. Hose Dr is the place to go if you need a hose replaced during working hours or after hours. I feel like someone just stole from me.

Had a out of state commercial truck with an air leak in their vicinity. They performed a service call and was up and going within an hour after they repaired a critical air line. Excellent customer service from start to finish

Horrible customer service I call on the phone after looking on there website and ask them if they can make me stainless steel braided lines for an automotive application the guy on the phone says yes not a problem bring it on by I drive over an hour to get my lines made just to be told we don't make braided line you need to go somewhere else. And explaining the guy on the phone just told me you could do it and he says he's wrong we can't do it. So I asked for a manager. ( I'm the only one here and I told you we don't do those lines) so they will never get my business or my company's business again.

Wow just wow! For years we dealt with this branch of this company in overland, we were forced to use the one in Fenton which is soooo over priced, just told we have to use the Fenton shop😡😡😡 is this America??? Wow just wow😰😰

I've been going here for years. We make our own hoses at our shop and are very well stocked. However, when it comes to specialty hoses with unique ends and hard lines, Pirtek is the best option I've found. They will custom make Fittings if necessary. I've watched them do it and they don't play around. We've asked for some funky stuff and they've always come through. That said, the custom work is pricy, but its better than having equipment down.

This is the second time that Austin has come out to replace a hose for us. (Saving the day both times) This particular instance, Austin said he’s arrive by 7:30 am, and he was there at 7:15 ready to get to work. Not only did he make a new hose, but he helped us replace it as well. Guys like Austin keep us running for longer periods of time, which is honestly priceless. Thank you Pirtek and Austin!
