He had me trying on all different types of bands to play around with size and shape, walking me all over the store. This is hands down the best jewelry store in the tri-state area. The amount of money you intend to spend does not reflect on the quality of service the owner or employees give you. They treat everyone as if you were family. They are not pushy trying to sell you something you don't want. They genuinely want to get you the piece you want with the budget you intend to spend. Chris was excellent to work with from start to finish. He explained everything in detail about my watch battery change + the crystal change due to a scratch in it. Chris even understood I had a very hectic work schedule and called during hours I told I would be available to discuss any possible changes or things that were going on in the order. The watches work great and the new crystal for one of the watches looks great. Excellent customer service experience. Chris truly listens to the customer as can be seen by understanding my work wchedule and providing phone calls during times that would be more opportune for me to answer the call. This was my second visit to SVS. The first was to have a bracelet made for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day. The bracelet came out just as I had hoped. Today’s visit was to purchase a gift for myself with the money that had been given to me for my retirement. Donna, who helped me the first time also helped me today. She is professional and patient as well as providing a good customer experience. I selected a Michele watch and I am very pleased with the choice.

As promised, I was able to look at computerized renders of my ring choice within a week Then, after four weeks, my ring setting was ready. We came with my older engagement ring and used the stone in the new setting. Both of us are extremely happy with my new engagement ring. After almost 35 years, it was time for a change of ring style! I didn't know much about jewelry but they took their time and explained what I should look for in an engagement ring. Customer service is above and beyond and they are very honest! They truly care about customer satisfaction. I was interested in a clearance item (final sale) from Pandora. Discontinued ring. Rare find. They called me after they found out the ring has a tiny tiny defect that cannot be seen with bare eyes. They sent me pictures! After I approved it they shipped it the same day. The ring came very well packaged, there was a lovely thank you card with it. I do not see the defect at all on the ring. This is one of the best jewelry purchase experience ever! I am definitely keeping this business in my favorites.

Absolutely phenomenal first time experience that I had with SVS Fine Jewelry that made me say, “This will always be my go to jeweler from now on!”. Starting with Marissa, who helped me all the way up to my proposal! She was outstanding in every aspect! From the first time I called, to months later when I decided on which engagement ring I selected, size, and specific specs and size center stone I wanted from elsewhere. She remembered who I was and always did follows up when I requested. She did her research on my ring, had a sample sent in from the company rep and got me the center stone I wanted. SVS wanted to make sure I kept all warranty that included mounting in-house so I wouldn’t have to go all over the place taking care of my ring and worrying about mounting warranty, etc.. They went out of their way to purchase the center stone for me instead of me having to do it separately so I can maintain everything in-house with them. That right there, blew my mind that they’d purchase the center stone for me just to make my life easier. I also enjoyed that I was able to make my payments using Apple Pay straight from my phone with a link in a text! You can also do it in store as well of course. And… you can text them instead of calling and they get right back to you promptly to help you with all your needs! They have an amazing showroom with beautiful jewelry for all tastes. Cleanliness is superb, the staff, is amazing, the gentlemen in the back that do all the behind the scenes of fixing, cleaning, putting together the rings are awesome! We even got to sit inside with them after the proposal to see them do all the adjustments and everything to the ring, was a great experience. So overall, I have now been here multiple times and I have had an amazing experience with SVS Fine Jewelry and will continue to visit them for all my jewelry needs for a long time to come. I think the biggest bonus, for me at least, was the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies they have for you, the customer! Haha! I was going to SVS with my daughter’s boyfriend with a handful of diamonds in hopes that they would be able to help create an engagement ring for my daughter. Donna was our salesperson. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and applaud the staff at SVS. Jordan and the owner, Sammy, were so attentive and caring from the beginning of my process to the very end. They are more than worth the trip from eastern Suffolk county to them. I went in to design a necklace for my son for Christmas and I must have asked Jordan to pull out every single book of jewelry that she had for me to look through and not once did she show any sign of being annoyed or bothered, even though I’m sure she must have been. She answered every single question for me and whatever question she didn’t have the answer for, she looked into until she did. My piece arrived earlier than I expected and Sammy even came over to speak to me about the finishing touches on it and did me the courtesy of setting up an appointment in the future to get it cleaned and touched up. Im already going back in the coming weeks to design another piece and get some family heirlooms cleaned. SVS has gained a customer for life.

SVS has a great selection of jewelry and the service is excellent. They’re the only store I go to for jewelry and I would definitely recommend them.

What a fabulous experience I had at SVS! From the moment I walked in, they were so attentive and knowledgeable. Chris W made me feel so special. She took my concerns and questions with a smile and constant attention. My necklace was repaired without any issues. It looks even more stunning then when it was given to me! The store was decorated so nice for the holidays! It even smelled wonderful and enticing when I walked in! I highly recommend SVS for all your holiday shopping needs and even repairs like me!

Amazing experience! Felt so taken care of the minute we walked in. I had 4 other appointments that day to “design,” an engagement ring. Very pleased to say that I’m glad SVS was my first appointment because my fiancé was in love with what she designed. I decided to buy the one she loved that day. Only because of the level of care the staff showed us. There was absolutely no pressure and they were just happy to work with us!
