I've been a Partner & Member with inCruises since May 2016 and have booked 4 cruises as of December 2019. This membership is not like any other membership. It is more like a cruise savings account where the company gives you double your money as Cruise Dollars to use to book cruises on their site. Booking seems straight forward but incruises canceled my booking 2 hrs after because they didn’t issue a booking reference! Ask me to rebook without doing my refund straight away. Have to wait 5- 10 . Terrible. Now i renook same trip and again no confirmation ref. Customer service really bad . They do not deal with the situation. Maybe there isn't availability and their page is showing that there is. Terrible. The wort thing is that flights and hotels are already purchased.

Exciting First Cruise with Room for Improvement – 4/5 Stars I recently booked our family's first cruise with InCruises and we're bursting with excitement! The savings we made through their membership rewards was a big win, and it's such a thrill to see my out-of-pocket payment returning to my account as reward points for future bookings. This kind of incentive really motivates us to explore more! However, there were a few bumps in the journey that made me rate the experience 4 stars instead of 5. The search engine navigation on the website could be more user-friendly – it resets filters every time you return to search results from a cruise details page. Another gripe was the early charge of partner activation fees. They were applied ahead of the due date, and when I requested a refund within 14 days of the due date, it was denied as they insisted it should be within 14 days of the payment date. I found the lack of explicit information about the automatic charge on my card 5 days in advance of the due date frustrating. Moreover, my first request ticket was closed without a response, leading to follow-up tickets and some back-and-forth before it was resolved (basically I just gave up on asking for a refund). Despite these issues, I still appreciate the overall experience with InCruises and look forward to our first family cruise. With a little improvement, this could easily be a 5-star experience!

I was excited to book a cruise but the site was not very user friendly. In fact it was very difficult to finalize booking. I had to get assistance from another member. But I’m grateful for the opportunity to travel mostly free. After signing several into the membership I was awarded money and didn’t have to pay the $100 that month. Instead was given $200! That’s amazing! It accumulated to where I’m cruising for free.

Yesterday I booked my 10th cruise! I am so thankful that 4 years ago I discovered inCruises! We started traveling more often than before and visiting more new countries! Incruises is NOT a reliable travel agency. They are very punctual in withdrawing monthly payments. However, when it comes to actual cruise booking, there is no possibility of doing it all of a sudden. My experience is as follows. I was looking for an NCL cruise for the end of January 2023. At first, there was no possibility of booking until October 17th due to their reservation system update. On October 26th, I tried to book the cruise on their website, but the booking failed for some unknown reasons. The support mentioned that I probably used special characters in my address or probably used the wrong format for a phone number... which I didn't. Mind you, they still withdrew the whole amount of my cruise purchase (approx. 1600 CAD) during the reservation process, which I am still trying to get a refund for. When I tried to book the cruise once again on October 27th, I received the following notification: "Norwegian Cruise Line can temporarily only be booked 125 days into the future. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause". So now there is this sudden change in booking rules which has not been communicated before. Basically, this whole situation ruins my travel plans leaving me with their cruise points that I cannot actually use. I wish I had never started my membership.

We originally wanted a cruise on NCL but weren't allowed to book withing 125 days. After waiting to be within 125 days, the system still would not allow us to book a cruise. The booking system does not allow for saving of passenger info or returning to complete booking. At booking it would not accept the credit card I use to pay the monthly fees. Not allowed to use 100% of our points.
