When a Mexican falls in love with a Venezuelan magic is made that is for sure at this husband /wife business. Absolutely everything is made from scratch here. I sampled the homemade juices. Watermelon, cucumber, and melon. All were delicious but the watermelon was my pick with real watermelon chunks in the drink. The drink comes with a larger than normal straw just the get the big chunks. First they brought out red and green salsa with chips which was hotter than the norm which was a good surprise especially if you like good hot salsa. A bean deep with whole beans with cheese was also brought out. I also asked for cheese sauce to be surprised with warm cheese you will see in the pics. I am gluten intolerant so when I found out they make homemade cook tortillas fresh everything my mouth started watering. I have not had tortillas in years because they are usually made with flour. So I was extremely excited about it. When the tortillas came out they were warm and you could immediately tell the are homemade and fresh. The first bite sealed the deal for me. The best corn tortillas I have ever had in my life. As you can imagine I ate well before the main meal even came. I decided on the chicken fajitas and vegetables Enchilada. The Enchiladas had a red sauce that was homemade that was out of this world delicious. Never had a sauce so delicious bursting with flavor. The fajitas were flavorful with some much food to feed the small family well. Lastly the coffee that was rich strong with cinnamon and sugar around the rim was nice touch with the cinnamon sticks with whipped cream. I love finding the family owned business that are exceptional that deserve the recognition. This Mexican restaurant right here in Las Vegas, NV is my favorite restaurant in the United States. I have traveled all over the U.S. the last two years. If you live here or just passing through I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant. Tell them I sent you. Help family owned local businesses.

Fun place to visit. Some friends invited us and we loved it. The food & drinks are excellent and the service was great. It took a little while to get our order taken, but once we did, it was great. We ordered the molcajete. I shared it with the wifey, and it was perfect. It came with fresh homemade tortillas. It came out with flames, it didn't only look great but the food was delicious. The drinks were also great. The servers kept coming by checking on us, and everyone was friendly. Will definitely return when we visit Vegas.

I called to make reservations for a Sunday and the lady who answered the phone said they don’t do reservations on weekends but because of the amount of people in our party which was about 20 they went ahead and accommodated our request for my husband’s birthday so I was already excited. From the time we walked in to the time we left the service was on point. The food was great with so many options everything was amazing. Definitely in a sketchy part of town but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this hidden gem. We had such a great time and a place we will definitely visit again and again. Thank you for such a great night and an amazing experience.

Fun and fast paced atmosphere, food is good and excellent service. Cafe de olla is very good but very sweet. Went right when they opened, there was a very long line to get in. Once inside, It felt like everyone was in a rush, can be overwhelming.

I've been following this place on IG for a while because the food looked good. Coincidentally my barber recommended them so I figured it was time to go. We had to get the super Torta and it was huge, The two of us barely finished half. Their table salsa is really good too, a nice consistency, not one of those watery salsas that are pretty common. Very themed to the show and honestly only thing I didn't care for was this alarm sound when bringing out food. There will also be a line most of the time from what I hear and saw.

This place has really good reviews so I decided to try it and we weren't disappointed with the food mostly. I had the chicken burrito and wife had steak and chicken tacos. It was both very good and freshly made. The only reason I took a two stars away is because they charge extra to use your credit card without telling you. But the problem with this is for me for this restaurant to have the average meal being $15 and above and to charge you 3% of your bill to use credit card is ridiculous. Which means they are penalizing me for using it. The more I spend in the restaurant the more they penalize me to use CC. See makes no sense. Why would they do that with it being an over than average priced Mexican restaurant. Even Taco Bell takes credit card with no fees. For me the food was good, but if I can't pay without being charged more for meals I want to try there. Then I won't be back. This was very disappointing. They need to learn how to do business and stop nickel and diming business related expenses. I don't only review on the food and service, but also the prices. For this reason I do recommend if cash is your thing. But if not be prepared. 🤪👎👎

Excellent service with help of El Chavo Team. Stablishment is really clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Bar service waa excellent the only flaw we found is that our jalapeño margaritas were not strained all the seeds were in the drink which is not to my taste. We ordered the torta del chavo. I was hesitant because I dont like teleras. But this waa quite delicious. Chips and salsa come to your table as soon as come and sit down. Also the queso fundido toluqueño was amazing. We recommend this place over and over again. Bathrooms were also clean and stocked. Amazinf experience. Thank you Team Chavo.

Whether you are a Chavo Del Ocho Fan or not, this place is super fun and out of this world. The food presentation is wonderful and the food is super delicious. The drinks are super creative and delicious as well. My favorite is the atmosphere. The staff is super fun and professional. There's DJ, live music, and karaoke.

I had a mixed experience with the food at this place. While some dishes were excellent, others were just okay. For instance, the huarache was decent, but the Tortas were absolutely fantastic! The green enchiladas were passable, but the mole enchiladas were truly outstanding. Same with Cafe De Lola just pure excellence. On average, a single plate costs around $20, and if you're dining as a couple, you can expect to spend approximately $70 for a satisfying meal.

First time visitors from L.A. enjoyed the food, all tasted authentic, fresh homemade tortillas were great, service was great, I just ask the waitresses learn a little English for those of us that don’t speak Spanish. Beside loved it and most definitely will return on our next visit out here. Thank you for the hospitality!

love this place. it's my new favorite Mexican food place. I've taken so many people there that I think the owner gave me a free desert. I go about once a week or once every other week. their Carne asada is amazing the flavor is....... Awesome I've gotten their fajitas, street tacos, and burrito all asada! It's definitely a must try. I took my husband one time and he never liked guacamole and I had him try theirs and he loved it.

For a long time my wife and I, we keep saying one of these days we would go. And finally after 2 years of planing. It never happened so today, we decided let just go have some dinner. And see what happens. It was great my wife had great time , we loved the place the ambiance was phenomenal, the inside and the out side was just great. So many memories of our child hood. Growing up watching La Vecindad del Chaco. Definitely will come back we loved the idea that it’s open late for dinner.

GREAT PLACE! Over the years i’ve came to this place, and it has had some downs when they switched management. Recently went back and the food was amazing, live music, and amazing quick service. This place is decorated amazingly, it’s inspired by El Chavo del Ocho. Waiters wear costumes of the characters in the show. They also know how to make el café de olla correctly, which is super exciting. All good vibes here!
