Book at your own risk as they can cancel your booking anytime they want. I found a hotel room at a super good price and without hesitation I booked the room. After a month of follow-up to get confirmation on the room, I was finally told the room price is a system error and they cancelled my booking just like that. They don't even apologize or compensate or provide alternative hotel booking. Because of an error on their part, now my trip is affected as I am left with no hotel booking. Don't risk your trips because of their lower hotel prices. Reply to owner's response : The below reply shows how Club 1 can easily push responsibility away. I searched for a hotel room from Club 1 website, found a room with good rate and booked it, paid for it and got a confirmation email. There's nothing wrong as all this done legitimately. Everyone using Club 1 obviously looking for a cheap hotel deal. For anyone reading this review and thinking of booking room in the future, if you think you got a good rate for hotel room, think again as they may accuse you of trying to capitalize the deal and can cancel your room as they wish. A full refund doesn't make it better as your plans may be affected and time wasted. Better book your hotel somewhere else.

Absolutely love the service! I have used the service several times in the past years and my family loves it! I have been a member for about a year now. I travel often and am consider myself very knowledgeable about where to shop for compatible rates. However I had never heard of this company until I read an article on them and looked at their positive reviews overall so I was fortunate to find them. We had about a dozen rooms that we booked to Cancun for my daughters wedding and we saved about 20% minimum from any other website out there including the group rate from the hotel. I have used them to book a few nights at several hotels in the United States and there was also saving with some and with others the rates were about the same. My interactions with them have always been very quick and very responsive and efficient. This company is definitely one you want to consider when searching for rates.

I have used Club 1 Hotels many times to book rooms in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah from small inns to large chains. In my experience, their prices are well below the hotel's own website and even Expedia and Kayak. Cancellation policies are also easy to spot and read. I have cancelled rooms due to change of plans and have received refunds in a timely manner. Customer service is extremely prompt.

Great site. At first I was a little skeptical as I had never heard of this company. Ended up booking a hotel stay along with car rental and everything went smoothly. Customer service was helpful as I did need to call to change a date. The savings were pretty significant

The club is good so far. Got a good rate on the site. The only bad thing is I downloaded the app and when you go to sign in it opens my safari to their website. So I didn't see any reason to keep the App if you can't view anything on it. I know the club has nothing to do as far as the hotels goes. The hotel I stayed at makes sure the only pics you see are the good ones. The hotel itself has done some upgrades but still looks pretty run down as far as the rooms go. Like I said the only bad thing was the App. As for the hotel not sure if I will ever go there again but like I said the club has nothing to do with that. I will use the club for other trips when they come up.

Club 1 Hotels, is so easy to book, through! Not only are the rates much better than doing it through the property itself, the reward points/mileage are amazing, and since you are the one making the reservation, you get to pick each detail of your room/rental so there is no mistakes when you finally arrive. I was traveling up the East coast and stayed 29 nights consecutively with Club 1 Hotels. I booked, modified , canceled, rebooked, spoke with their customer service, and am now a Top tier holding client who will always do it through these guys because the experience as a whole, is so stress-free!

Do not trust this company. After sending you promotional codes to discount your accommodation booking, they still charged me full price. Not once, but three times in a row. The code said it was "successfully applied" in the booking, but due to the way they have setup the booking page on their website, you have no choice but to confirm the booking as the advertised full price and hope the discount is credited at their end. I had to contact them three times to correct this, there was never any apology or explanation why it had occurred, they just didn't care. The third time I contacted them about this issue, they just cancelled my entire reservation instead of refunding the overcharged anount, and blocked me from logging into my account. I couldn't access my previous accommodation bookings, which were overseas. In conclusion, this company wants their customers to promote them to be a great company, when in actual fact they want to rip you off. For peace of mind on your vacation, stay away from them!!!

I had a great experience with my first booking. There was one issue which I had with my booking, and it was quickly resolved after I sent a text to customer service. Everything also went smoothly when I checked into my hotel. I just wish extra costs to be paid at hotel were more accurate at the time of booking.

I have used club1hotels a few times over the last 4years. Prices are great and I never had issue once I checked into hotel. There is some frustration when booking, for example I just booked a hotel through this club1hotels and I got an email stating my reservation was cancelled due to credit card not being manually entered. So now I have to text email them to renter my reservation…time consuming. Seems like there is some snag like this in most booking experiences but would still recommend using site. Upscale hotels at great prices. I just told a friend about the site last night.

We used Club 1 to book a rental car for a month long trip. The day before our reservation the rental car location let us know they did not have a vehicle for us even though we had booked and prepaid 2 months prior. I've stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites twice with my family and we've had no problems at all. One room was missing a refrigerator and they was fixed right away. The children loved the pool area and breakfast was awesome.we had the Belgian waffles. Check in was really easy every transaction went great for every trip.

Always enjoy staying a Club 1 Hotels.. we usually opt for Comfort Inn and did this time as well. Staff is always very friendly, I dont' think I have ever had a bad experience with staff at any location. Breakfast was great... ate way too much, of course! The only down side to this visit was, the indoor pool wasn't open. We weren't informed of this before our stay. It was a little let down. Aside of this, our stay was wonderful

We stayed in Charlotte at the Holiday Inn Center city, the weekend that the Bill's played Carolina pre season. The hotel was nice, clean, bed was comfortable the plus was the restaurant/bar down stairs. Restaurants were walking distance, just about everything was walking distance. I will definitely book with Club 1 Hotels again. Try it you won't be disappointed at all.

Excellent booking process, everything has planned. Radisson Blu Golden Sand in Malta: Terrific place, amazing view from the sea view rooms, staff very helpful. The beach is small but as there several other areas available for guest to relax is never crowed. Lovely and massive swimming pool, kids pool also available. Breakfast has a great and varied offer. Three different restaurant for different taste. Kids club offer also great activities for the small ones. Some rooms are perfect for families has they are mini apartment with a small kitchen to help feeding fussy kids.
