I brought a team of customers in today and Eric made our trip amazing. We had a blast fishing together and he even set up a restaurant to cook our fish three ways for dinner for our group. Captain Eric was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If it weren't for Capt. Eric fishing might have been tough. But he put us on the fish and we caught a bunch and then some. Pre trip I told him that I was coming from Hawaii. I had not planned on keeping any fish. He suggested several restaurants. We made arrangements with GW Finns for a catch and cook. Capt. Eric knew where the fish were hiding and we caught a cooler full. He was not only knowledgeable but just a fun guy to talk and hangout with. I would do it again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Captain Eric did an awesome job watching some horrible weather. We showed at the pier at the “new” time and the weather became perfect. Both of my daughters hooked AND caught their first reds on the very first cast!!! Capt had to be on both sides of the boat. My wife is still crying about the sea monster she lost at the side of the boat. Luckily a little later in the day she caught a “bayou donkey” that made up for it. Even when the tide wasn’t right this man found fish. Always a good sign when his phone is ringing off the hook from other guides looking for help. Eric is friendly, a great communicator, has a fast and safe boat - plus he knows where the fish are. I will fish with him every time I am in the area.

My husband and I went out with Captain Eric and it was better than we had even anticipated. Although the weather was pretty chilly out on the water he got us into some beautiful spots and we caught some huge redfish. Trip of a lifetime! And then we took the captain’s advice and had our fresh catch cooked at GW Fins and it was delicious. We are hoping to make the trip again next year. Would highly recommend going out with Captain Eric!!

Captain Eric was wonderful! We had a friendly competition going with another boat full of our friends and Captain Eric found all the honey holes. Needless to say, we kicked butt! Took my daughter out for a little fishing with captain Eric. We had an amazing trip. He has a great boat and takes care of everything. Would recommend to anyone looking to book a chartered fishing trip out of New Orleans. Despite suboptimal weather conditions, he put us on multiple schools of fish. Additionally, he was very responsive and helpful in setting up all the details surrounding the trip.

Eric Olsen is an excellent Charter Fisherman! He has some kind of sixth sense with the fish. I could tell he knew what he was doing but have zero clue as to how he knew exactly where they would be. My family had a blast fishing and joking with him! We caught the most fish I’ve ever caught in my life! Good times

Captain Eric will put you on the fish! I would highly recommend taking a trip with him. I literally hooked into a nice red my first cast of the day. I will be making another trip in the near future.

Second time out with Cap'n Eric and Saltwater Therapy Charters over Thanksgiving weekend. Little did we know how spectacular it would be! Cap'n Eric is extremely friendly, prepared, and knows where to find fish, big fish! I will include some pics of what we caught. We are regulars for life!

A true 10/10 fishing experience! We went as a family fishing trip not knowing what to expect and the trip surpassed all our expectations. Captain Eric was perfectly organized and a joy to fish with. Two people in our party were inexperienced and Captain Eric went above and beyond in making the trip fun for everyone. He helped them with baiting the lines, casting, and collecting our fish.
