Terrible service stay away if you want to save your time

Went this past Saturday around 2:20 pm website stated they closed at 3pm. The door was already locked I saw the girl inside I knocked to get her attention but she just acted like she didn’t hear the knocking.

Called twice to get a quote. Same grown girl said she would call back and didn’t. Both times she was too busy to give a quote. You know who you are. Took my MONEY ELSEWHERE and got homeowners and car Insurance. Go to STATE FARM they are cheaper and you get great coverage.

The first person i spoke to was not helpful at all. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was rude, unprofessional and kept me on hold for a long time. When she asked for my info, I explained that I had to go back and forth to my email since i didn't have a piece of paper in front of me. She answered "well you should!" I told her I wanted to speak to someone else who knew what they were doing. I then spoke with Lorena, she was nice, helpful and very professional. Thank you Lorena for helping me.

I want to start by saying that the young lady there is amazing, súper profesional and speaks English and Spanish. She is so very helpful. I am happy to drive 45 minutes that way just for her customer service experience!

I went in to the office after being unable to reach a service rep through the 800 number to ask for a copy of my insurance card. Jenny Alvarado was incredibly helpful, efficient and was a quick problem solver even when the agent who took my claim was not available and had not submitted my documents into the system after almost 2 weeks. I understand they are short staffed and having people like Jenny on the Team who are solution oriented truly makes a difference. She’s outstanding and excels at her position

The blue Island freeway store was very good I was in and out of there in 15 minutes to help me out they understood and they are phenomenal I will drive 20 minutes to half hour out of my way to come here because they know what they’re doing to Bridgeview store was absolutely horrible and not opened for hours and had no results

I called in 20 times today because I was getting a new vehicle and I talked to Lorena Orozco and she solved my issue right away didn’t even hang up the call till she got it done. Sad thing is I went into my insurance office and they told me they updated and didnt after multiple calls today being on hold for hours. I worked with Lorena and she was awesome! She called me previously for my renewal but I had to do it later since I was working. Today was my day off and after sending her an email to renew she called me back quickly (less than 10 minutes) and helped me out with my renewal and was super patient and kind while I sorted out my own affairs.
