I recently used Up n' go to pay my tab at a restaurant. I was really impressed with how much easier it is to pay with this service! I just scanned the QR code on the check, opened the web page, and followed the really user-friendly steps to add a tip and pay the bill. It worked great with Apple Pay. Much better than handing a credit card to the waitress or going up to the cashier to pay. I wish more restaurants offered this option.

I applaud UP N’ GO and especially Mgr. David Warren for exemplary customer service. I found a charge on my monthly bank statement that I didn’t recognize. I emailed UP N’ Go to ask for an explanation. In short order I received a response from their customer service team that included the name of the restaurant, , date & time of credit card charge with card number (last 4 digits), and an itemized list of charges reflecting the actual meal check I had signed - including tax amount and tip. I was very impressed with the speed and completeness of their response. I had been expecting hours of effort tracking down the charge through the bank. I used Up n' Go at a nice restaurant the other night and found it to be a great service. It was easy to get started with the QR code on the restaurant receipt and it was clear and easy to use. The Up n' Go screen itemized the bill and would have allowed splitting the check, had we wanted to. It made tipping very easy. Your card info is encrypted and the card never leaves your possession. No waiting for the server to pick up and return your card.

My waitress “Jada” was awesome! I don’t know what words to describe her, but AWESOME!!!! She needs to show other people how to be a waitress at other places, because she was pleasant she come up to our table and greeted us with a smile and knew her menu. The other co-workers that assisted her in bringing out the food and appetizers were also very courteous. I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday “Joleigh” I am happy to say that I will be returning back and spreading the word that this place has great service and great tasting food.

Went to the Turning Point In Lawrenceville NJ and was presented the option to pay online. The waitress was very busy so I tried the payment service. It was great ! Easy to use. Gave me choices of payment options. The ability to split the bill which I did not do. Very well written app would use it again.

Most definitely the easiest, most convenient mobile pay platform I have ever had the pleasure of using. The ability to split payments and keep everything organized on the bill is an amazing feature! I love it when the establishments I frequent use this service! Great add-on to the dining experience.

The last time I was at Starlite, we used Up n' go Contactless Payment system to pay our check. It was SO easy! I wish that all restaurants offered this service. We were able to pay our check quickly with our phone and did not need to wait around for our server to run our card and bring it back.

We use Up n' go Contactless Payments at Annie's Diner. One weekends, we are a crowded diner. Up n' go allows us to flip tables quicker and keep things flowing. Our waitstaff loves it because they tend to get higher tips through Up n' go. We also love text a check from Up n' go for take out orders. Highly recommended.

we recently used up-n-go for lunch at miguel's cocina on the embarcadero in san diego and found it was a great experience. the apple pay feature made it both secure and easy, and true to its name, it was fast! will definitely look forward to more restaurants that offer this service.

First visit for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. Service was good, however, the food left a lot to be desired. My daughter and I ordered the Sweet and sour chicken and my granddaughter ordered won ton soup. I can honestly say I have eaten sweet and sour chicken from the frozen food section of a grocery store that taste 10 times better than what I was served. The won ton soup was tasteless. My daughter who ordered the sweet and sour chicken agreed it was not good and certainly not worth the money. In my opinion, this restaurant is overrated and overpriced. I will not eat at this establishment again.

Used Up ' Go to pay my tab at Tupelo Honey in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Very slick! (I'm a 62-year old woman. First time using.)

This was my first time to us the Up n' go contactless system. At first it was not working because my friend and I were sharing the bill. Once I did get into the system, the process for leaving a tip was confusing and I think I left a 30% tip instead of 20%. Maybe with time and a few more attempts this will become easier. But, I still prefer a hard copy invoice where I can calculate the tip myself.

I paid with Up 'n go recently and it was such a quick, easy, efficient, and fun way to pay. I will be looking to dine at more restaurants using Up 'n go!
