The young man was very smart and friendly. He took good care of my phone, cleaning it throughly before putting a new screen protector on it. I will be back if I need anything because he made the experience such a pleasant one.

Great service!! The staff is super friendly and they do such a great job. We always go back to replace our screen for only $10. You can’t beat it. Yes the initial cost is expensive but so worth it. You can get cheap ones but you then have to try to put it on yourself and it never turns out looking right and you end up spending just as much more. We’ve been going back for over 3 years now and will continue.

This is the first time I've tried to get a replacement screen protector via the warranty. Usually this process is so complicated but here at Zagg in Burlington it was easy and painless! Even got a great lens protector for the camera on my phone. Thank you!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They’re looking to scam wherever they can. I was told a new screen protector would be $10 and before I could agree to the price they removed my current protector from my phone. They then told me a new protector would actually be $50 since “the shape of my protector did not match their brand” which was something they could have seen prior to removing my current protector. They proceeded to argue with me until I grabbed my phone and left the kiosk. Terrible experience, I will never purchase from them again

They always do an amazing job applying the screen protectors and if something goes wrong for any reason you can get it replaced for $10. The cost is worth not having to wrestle with the installation myself. And the staff is super pleasant and never rushes you through the process.

I came out of the Apple Store with a new phone but no case because they had none in stock and I ran into Mohamed who was just closing up the kiosk. I asked him if would mind staying open just a minute to sell me a case in a glass screen protector because I was worried about my phone being damaged. He was awesome! The life warranty by zagg is rock solid. Any damaged screen is replaced by them without any cost and questions. Mohammad was highly professional and friendly. I recommend their products.

Mohammed took care of all my needs with a smile on his face and a willingness to discuss the various options of screen protectors. I’m thankful that I didn’t apply the screen protector myself, because Mohammed couldn’t have done a better job. We discussed low end and higher cost options. I went with the screen protector that lacked a cutout for the iPhone “notch”; I love the seamless effect and would recommend this specific screen protector for any professional, or heavy cellphone user. I find talking with the phone to my ear to be more comfortable than screen protectors with the notch, and it looks leagues better than my previous broken screen protector. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will be back to see Mohammed.
