My girlfriend & I during our stay in Brickell, came here twice. Let me tell you, Mohammad is one of the most pleasant & kind hearted individuals I have ever met in any kind of customer service industry, particularly restaurants. I rarely leave reviews, but his generosity needs to be put on notice! Not only were our smoothies, along w our breakfast sandwiches top of the line, but his hospitality was second to none. He asked us about our stay and proceeded to tell us the best ways to get around Miami to save money by taking the mover. We pulled up on him today and he greeted us with the biggest smile, shook both our hands & after we left him a tip, he gave us complementary pastries which are A1!!! Food service and general customer service industries need more people like Moe! Next time we’re in Miami, we’ll be back!!!!

Had an amazing coffee and sandwich! The owners were so kind and made the experience so wonderful. We also loved enjoying our food in the beautiful atrium in the center of the building.

I didn’t catch his name but from the other reviews, I think it’s pretty safe to assume it was Moe. I came in for some breakfast and wow, I’m glad I did. What a guy. When I praised him for his service, he said forget about the service, let the sandwich speak, and god dang, that was one tasty sandwich. I literally got a croissant sandwich with egg and cheese, a little salt and pepper, and a lot of love… I walked over to the water and tore into that thing and a cup of coffee to wash it all down. 10/10, probably coming back tomorrow. If you’re looking for a no-frills spot to grab some food to start your day, I can almost guarantee you this is the spot.

I can't say enough how exceptional the service was. Moe is absolutely wonderful and deserves a big raise - if you're in a bad mood, go see Moe, you'll leave smiling! Fantastic service, fantastic menu full of freshly made/baked options, and fantastic prices. It's in the 2nd floor of the Arch building. Must go!! Oh, and the guava croissant... Mmmmmmmm

Nothing fancy but good coffee/breakfast stand for a coffee or avocado toast, etc. reasonably priced as well. Service on a Saturday was slow with only one man working.

Excellent, personalized service from Mohammed....he is fantastic and a very kind, sincere person who went above and beyond. At ARCH Café, we enjoyed delicious, fresh pastries and other excellent breakfast items such as a customized cheese omelette, warm baguette straight from the oven, and fresh orange juice made on the spot!

I rarely leave reviews but this place is amazing. It’s on the second floor of an office building but you will not regret going here. The pastries are incredible. Everything is soft and fluffy and the taste is excellent. Fresh ingredients and very clean. Great spot!

A small cafe tucked away inside the Brickell arch office building (the one that looks like a giant surf board), this place saved us in a busy morning heading out for a snorkeling excursion down by the Biscayne National park! We were very specific with our order - two turkey and cheese croissant w/ a cafe latte for breakfast, and while we are chowing down in the atrium area around the corner, pack two pesto based sandwiches for us for lunch. The gentleman - Algerian guy, responded to every request with a "yes boss" and was just such a pleasant gentleman to deal with. The croissant was filling and delicious though slightly greasy, and later on our lunch sandwiches we opened at one of the keys inside the National park was surprisingly delicious and filling. Bread looked hard but wasn't difficult to chew through and portion was great though it initially looked small. We both enjoyed a banana as well as part of the lunch item. Office workers are lucky to have such gem inside the building because if I worked there, I'd get my breakfast here half the week! When complimented about his outstanding & positive attitude, he simply smiled and said "I believe we are all ONE people." Amen to that bro- keep it up boss. We need more people like you!

We had to come back each morning during our stay here In miami. The man working the counter( we call him boss) his energy and work ethic gave us a great start to each day. It took us a moment to find the place in the beginning since it’s inside the Brickell arch building.

Muhammad is awesome!! He puts so much love into his work and is incredibly sweet. We ordered two croissants and two coffees, both were made to order. I would come back again and again, simply because Muhammad was so awesome. Edit; if I could give 10 stars I would! My boyfriend and I had just finishing our food and were sitting and talking, when Muhammad walked out to us and gave us 2 free guava and cheese pastries. This man is incredible!

Awesome Cortadito coffee. Added some milk as it was too strong for me. Also, fresh & tasty almond croissant; good Spanish tortilla with potatoes, onions and eggs. Nice gentleman behind the counter. Recommended

The man at the register was so lovely and kind. We walked in with a group of 10 and he was so kind and patient with all of us. The woman in the back was swiftly making our breakfast one by one. We walked out so satisfied! Yummy food, delicious coffee, and great customer service. You will NOT be disappointed. :)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arch Café, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The delightful food, combined with the infectious positivity of Mo, made my visit truly memorable. First and foremost, the food at Arch Café was great! I had the morning breakfast sandwich 10/10 recommend. However, what truly sets Arch Café apart is the incredible energy and spirit brought by Mo, one of the staff members. Mo's infectious happiness and genuine enthusiasm for his work created an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. You definitely want to give this place a try.

Mo runs this business as his own. My business would be transformed if I had an employee that works as hard and passionately as him. He is truly the face and value of the business here. Without him there is an empty cafe, but he makes it a place you absolutely want to come back to.

The barristas took care of my group of professionals with respect and made the most delicious cups of coffee ensuring our expectations were met. The prices for the coffee were fair for the district of Brickell. This cafe is a hidden jewel in a district with overblown prices.

The menu has a great selection of food and the prices were extremely reasonable. I loved my empinadas and Nutella croissant. The coffee was also really good. Above all the guy who made our breakfast was extremely friendly and I appreciated his positivity.

I went to arch cafe for the first time just to buy a coffee to survive my work shift and I finished buying 2 coffees and a lunch menu for my boyfriend and me!❤️ I really loved it! I come back usually and I love how friendly are Mo and his staff! Food is amazing and the coffee is nice, the price is just right for be in Brickell! If you wanna enjoy good food u need to visit this place!

This place is amazing! I got the ARCH Café in Miami, FL, it was divine. If you are looking for a lighter drink, this is definitely not the one to get. This drink was more like a perfect dessert after eating. There are three layers, the bottom is a layer of mango, middle is (evaporated?) milk, and then the top is a matcha foam-like layer. Give it a try at least once, and you will not regret it. The interior is so adorable and adds to the cute, fun, atmosphere.

Great little cafe, a small hidden treasure in the middle of Brickell. Very friendly staff with great attitude. Moe was right, the tuna melt panini was excellent ! And I loved their detox juice 💕

Cheaply made. Waited 30 mins for this. Not as described on the menu. Multiple customers reminded to change gloves in between touching doors, cash register and food.!

I am so fortunate to have this gem in my office building. The workers Mo & Alicia are extremely attentive and kind. Some of the best customer service ive ever received in Miami. Mo makes the best acai bowls and always pays so much attention to the customer needs. He is so loved by us all in this building! Always a pleasure coming here !!

No kidding, I got the simple breakfast sandwich and coffee combo and it was absolutely fantastic. I am going to be a regular at this place! And the prices are What drew me in. It's hard to find something affordable in brickell, in this place is unique because it's a beautiful building and feels like it should be very expensive, but it's not. Fast friendly service. All around just plain great.

Loved it! Food is super fresh, had a delicious breakfast croissant sandwich, juice is fresh, and super friendly people. Just enter the Brickell Arch tower lobby and take escalators upstairs and across the water garden. Great small business.

Loveliest people on earth! It’s not a big fancy cafè , instead It’s a cosy little one with decent materials, but what i loved most was how they communicate with clients as individuals. You can drink your coffee standing while chatting with the lovely owners and enjoying the view. They made my day! They made a dish for me personalized to my diet… 5 stars and beyond.

food was fresh and made with love! the owner was so so so nice, warm, and welcoming. very very accommodating when i told him i don't eat pork, he changed his gloves and everything so that he wouldn't cross contaminate, so considerate. coffee was great too

Came here for breakfast over the weekend with 7 friends. The food quality was great, but the reason for the 5 stars was the service. Mohammad was unbelievable; If I could personally give him 10 stars I would. I don't think i have ever had an experience at a bakery / coffee shop where someone cared so much about the customer. He single-handedly took all of our orders, made them, and brought them out to where we were seated. On top of that, all the orders were fresh and correct. Great experience because of him. I would definitely go again. Very 🅿️! 👍🏼

Mr. Mo did a great job on my coffee. It was truly one of the best cups of Joe’s I’ve ever had. He also made my boyfriend an excellent sandwich!! So very nice and humble. Please give him your business. You won’t be disappointed!!!

The prices are very fair, the food is great, and Mo is very kind. I would give 6 stars if I could!
