Austin was excellent. I'm a first time customer, but this single interaction has left me smiling and I'll definitely be returning. I needed a bigger zoom lens for my Nikon, and originally I was just going to buy one, but no one carries nice big lenses in store now-a-days. I googled camera rentals and found Aperturent. After speaking with Austin I was already impressed with the customer service, and thankful that they existed. You guys made my trip something I could document and remember. I'll highly recommend them to anyone in need of camera gear on a temporary basis, or for anyone that wants to try out a different lens or camera for a shoot. You guys rock!

A very good place to rent any sort of photography and Videography gear and they have very well maintained cameras and lens which they rent at very low price. You can just sign in, and reserve your gear you want to rent out but if it’s first time you are placing the order, you will have to wait for all the verification to complete which would take 3-4 hours for your order confirmation.

Aperturent has consistently been a 5 star experience for me. I have used them for 6 or 7 years. Lighting, lenses and cameras mostly. The equipment inventory has always been 100%. They have never played any games with me. In cases of late returns they have been reasonably flexible with me every time. Things happen on shoots and they understand that. Great place to rent from. Great team.

They have such a great selection of gear, and at really great prices. I've rented lenses, camera bodies, and each time, the quality is excellent. You can tell the manage their "fleet" well, and customer service is **fast** to answer any questions. I am local to ATL, so am very lucky in that I can take advantage of the pick up option, especially when filling a last minute need. In short, they are my go-to spot for equipment rentals. Just wish they'd add underwater camera housing to their line up ;-)

Been using Aperturent for over 10 years without any issues. They have consistantly delivered what they promised, when they promised it. I have recently relocated well away from their original Atlanta location, and they have continued to excel with their customer service. My only regret is that they don't keep a Nikkor 600 MM in stock.

Had no idea about this place but I’m glad I found it. Rented two lenses for a trip to Vegas and I couldn’t be more happier. The prices were great even with the insurance. Pick up and drop off was simple the people were super nice and friendly. I’ll be back to rent another on my cruise to Alaska.

Based on the other reviews, maybe it was my complexion as well. I rented a GoPro that came with a faulty piece. When I checked the equipment in, the rep that did the check-in was not friendly at all and looked for the faulty piece immediately, as if this piece often gets "repaired". Even though I purchased insurance, I was told I still would owe a portion of the repair fee with no documentation of the total amount of the repair, the part the was to be repaired, the vendor etc. When I voiced concerns to Olivia, she ignored them and just ran my card. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Rented a camera for my trip to Africa. Process was very smooth and great service. They people at the store are very nice and knowledgeable.

This is a great company. They are very informative; and a key player in the photography and videography industries in the Atlanta/Roswell area. They recently got a studio that can be rented out as well located a few miles from here. If you have any equipment needs and questions this is the place to get that from.

Terrible experience. When I say complexion plays a role into renting is an understatement. You want me to pay the price of a lens for renting it. I might as well buy the lens. Insane. First time ever renting from them and won’t do it again. Can’t believe it’s 2023 and we still dealing with complexion issues.

I just rented for the first time with Aperturent and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with any business as far as customer service goes, Kate went ABOVE and beyond to help me navigate my order over the phone ensuring that I had all of the proper equipment for a lighting situation I wasn't familiar with. She spent 30 entire minutes with me going back and forth helping me beyond what she even had to.
