Edit:
I
contacted
David,
and
he
volunteered
to
help
me
with
my
problem.
He
was
courteous
and
genuinely
interested
in
helping
me.
I'm
happy
with
our
conversation.
That
is,
there
is
a
decisively
welcoming
and
friendly
nature
about
him.
I
appreciate
his
help
and
recommend
working
with
him.
*Original
review*
Hey,
this
seems
like
a
reputable
music
school.
I
can
appreciate
the
years
that
went
into
this
business,
because
I've
been
through
music
school
and
I
understand
what
running
a
business
is
like.
So,
please
don't
mind
if
I
give
my
personal,
small
slice
of
reality
to
this
place
from
my
perspective
in
a
public
forum:
The
secretary,
a
flute
player,
greeted
me
at
the
front
door
and
assured
me
that
she
was
unable
to
help
me.
Okay.
Great
start.
Then,
I
was
fixing
to
leave,
because
I
figured
the
staff
would
be
unable
to
help.
Then,
somebody
rounded
the
corner
and
the
flute
player
introduced
her
as
a
guitar
teacher.
She
also
assured
me
that
she
would
be
unable
to
help
with
even
the
most
basic
questions
about
guitars,
even
though
she's
a
guitar
teacher.
I
wonder
how
many
guitar's
she's
handled
in
her
life,
and
how
easily
she
would
have
been
able
to
help
me,
but
we
didn't
get
that
far.
After
introducing
themselves
as
incompetent
as
musicians
and
assuring
me
that
they
could
not
help
me,
they
began
to
attempt
to
placate
me.
No,
they
did
not
refer
me
to
teachers
or
musicians
that
they
know
COULD
have
answered
my
questions.
Instead,
they
were
apologetic
and
benign.
Much
appreciated.
I
don't
understand
what
I
did
wrong?
I
walked
in
with
my
instrument,
wishing
that
some
friendly
staff
might
help
me
with
a
few
basic
questions.
After
all,
I
studied
jazz
tenor
sax
in
college,
and
I
play
piano...
What
could
I
expect
from
the
staff
at
a
reputable
school?
Well,
I'll
adjust
my
expectations
to
their
level,
now
that
I
know
who
a
reputable
establishment
is
likely
to
employ.
Also,
I
will
be
er
come
back
to
Sandy
springs
music
ever
again
in
my
life.
