9/13/23: I relocated back to Atlanta this past summer, and I had no idea what I was doing. Billy was able to walk me through the tiniest details of the house purchasing process. I am a veteran who was looking to purchase a home in Tucker, GA with a VA home loan during an extremely aggressive sellers market. Before becoming a client of Billy, I went through 4 real estate agents before I got to one who I felt really cared about finding the perfect property for me. It only took 1 day of seeing homes in the desired area for me to find the perfect home - YES 1 day! Using the VA home loan opportunity afforded to me by serving my country, was shunned and overlooked by home sellers and their respective real estate agents. Once my offer was accepted by the property seller, Billy jumped through numerous hoops to ensure that the deal would go through flawlessly. The VA appraisal process can be a deal breaker and like clockwork, the appraisal came in extremely low - not fully covering offer purchase price. In fact, so quickly that the rebuttal was taken into consideration within 3 days of submission and ultimately raised the VA appraisal to a more favorable amount. This issue should have delayed closing, but due to Billy's quick response and "Can Do" attitude, it allowed us to close with absolutely NO delay from original costing date. YES! A VA appraisal rebuttal was submitted, reviewed and returned to us within the original closing period of 30 days!
