I
recently
had
a
positive
experience
selling
my
home
in
Dunwoody
when
I
was
ready
to
downsize
to
a
smaller
home
and
move
out
of
town
to
be
closer
to
family.
Since
I
had
planned
to
do
this
for
several
years,
it
was
common
knowledge
in
my
neighborhood
that
my
home
would
be
on
the
market.
I
was
fortunate
to
receive
a
letter
from
Billy
Howard
telling
me
he
was
interested
in
seeing
my
home
and
possibly
buying
it.
I
received
the
letter
on
Friday,
and
he
came
to
see
the
house
on
Monday.
I
told
him
a
price
I
was
comfortable
selling
at,
a
very
fair
and
acceptable
price.
Then
he
made
an
offer
on
Tuesday.
We
were
under
contract
shortly
after
that.
I
had
not
engaged
a
Realtor
to
help
me
sell
the
home
because
I
knew
my
neighborhood
sells
very
strongly
by
word
of
mouth.
When
I
received
the
offer
from
Billy,
I
did
my
due
diligence
by
having
an
attorney
confirm
everything
Billy
told
me,
plus
review
the
paperwork.
I
wanted
to
ensure
I
was
as
protected
as
possible.
Billy
was
very
informative
and
supportive
throughout
the
process.
He
is
a
highly
skilled
and
experienced
Realtor,
and
an
optimistic
problem
solver.
He
has
an
easy
personality
that
makes
it
comfortable
to
work
with
him.
He
was
patient,
honest,
and
trustworthy
and
did
not
take
advantage
of
an
older,
single
woman.
He
competently
answered
all
of
my
questions
and
gave
me
excellent
advice
and
information
when
I
didn’t
understand
the
terminology
in
the
paperwork.
He
also
supported
me
by
helping
coordinate
our
closing
and
moving
day.
They
were
different
because
we
negotiated
an
extended
temporary
occupancy.
This
meant
the
world
to
me
because
it
alleviated
the
stress
I
was
experiencing
with
the
house
I
was
buying
in
another
state.
Knowing
what
I
know
now,
I
would
100%
trust
him
if
he
had
brought
his
clients
to
purchase
my
property.
I
recommend
Billy
to
anyone
considering
selling
their
home
for
all
the
above
reasons.
