My organization reached out to this business for a donation of tickets as a raffle prize for one of our fundraisers. A man called our offices to decline and despite the fact that I was extremely polite and cordial with him on the phone, he was very rude and then hung up on me after I said "Thank you, I will make sure we remove you from our list". I can understand it might be annoying to be asked for a donation, but to treat an individual, who could be a potential customer, that way is bad business. I will never recommend any of my friends or associates to patron this business. And again, it's not because he declined to support our fundraiser, it is because of the very rude manor in which he dealt with me on the phone.

If you look at all my other reviews I rarely give a negative review. I feel the need this time because management then corporate totally ignored my request for a call back.January 21st was my 5th and last time I spend time and money with this "corporation" The show was fun as always but the food was lukewarm and the server was terrible. She was scratching her arms at the table, chewing on croutons, wiping her nose and touching her hair and face constantly. We asked for hot tea and the tea bags were delivered by hand, no holder, and dropped in the middle of the table. She then lost a credit card and left everyone's cards and receipts unattended on the table behind us while she tried to find Eli's lost card. All I requested was a call back from ANYONE and was ignored. It used to be a great night out...too bad.

1 star is way too generous!!! Please do not spend your money! Round trip was touted to be a 3 hour tour. Boarded at 5:45pm and weren't released until 11:45pm. Spent 6 hours, held captive! Train only moved 2 miles and stopped. Our view were mobile homes. No prior notice, the train would not be taking full route. Staff were rude. One server, threw our dessert on the table. Food was not edible & drinks were hot. Ran out of butter and cream for coffee. After 5 hours stuck on board, customers were asking if we could return to the train depot & were told, we could get off the train now (We were in the middle of a swamp). Staff also stated, calling 911 has been done before & it won't help. Spent almost $300, plus another $300 on a nearby hotel. People were getting really upset and wanted to leave but basically, we were stuck. No announcements prior or while on board. Kept turning A/C on & off. Had to wait over an hour, for a drunk party to be removed from the train. Begged for answers and were told nothing. Never, ever again!! Worst night ever!!

Murder mystery train is a great thing to do if you’re ever in the area. It’s my fourth time and I would always recommend it

What a great experience. The food was delicious, and our servers, Ariel and Ross, were friendly and professional. The Murder Mystery performance was a lot of fun and entertaining.

Really cool place for a dinner date, the mystery changes often, monthly I think, so it doesn't get old. Not sure if it's a good place for kids, they do serve alcohol with the dinner, but there is a gift shop with stuff for kids so not sure. Really cool train ride with good food and good entertainment.

What a fantastic way to celebrate New Years or any event or evening you want to have a memorable experience. Sitting on the river on the tracks watching fireworks from the comfort of the rail cars. It was magic. Waving to all the families lined up to see the train was so much fun. Ending at Midnight with a champagne toast. The entertainment was fantastic. The service was top notch. Diego’s smile is infectious. The food was far better than I expected like a five star restaurant. Cheese and fruit platter, soup, salad, main course, dessert and coffee. Cocktails. The attention to detail in the decorations to celebrate the festivities.

I’m building a model RR that is an HO representation ofSGLRR. It’d har to make the tracks wobbly so the trains derail like in real life.

Sent my parents on this, it was ok. Better ways to spend my money and I'll spend it with a company that supports the environment instead..

Lots of fun. It's like the game 'Clue' except with actors. And you get a delicious meal too.

Ever since the hurricane, the trains gone down hill. A 3 hour train ride that sits for the majority of the time.

They want to hire experienced railroaders but they don't want to pay a competitive wage. Experience, knowledge and good quality workers don't come cheap.

Our family in April decided to celebrate our mothers 90th birthday aboard the Dinner Mystery Train---the experience was wonderful for all of us. The staff was professional, accomidating, cheerful, the dinner was excellent and atmosphere was full of exciting and cheerful memories. The cast interacted with us throughout making the experience even more personal and special. We are all over Florida and the country---and continue to highly recommend this experience--for either a special event or as an interesting and unusual evening out. Great time!
