Raised rent after just a few months, when I was told they wouldn't do that before 6- 12 months. I was charge $20 late fee when u was told I had a 6 day grace period. All lies. And someone stole my dolley

Raised rent on me two times within a very short period of time. Can never get these people on the phone. Always goes to main company number where you are kept on hold for extensive periods of time which is simply not acceptable. Wish I knew this before storing my stuff there. Also, we were not given any updates before or after hurricane Ian. No communication at all. They know how to contact us though when they want payment.

The place is RAT infested. They knowingly let our belongs be destroyed. They have know about it and are not sending out warnings. I have the Assistant Manager Recorded openly admitting to the “infestation”. We are seeking legal action and hope to warn others with their belongs in there to get them out or and least inspect their unit. I’ve asked them to settle with us at a fair amount to get through this issue and they have not responded. Therefore, we are moving forward by warning everyone and seeking legal action. Anyone with the same issues can contact me to build a stronger case against them. (Picture generic for attention)

I had an awesome experience when renting my unit. Mary waited so patiently when I arrived to the office 15 minutes before closing on a long Saturday afternoon. I had three other customers in front of me , but Mary was like a talented juggler handling everyone's issue interactively. She took great care of me and handled everything like a top professional. Carol and Joan were great! Available. Knowledgeable. And helped us make the best decision on unit size and location. They also welcomed, accommodated and coordinated a POD delivery — unlike U-haul which seemed confused and inconvenienced.

These people are incredible to work with. I was able to have 3 pods delivered on the same day to be unloaded the next day. They handled the delivery and pick-up for me saving precious time. Storage space was clean. When paced out, it didn't seem the correct size & the movers also commented it looked small for the size I'd said it was.

Santana was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean and the use of handcarts was really appreciated!

A great start and downhill since. A 14% price increase a few months after I unloaded my goods. They said it was due to inflation though that is at 2%. Bait and switch selling so be cautious. Also, unit had a leak that went two months without attention. Informed manager from be times. Ruined my boxes and clothes needed cleaning. NO Reimbursement and not emended an apology. BEWARE.

Customer service is fantastic. The facility is easy access and very clean. The price is right. 24 hour access in a secure facility. Highly reccomend. Update: We just moved my son out of this facility and into his apartment. Our experience at this facility was fantastic. It is safe. With gates around the perimeter and surveillance cameras. It is clean. I mean spotless. It is air conditioned. 24/7 access which was important to my night owl son. Great customer service .. friendly, efficient, helpful. And the best price anywhere. Rent here with confidence.
