We recently had a 15 day trip from Fort Myers Airport. We had prepaid for our reservation and had no trouble checking in. When we arrived at ParkSmart there was a shuttle waiting. We were assisted with our luggage, and taken to the airport. Upon our return, there was a shuttle waiting at the pickup location. We were again assisted with the luggage. When we were dropped off at ParkSmart, our car was directly next to the shuttle. We quickly loaded out luggage in the car and were off in less than five minutes. All that for $80 is a great and convenient service.

As other reviewers stated the process is very simple and the daily rate is cheaper than the long term parking lot at RSW. I recently left my car there for six days. I had left my windshield sun shade on the front passenger seat hoping that whoever valet-parked the car might think to install it on the dashboard (six days in the Florida sun is not the best for a car’s interior). When I picked up my car I was impressed to find that not only had the original valet set up the sunshade; the second valet (who brought the car back to the pickup area) had even taken the time to properly roll up the sunshade and fasten it with the attached Velcro strap (something I’m usually too lazy to do myself). That kind of attention to detail and excellent customer service will have me returning to Park Smart whenever I need to fly out of RSW. I actually did not use the Park Smart service, but one of the their employees, Andrea, was so kind to me when I was in a jam that I feel compelled to give a public thank you. I was sitting outside the Ft Myers location on their bench for hours trying to find a rental car because a rental car company nearby would not honor my reservation. They oversold reservations and did not have a car for me. Andrea saw me sitting outside and offered assistance. I don't think I will ever forget her kindness.

We did not know this option was available - we rented with easirent and their shuttles did not run until 8am. We ran into Luis Juan Carlos Santos Maria Taco Bell Burrito and he directed us to the service. It was cheaper than the Lyft I had scheduled and he was amazing. We were entertained the entire ride! Great job- he deserves a raise!

Great price! Great pickup and drop off service! Car was running with ac on and ready to go. Only one negative comment, tram had 2 do not sit signs next to each other coming back. We had to leave 2 people behind for the next tram because of it! We sat in a plane next to each other for 2 and 1/2 hours and its ok, so why not on a bus for 10 minutes?

I left my car here for 5 days when I flew out of town. Very simple. Did purchase online to save money. They took my car to valet park it and brought me to the airport. When I returned I called and they came to pick me up. It is a bit of a walk back to their location when they pick you up from the airport. But very easy to get there.

Decided to surprise my wife with a complete SUV detailing.. DON'T DO IT!! For $170 i had a factory installed chrome emblem and a blind spot mirror "removed by the energetic "detailers. When we arrived at 2:45 there was unbuffed hazy wax still on the auto. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to finish up. The answer from the front desk was, "Well you entered 3:00PM return" on the parking reservation, "so we are not late". So apparantley we have to be absolutely correct when we make a reservation on our return time and ensure that the Airline adheres to Parksmart''s timelines. I asked why do they ask for a FLT number? "Oh, we don't look at that" was the answer, so don't bother filling in that part of the reservation. I nstead of, at the minimum of acceptable customer service, apologizing for the damaged emblem and mirror . The front desk woman started analyzing the age of the emblem and that "we" had applied the blindspot mirror ourselve's "so we can't be responsible" etc., etc. I wasn't even asking for a comp or refund and still had to listen to them work hard to accept responsibility. The vehicle is just 12 months old. The drivers themselves do a good job. Customer service at the front? Don't look for it and never ask or pay for additional overpriced services at the Fort Myers location

Highly recommend Park Smart. Traveling with 2 puppies and door to door service a plus. Also had SUV washed and all the dead bugs are gone. All the people very helpful and nice

Was glad I did the car wash; it was an extra pleasure driving home in a clean car. Consider bringing a pull-top can of cat food to help feed a hungry kitten. ❤️

What a joy. I pulled up and they took my car. The shuttle was right there waiting to bring me to the airport. It took about 5 minutes and the driver showed me where to go for pickup when I arrive. I called and they were there waiting when I got to the spot just a few feet from the luggage area. My car was running with the ac on for me. Thank you for such great professional service parksmart. Easy access; very close to RSW. Pick up 24/7, which is great as our flight came in at 1 am. Very friendly employees too. Our car was already for us with a/c running! Less expensive than parking at the airport long term. Highly recommend!

Dropped car off on May 9, and returned May 12, 2023. When we got back to the car on May 12, I immediately noticed that the Push to Start/Stop button was pushed behind the dashboard. Within 2 minutes I found the lot attendant and he took a picture and said the GM would call me in 1-2 days. Well, 6 days later i called him and he told me my car was like that when I dropped car off on May 9. He said he looked at video, and the same attendant took my car from office to where they parked it, and the same employee happened to bring to office upon our arrival back He questioned the employee and he said it was like that. Well someone is lying and it's not me, then the GM calls ME a liar.I'm sure the standard answer is "it was like that when you brought it in". If that were true, why would the attendant make a note of that and report it to me before I left on May 9 or upon return May 12? For someone to call me a liar is not a prudent thing to do. I keep my cars in perfect order, and THIS is unacceptable. I was very respectful in talking to the GM, until he called ME a liar.

This was the first time I've used ParkSmart - The whole process was quick, painless and very efficient. The driver of the shuttle bus this evening was polite and helpful. What more could I wish for. I will definitely use this company again

This was an excellent experience at our new "home airport." Rather than paying the $18 per day fee parking at RSW, we opted for ParkSmart and were not disappointed. They have the process down to a science, and every piece of the puzzle meshed beautifully. The initial drop-off took 1 or 2 minutes after we paid in advance online, and the ride to the airport was smooth and quick. The pickup went just as advertised; we texted after grabbing our bags and made the 3-minute walk to the pickup area... where we waited maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle. They radioed ahead our receipt number (be sure to keep that handy) and the truck was waiting for us with the A/C on. Pretty impressive and we'll be back!

This place is great! I reserved online, the price was even lower than I expected, and the service was incredible! The attendants were polite and professional and the whole process was impeccably efficient. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle to or from the airport, even at around 12:30am when my flight arrived. It was great to have my car waiting for me with the air conditioning on and all ready to go after a long day of traveling. I will not hesitate to leave my car with them the next time I travel. I’ll even have to take advantage of their car cleaning services next time! Wonderful place!

This November will be my third time using ParkSmart and I couldn't be happier. I not only park, I use their vehicle cleaning service while I travel. The process is easy and very affordable. I highly recommend this valuable service.

I rarely say this, but this place exceeded my expectations! I reserved online (they offer a great discount). Upon arrival, check in was fast & smooth. Driver was on time (there & back). Instructions on how to find the Park Smart shuttle awning after your Return flight are very precise so there is no question on where you should go. Just be sure you remember where you keep your ticket; you'll need that for the 2nd shuttle bus driver. When we arrived back to Park Smart, my car was ready to go, right as I stepped off the shuttle. Great job, Park Smart!

Convenient, actually much more convenient than the airport parking. Valet service when dropping off and picking up. Pricing is good. Additional services available which we didn’t use like car washing. Drop off at the lot. Picked up at a kiosk near the entry to the garage area. Will use again and again.

Very happy with our experience at Park Smart. Took less than 5 minutes to check in a load onto the shuttle. Upon return, the shuttle was waiting at the designated location at RSW, quick shuttle ride, and our car was running and ready, we got in and left! We also paid for a car wash and vacuum and they did an AMAZING job! We were very satisfied and will definitely be using Park Smart again.

Made reservations on line easy very reasonable pricing along with great location shuttles are running with very friendly professional drivers quick ride to airport .when we returned to ft myers to get car the shuttle was there where they pick up and loaded our suitcases also greeted us with a ice cold bottle water😎 and our car was ready to go with air on when we arrived. We were only going to park and fly. Then we noticed detailing. Well, OMG. You all knocked it out of the park. They did an excellent job. Best detailing ever. Thank you.

Do not go here. They want your keys and have no gates to secure your car. They say they will refund you easy if you don’t use their service, but they won’t. Go to the airport where it is secure.

Paid for a full interior/exterior detail with hand waxing. They did a quick (not through) wash and vacuumed the interior. The car was in no sense of word detailed and no wax was applied. When I washed the car couple weeks later it was very evident that it had not been waxed. Complete waste of money

Convenient to Southwest Intl. Shuttles run continuously. Safe parking, and they pull your car up to office upon your return. Can get wash and detail if you want.

Great place, great price. We arrived late Saturday night, Park Smart had our flight number and was waiting for us at the airport. Everyone there was very nice to us. This is the place to park at RSW.
