This was a FANTASTIC experience!!! The staff is all super nice and extremely fun, especially John! They make sure you have a lot of fun but they also make it's super easy and make sure you do it safely. They give you free waterproof pouches for your phone to take pictures from safely and even wet suit tops and lanyards for glasses. They even had sunscreen for those that forgot it. Super fun, seamless and great experience! Highly recommended and will definitely visit again!

This was definitely one of the best jet ski experience me and my group ever had. The hospitality and the kindness from the staff was amazing. Even when we where running late the staff where still able to get us out on the sea and have fun. The manger John was amazing he had offered up brownies and hot chocolate once we where done with our jet ski session. All in all this was an amazing experience and I plan on coming back. Thanks

I am a San Diego native and rent jet skis/ wave runners regularly here in San Diego and have always enjoyed and had a great experience but this was the only time and company I would say don’t use i booked online as you have to now paid in full have confirmation for two skis we were about to get on the water they proceed to tell me I have to go to finance after doing all the prep for two riders two skis to tell me they had a scheduling issue (blaming me for my poor online reservation skills ) and proceeded to tell me you signed it no refund it is what it is you have one now and one at the end of the day and was very adamant about not switching anything around so we could ride together or to fix the issue as she proceeded to get rude with me and I just said give me my stuff I’m leaving following up she proceeded to try to engage in argument with my relative from out of town because he had written his number on the form for solo rider sending rude text Blows my mind how someone can try and operate a business this way best of luck in the future hope you treat your future customers better than you did me the nearby rentals are on point though shout-out to those guys they are solid ✌🏼

Amazing experience, there were a couple of dolphins playing around us, and there's so much space to play around, and with the navy base there, military ships going all over the place, It was just amazing. And the guys at the rental place are so friendly and accommodating, they explain everything there is to know, so even first timers can enjoy the full experience.

This is by far the best jet ski rental company that I have rented from in all of San Diego. I have been renting jet skis for the last 17 years from la Jolla. All the way to Coronado, and I have tried many companies, but San Diego Bay Adventures is by far the best experience I've had. All of the rules and guidelines are clearly written online before you rent, I did call because I had one additional question prior to renting and was met with very friendly service. Upon arrival the man who greeted us was really kind and warm, almost like a family member. The check in process was quick and easy to understand what is and isn't expected of you on their rentals. We appreciated the complimentary wet suit. Once we were on the skis, and we were getting our final instructions, the young man that was giving the final instructions had amazing energy. He made it fun to listen to and kept us engaged. The skis themselves are in great condition and great quality. We had so much fun and then when we came back the staff still treated us like family by offering hot cocoa, loaded with marshmallows and a slice of spiced pound cake. It's seriously felt like my Oma was greeting me home after a long day of working. This company is extremely hospitable and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If you're looking for great skis, smooth transaction, and amazing customer service, you definitely need to check out San Diego Bay Adventures. On top of that they are very patriotic which was the icing on the cake for us. We love companies that love this glorious country and proudly represent the stars and stripes. Thank you all so much! Super adventure. It was sometimes very scary at high speed, but it was worth it. An excellent team that will explain and show you everything. Very recommend.

We had a great experience with a group booking. Kathy and the team made it easy to book a large party in advance. They were ready when we showed up. The jet skis were in good shape and were high performance. They even served us refreshments while our team changed clothes after our two hour ride. From start to finish everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

First time jet skiing and I had am amazing time. This was a very memorable experience. SD Bay adventures explained everything and made sure my wife and I were safe out on the water. We drove the the Coronado bridge and had a blast. We took pictures too.

We had an incredible time jet skiing! The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we were comfortable before sending us out to the marina. I am a plus size gal, and they were size inclusive which I really appreciated. The wave runner jet skis were brand new, in great condition, and super fun and fast. I recommend doing the two-hour rental so you can fully enjoy your time without worries. If we venture back to San Diego we will definitely come back here to rent jet skis again!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Bay Adventures jet skiing! The staff, especially John, Arthur and Austin were very helpful, gave us good detailed instructions before hand. I was hesitant about going jet skiing because of bad experiences in the past but the staff made us comfortable! the views were amazing. Our reservation was at 5pm and we were glad we picked that time because the sun started setting and the views were amazing. Definitely recommend ! Thank you Bay Adventures, we’ll definitely be back!

The employees were really nice and helpful. They give you lots of information and tips to help make it a good experience. The jet skis are really fun and the San Diego bay is really big! We did 75 mins but easily could've done 2 hours if we wanted.

John and Ben were SO AWESOME! Such a great energy to start off a fun experience! We even got hot chocolate after our ride, which was great for the cool and overcast weather. Highly recommend!

Great staff! Friendly and thorough. The jet skiis are fun and very fast! I even got homemade brownies after my ride! Great way to see some big sites around the bay! I will definitely use them again next time I am in San Diego! Thanks everyone for a food time! ❤️

My old man and I had an awesome time at Adventures Jet Ski Rentals! Jet skiing has always looked like fun, but it was way better than I expected. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even though we were late. A special thank you to the beautiful girl who helped me over the phone; you went above and beyond to help us out. If you're looking for a jetski rental, I highly recommend this place, and I plan on returning in the future!

Awesome place!! The staff is really nice, the jet skis are in great condition and SUPER fast. The bay where you ride has lots of interesting things to see - including large cruise ships, USS Midway, sea lions, etc. We ended up going two days in a row. The water was like glass and the ride was very smooth. It was awesome!

San Diego is one of our favorite destination, we love this ocean city. I am always not sure if we are ready for the jet-ski, so didn’t make the reservation prior before this trip. However, when we see the beautiful weather this weekend, I made up my mind to bring wife and kids to give a try. John was the one who greeting us with lots of patience although I didn’t have the reservation and came up with bunch of questions since it’s the first time. Cathy was so helpful and got us one Jet-ski and paddle board with special discount pricing:) SD adventures staffs are not only very friendly, they greet and treat us like you are big part of the family but very professional in giving the thorough training to ensure the riding safety. The entire trip experience are out of expectations and awesome! We will definitely come back for their service again in the next trip!

Great customer service! This was our second time coming here and it was even better the second time. Great place if it’s your first time jet skiing as well, they explain the ins and outs of using a jet ski & the visual attractions you can see throughout. Very friendly and sweet. 10/10 would recommend! :)

The staff was extremely friendly! My girlfriend and I went there to celebrate my birthday. Everything was so organized; I've gone to other jet ski rental places where they just give you a jet ski and say, "go have fun". The quality of the jet-skis was also second to none. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great experience jet ski riding!

Pulled up along side 3 girls who booked some jet skis for 5pm as well. We all showed up late. Literally same time. They got on the water and I got scammed out of my money. They definitely treat certain people and pretty girls better. Said they tried to call me, never did. Rude old lady at the front.

Wow! What an awesome experience! I surprised my husband on his birthday by bringing him to this place. We arrived here early just to be safe and after preparing us for the adventure, Kathy was kind enough to let us go in 15 min early. It was our first time coming here and the staff was outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, where you can change your clothes, the jet skis were in great condition, comfortable sitting, and fast. I only paid for 1h15 min, wish I would have gotten the 2h, because it was so much fun! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and everyone that wants to have fun on a jet ski.

Such a great experience!!! The staff was awesome & very friendly! Solid safety debrief, and the jet ski itself was well taken care of!!! We got there pretty early, and they were able to accommodate, and get us out on the water quickly!! They kept all of our belongings safely locked up. And they had a great waterproof container to place our phone & ID in while out on the water. Such a great adventure, & for sure our favorite rental company in San Diego!!!

Checked in early, everyone was really friendly. They give you a solid briefing and get you out there. They're is about an 8 minute slow ride to clear the no wake zone and then it opens up. Hardly any boats, the jet ski's are great star spangled and fast! Really glad I came, would definitely come again!!

Went out w 8 people for a birthday and it was so good I wish could give it 3 stars which is my personal max on a 1-3 rating system but Google offered 5 so just went with it bc incredible !

It is was really great. I did the early special for $149.00 per JetSki rental for 2 hrs plus a total $15.00 fee. It was fun, but you did need to arrive 45 minutes early due to them having to go through everything with you for liability purposes even for an experienced rider. You also had to sign a lot of paper work too. Other than that, it was really fun :)
