Reis-Nichols Jewelers Greenwood is wonderful. My mother has been working with Marleen for over 6 years and I was able to witness the magic as I call it. I myself started working with Marleen 2 years ago even though I'm in a different state. I was looking for diamond rings. I appreciated the patience and beautiful collections she provided. Fast forward to Sept 2022. My mother and I was at the store to fix her ring, Marleen took it to another level that would enhance the look, her vision and attention to detail I love. I had an excellent experience with Brian at Reis-Nichols. I took my heirloom watch in for service and appraisal. Brian was awesome to work with. He answered every question I had, and was completely up front with everything involved in the service of my watch. I was even able to meet the watchmaker on my initial visit to the store. We picked up the watch today, and it looks brand new again. Brian went over everything performed on the watch, and showed me how to set and adjust the watch. I am very happy with the excellent service, and the attention to detail. I will be glad to give them my business in the future!

My fiancé and I’s experience at this location was incredible. We’ve been looking at other jewelry stores for wedding bands and we are never taken seriously; most didn’t even bother to take our names after selecting our favorite bands. Reis-Nichols was different experience, especially with our jeweler Adam Leath. Adam was genuine, honest, and had us in mind through the whole process. Shopping for bands has been a stressful experience but Adam made sure we were comfortable with each step along the way. He took his time helping us choose styles that we liked without any pressure to buy. Adam even gave his opinion against a ring that we are the fence for and mentioned that he wasn’t convinced we were fully on board with it! He helped me custom make my band on a website and when it didn’t come in the way I expected, he apologized, sent the ring back, and promised to get it right the next time around. My experience at Reis-Nichols in Greenwood was incredible! I initially took my now fiancé to just view some rings, and they took her size on file. I then went on a visit to pick out the ring and worked with Brent to find the perfect diamond and setting. They resized the ring in a very timely manner and I was able to propose as soon as I wanted to. I appreciate the fact that noting ever felt pushed towards me as they had a very respectful staff that put my best interest and the quality of the ring above all.

Recently had my wedding rings redesigned. What an an amazing experience and gorgeous end result. Brent Maple was an exceptional consultant in the redesign process. Knowledgeable, kind and professional. Store staff as a whole was excellent. We live in southern Illinois, but the drive over is absolutely worth it. I then noticed that it claimed to have what I wanted in stock. However, it was only available at the Fashion Mall location. I reached out to Adam and told him my exact needs and wants. Including my budget. Adam took it upon himself to carefully review what I was requesting, had the item transferred from the Fashion Mall location to his store (Greenwood) to make it easier for me to pick up. He also placed them aside for me (guaranteeing I could get them) provided a gift card to a nice restaurant, (He remember so mentioned it was for an anniversary) and stayed within my budget. I have dealt with Cindy Nichols since the start. This was my first time dealing with Gillian and at first I was apprehensive. We have been customers for many years. Always appreciated the outstanding level of service. We stopped in recently to have my wife’s necklace repaired and to look for a watch for my birthday. Adam helped us with the process. He was outstanding with the level of service he provided. His attention to detail was the same when I was looking at watches in the $500 range as he was at a much higher price point. Non pushy and wanted me to be comfortable with my budget and satisfaction. Never tried to up sell or push me into anything. If he did not know the answer to my question, he did not bluff, he went and got the answer. That is a true professional! I ended up spending thousands more on my watch and we even bought a ring for my wife for an early anniversary present. Mostly because of Adam. He even offered to update our appraisals on past purchases for insurance purposes. If you stop in the Greenwood location and do not have a specific sales person, Adam would be the solid choice.
