The staff is amazing. We were able to design our own rings. They did it on our schedule (3 weeks) and stayed as close to our budget as they could. I highly recommend The Jewelry Center.

Wonderful & quick visit to The Jewelry Center when I needed a watch battery for my Bulova & my Citizen watch needed repair to the band. They were very friendly & helpful even though they were busy. While I’ve been to this building many times I never realized there was such a comprehensive full-service jeweler there with engagement rings, pendants & many watches to pick from. They are upstairs at the end of the hall. I’ll certainly be back now that I know they are here.

I just purchased 2 pairs of matching earrings. One for myself and one for my daughter. My first trip to the store they only had one pair in stock and Linda ordered a second pair which arrived much sooner than I expected. I can't wait for Christmas morning to gift the earrings to my daughter. Thank you all for a wonderful experience and beautiful jewelry.

Linda designed a beautiful necklace setting for me using my mom’s diamond. Communication throughout the process was terrific and I am delighted with the final piece. It is gorgeous and a beautiful way to remember my mother.

I got my ring appraised at the jewelry center. They did a marvelous job. I left to run an errand and they sent me a text when it was ready. The service was fast and affordable. Everyone there was extremely helpful, polite and kind. I would definitely return!

We had a very poor experience with a different business, and ended up deciding to find a different engagement ring and start over, and everyone at the Jewelry center was friendly and welcoming, and understanding of our concerns and needs. Tiffany’s has nothing on The Jewelry Center! I had a great experience today simply getting my watch battery replaced. The service was pleasant and very prompt. It gave me just a little time to make selections for my wish list. The cases are filled with beautiful items so if anyone needs a special gift for a special person, I suggest visiting The Jewelry Center.

My local watch repair shop in Maine was not able to help with replacing a crystal and fixing hands on a keepsake watch of mine. I found The Jewelry Center online and sent in my watch for repair. I was skeptical at first but just received back my watch and they did a fantastic job. I am totally satisfied with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend their service.

Took my wedding band and engagement ring in to be soldered. Absolutely perfect when picked up, they checked and tightened the main stone as well. 5 stars aren't enough. Everyone in this place is professional and kind and friendly. Will continue to use them for all of my jewelry needs, repairs and watch batteries.

The Jewelry Center was the most amazing experience I have had, they are warm and welcoming and build a relationship with there costumers. I went into the Jewelry Center to have my grandmothers right reset and Linda was amazing to work with. She helped create my idea into one of the most beautiful pieces I have. Had a great time with Sunny. She really knows her stuff and she took her time, showing everyone in our group of 3 different pieces, answered questions, and kept up with our humor. Great customer service, quality jewelry and great overall experience. I had some rings that were passed down to me through generations but the settings were dated and just not my style. Catherine was able to take the diamonds from those rings to create the most beautiful custom setting that I now enjoy wearing every day. The unused gold was melted down and the value put toward the cost of the custom ring. Hoping I can add a picture because it's absolutely stunning. Highly recommend working with the experts at The Jewelry Center after having a really great experience!

I purchased two wedding bands from The Jewelry Center and within a week of my wedding, two stones fell out on separate occasions. While TJC was accommodating to make the repairs, the quality of work and overall appearance of the rings is lacking. If given the chance again, I would chose a different jeweler.
