Such an amazing company. Honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Kyle came to pump my cesspool and told me it was not a cesspool issue. He was honest and called someone else in the company right away to solve the problem. Sal and Kyle came an hour later and fixed my shower problem in 15 minutes. Using them definitely saved me money. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Our block cesspool collapsed late Wednesday morning. After calling 6 companies, we were referred to Discount Cesspool. Out of those 6 companies, only 1 showed up - Discount. And we are glad we called them!! It took one phone call and they showed up here in the rain Thursday morning. Dominick saw what happened and explained what our options were. There was a slight hold up with the Health Department, which Dominick told us there would be. He submitted all Our information Thursday morning, received an answer Friday, and was here digging first thing today (Saturday). They were friendly and professional. They explained the entire process from beginning to end and explained what was happening at any given time. They took great care of my plantings (I’m a gardener), and took some shrubs out of their way with respect towards them realizing that these shrubs were not planted yesterday. They leveled out my yard to more than my expectations. You’ve seen some Yards torn out from cesspools right? Discount is not your typical installer. Dominick and his Crew was great. Highly recommend! They are reliable, knowledgeable, personable and punctual. We have used them for all of our regular servicing, and they have been great. We recently had our whole septic system replaced, and I appreciated how neat and organized they were with the process. No one wants to replace their septic system, but they definitely made it as painless as possible!

I called discount cesspool and drain after having my wife and i had some plumbing issues earlier in the week, they came for a free estimate the day after and then came and did the work that same week they are amazing! I’ve had great experiences with this company. I used them when I needed a new septic tank in 2020 and was very happy with the service. I called them this weekend when I had a clogged pipe and they were here within an hour or two and cleared the clog. When I noticed later in the day that we were still having problems, they came back on Sunday morning to clear the line again. Great company to work with and great customer service.

The whole team is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them for anything that you need. I am a first time home buyer and had to get a new cesspool installed, which I was very stressed about. Working with Dominck and his team was so easy and such a smooth process. Fair pricing and a good family run business to work with.

We were redoing the landscape in front of our house and noticed our old cesspool, that was filled in years ago, the ground was collapsing. We have had many issues with the cesspool in the past and wanted to check out the pipe from the house to the "new" cesspools as they run under a large stoop. We called Discount Cesspool and Drain to have them run their camera through the pipe from the house and check for problems. Joe from Discount Cesspool and Drain came and was such a pleasant young man. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! We did find the issue we suspected and found that it was very minor. The debate now was to determine weather we should remove our stoop, which would be costly, to fix the slight "hump" in the pipe or leave it because the next 40 feet to the "new" cesspool was clear. Joe pointed out various costly options and suggested to just leave everything as is and call them back if we ever get a clog and they could free the clog for a minimal cost. He also recommend we just keep adding top soil to the sinking lawn and eventually it would stop sinking, that the dirt in the old dead cesspool is just settling, it would not Collapse into a deep gapping hole. He did say his company could come and dig it up to add more dirt if we wanted, but again that would be costly. We opted to keep filling the hole as needed. So, we will continue to use Discount Cesspool and Drain if we need it, in the future. We feel they were very honest and thorough and Joe new what he was talking about and offered us realistic options, and not have spend a lot of money and destroy our property. These guys are amazing! We just bought a new house and within the first few hours we were having issues. We called Discount cesspool at night along with many other LI places and no one had an immediate appt. Within 20 mins Discount cesspool called back and made it work for the emergency service. The person on the line with us was incredibly helpful. They sent their workers over and the owners came out because we had a very unique situation (as it appears the previous owners of the house haven’t serviced the cesspool in years..). They were here until almost midnight working and explained everything to us and were so informative and friendly (even in the late hours!). They were understanding of the fact we needed to be able to use our bathrooms, showers, dishwasher, laundry etc in our house asap and even though they didn’t have anything immediately available they found a way to accommodate us in the next few days for a new cesspool at a very reasonable price. I’m so thankful for this crew and for the fact that the owners even came out at 11pm instead of saying we’ll come back tomorrow. 100% would recommend this company! If you’re searching around reviews like I did, I promise you will be in good hands with them!

Dom and his crew did a fabulous job! They clearly communicated their plan and executed it without a hitch. The entire crew was friendly and patient (despite my 1,000 questions). They were able to quickly come and assess my cesspool issue and schedule a day to fix it. They arrived right on time and finished right when they said they would. The crew kept my property clean and was very respectful. I am so glad that I called them!

Dominic and his crew saved the day for me and my wife. Called him and he called back in 10 minutes and was here the next day to look at my issues with a broken line to the Cesspool. Gave me a estimate and returned with equipment and 4 men to make the repairs. He called and communicated with me about every aspect of the job. His prices were much better than I expected especially with the amount of work needed. While replacing the main line he realized that both Cesspools were full and called for a pumper truck to respond. Everything was done in less than a day. These guy's worked hard and together as a team. I highly recommend discount Cesspool and drain!!! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!

A+ Service through and through. I called with a septic issue this morning and Dominick was able to provide me with a general service estimate over the phone and luckily had a service opening available, and was able to schedule me same day, this afternoon, which I know i was a rarity that I was very fortunate to get. The service techs Kyle and Chris called me just ahead of their arrival and arrived right when they said they would. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest and up front with the scope of work and recommendations going forward. They worked clean and very efficient, they knew exactly what they were doing. You guys set a high bar. I will be scheduling with Discount Cesspool & Drain going forward and you have my family/friends recommendation going forward as well. Again, with the way you guys do business, I know all to well I was lucky to get same day service. Can't thank you enough.

Billy and Chris came on time and worked quickly and professionally. They answered my questions and cleared our clogged line and cleaned out our cesspool. Price was fair and they worked hard. Dom was great about responding quickly to my text and got us an appt early the next day. He let us know it wasn’t an emergency even when he could have charged a few hundred more by saying it was. Appreciate that honesty. Will def call again when needed.

We moved into our home for years ago and have had intermittent cesspool back ups. Discount was able to identify the problem within minutes, find our original septic tank which no other company was able to do, pump it out and resolve our issues in a timely manner. Highly professional!

The guys were great and honest when they came to estimate the job. The problems started when they showed up to complete the service and installation. They arrived 4 hours prior to our agreed upon start time when no one was home. Upon returning from work I noticed a hole in my driveway from where they rested their excavator. When I contacted them they refused to accept responsibility and offered noting except to make the circular hole into a square. In addition they proceeded to toss all of the used asphalt onto my neighbors property. See pics for details. Maybe that's why they came when they knew no one would be home. Competitive pricing but overall terrible customer service and created more problems than they solved.

Amazing!! They are the best! We had a septic tank back up into our basement on a Sunday night. We called at 9:45 pm, spoke with the owner and someone was at our house by 8:30am to treat the tank, unplug the tank and unclog the pipes in our house. They did an amazing job for an amazing price. Friendly owner.

Who wants to deal with a cesspool back up during a pandemic! Well I'll tell you, NOT me and not most cesspool companies, I will tell you. One single phone call to Discount and they showed up 2 hours later. The team was well equipped, enthusiastic and was genuinely concerned about my problem. They showed up with the latest in modern tools, pipe camera scopes and ground sensing radar to make sure my pipes were clear and to locate the cesspool in my back yard which I had lost track of based on a lot of construction. I’ve watched this done before “by hand” and its ugly and time consuming at best (and your back yard looks like a giant squirrel came over). Within a few 15 minutes of arrival there was an “X” in my back yard to mark the location of the cesspool cover. A short while later they came back with a tiny excavator that did not hurt my lawn at all, they dug up the cover, installed a long collar to bring up the cover to grade. After a big pump out, they aerated and treated the cesspool and I was back in business!!! At this point most companies get paid and are gone, Dominick, Nick and Sal all took the time to explain what I needed to do for the first few days and then proceeded to carefully put all the dirt back, grade it and then THEY CAME BACK the next day to cover the area with topsoil so my grass would grow back!! I’ve not seen this level of service in a long time, this TRULY a classic Long Island Family run business that should set an example for all. Thank you guys for bringing a little joy to my family during a really stressful time.

They were excellent . I had another company come but they could not even find the cesspool. They wanted me to find it and dig for the opening of cesspool. they were going to charge me $2000 for just putting the hose in the hole and emptying the cesspool. these guys did it in 2 hours for half the price and the most important, they did not destroy my plants. I think they do the best JOB. THANK YOU GUYS

Highly recommend this company. I called on Friday to schedule a Monday morning appointment for basic maintenance. I was quoted a fair price and it was exactly what I paid. Dominick was very professional and friendly, arriving on time having called ahead to make sure I would be home. He was happy to answer any of my questions and did a quick thorough job on a system that hadn't been maintained for a lot longer than is recommended. Would happily refer and use them again!

The guys did a good job on a septic system install on a tight lot. After a few months we have had no issues. The guys also installed a dry well. It was a big job and required a lot of heavy equipment. I felt the guys gave me a good price and were not trying to get rich off me like everyone else. They also leveled to grade after the work was completed to my request so I could lay sod and a new gravel driveway and advised me if I decided to do paving to wait until things settled in a month . They also filled my old collapsed cesspool by hand and wheel barrel. I would recommend this company.

I cannot say enough great things about this business and its owner, Dominick. He is the most honest and professional person I have met. I had a giant (18ft) sinkhole in my backyard. No one could figure out what caused it until Dominick came and investigated it. Turns out that it was caused by a storm drain collapse. He made a call to Nassau County for me and they came right away to repair it. It was a major repair requiring backhoes and truckloads of dirt. A shady person could have easily scammed me for tons of money. In fact, I did have one company want $15,000 to fill up the hole without even looking into what caused it. If I had just filled up the hole, it would have just eventually collapsed again and risk my family members lives. Dominick didn't charge me a dime for his time and efforts and even called up afterwards to check up on me. Again, just about the most decent, honest, and professional person I have ever met. I would highly recommend this business if you want the best, honest, and professional work done. In addition, Dominick is seriously knowledgeable with any sort of earth related construction. He figured out things that all the other companies couldn't just by looking at the bottom of the sinkhole.

My husband and I moved into our home and found that our washing machine was emptying into our backyard. I called Discount Cesspool & Drain for an estimate to place a new drywell. When they arrived, they actually found that we had an existing drywell after using their camera system. To my surprise they told me that the drywell was not full and it was definitely usable. Discount Cesspool & Drain was the third cesspool company we had called for an estimate and they were the only ones to go the extra step to see of we had an existing drywell instead of trying to sell me a new cesspool/drywell off the bat. Joe and Nick saved me THOUSANDS of dollars that can now be used on other home projects. They even placed a cap on it that I wanted to pay them for but they had told me not to worry about it since they were only there for an estimate. I appreciate their honesty and kindness... and will definitely be giving them a call back for our future cesspool/drain needs. Give this company a chance - you will not be disapointed!

These guys are great. They installed a clean water septic system on our property in less than a day. Do not be fooled by the youthful appearance of this crew. These men know their business.
