We had excellent experience with this company. Lou gave us very competitive estimate and we decided to use his company to replace the roof and add rain gutters. He kept us in loop with when they were coming to our house to replace the roof. While they were here working, everyone was very professional. The job was complete on the same day. Lou was very nice and replaced some extra rotten wood we had while they were working. We recommend his company!!

Outstanding service. I had reviewed several estimates and chose Lou’s Exterior Remodeling. They replaced my roof (house and two sheds). Not only did they have the best price, the workmanship was high quality. They used the same material as some of the other contractors and I received the same material warranty. They had the best labor warranty. The work was handled by professionals. Luis was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any concerns, of which there weren’t many. He, and his crew, were punctual and got the job completed on time. Luis also provided me an aerial image of my roof using his drone. I will not hesitate to use Lou’s Exterior Remodeling in the future.

Luis was a wonderful point of contact for me, always responsive, and kept me up to date on schedule - they were obviously busy repairing lots of houses. I had just purchased a new home in which much of the house - including the roof and gutters - had seen better days. I was referred to Lou’s Exterior Remodeling by a friend who had used them last year. Luis came by for an estimate. During his presentation he explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. Talking to him in my home I got the feeling that he truly had my best interest at heart. I hired him for my roof & gutter project on the spot. The entire roof was ripped off & replaced in 1 day. He came back a second day and did my soffits, facias, and gutters. Him and the crew work fast, they work hard, and they clean up after themselves. They went above and beyond my expectations. If there were an option on here I would definitely give them a SIX STAR rating all around - courteous, professionalism, honesty, quality, and price!

Worst roofing in NY. These guys are of low quality. Also, a bunch of excuses had to repair their own repairs. You are better off repairing it yourself! Don't hire these clowns unless you want headaches.

Luis and his team were fantastic! The gutters look wonderful and the service was spectacular. I highly advocate them and will use them. I look forward to working with this group in the future on my next project.

I have deleted my last review because I was wrong by saying that they don’t know how to install roof. but that’s not enough to build a good quality roof. I would never recommend anyone to use their service.

I thought that I had previously completed a review, but it did not go post. We used Lou's Exterior Remodeling back in February. I called and Lou came out to inspect the property the same day. He was professional, friendly and honest. He provided us with a quote, we agreed and he began even sooner than expected because he was watching the weather and completed the project prior to a snowstorm coming through. He fixed a roof issue that was causing water damage which was caused by the poor installation from someone else. He was thorough and everyone that worked with him was polite and hardworking. I would recommend his company.

Louis is honest, professional, and reliable. My new roof and skylight came out better then expected. The price was fair and Lou was very accommodating. One of the best gutter results i have ever seen ! Have used some companies before to clean my gutters and they leave a mess but not these guys they clean after themseleves and leave the gutters spotless !!!
