These biscuits are delicious. Vegan pastries can be really difficult to get right, and they absolutely nailed it. They're delicious if you buy fresh ones in store, and they are by far the best biscuit you can buy frozen and bake at home (vegan or not). Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area (even if you aren't vegan), and consider stocking the frozen ones at home if you like having fresh biscuits at home.

This place is seriously such a Nashville gem, Zach and Ali are so incredible and kind and have worked so hard to create quality vegan biscuits and you can tell! My fav is the blackout biscuit with some of that sweet sweet berry brains jam to top it off. There’s nothing like it!! Not even reg style biscuits n I would know! I’m from the south! Haha But seriously, this is a place you can tell everything is done with love and that makes a hell of a difference. From the food to the shop to even their social media posts, Zach and Ali put so much work into everything they do and it’s created in THEIR style which is unlike anything I’ve ever seen and honestly very refreshing. This place gets a very unbiased 10/10 stars ⭐️ do urself a favor n try some vegan biscuits even if ur not vegan! U won’t regret it :-) ❤️

These are the best biscuits in Nashville, hands down. Better than Husk, better than Biscuit Love... There is no competition. Even more amazing is how good they are when you bake them off yourself. I've bought them frozen and they bake up perfect every time. As for flavors, the plain (Straight Edge) is perfect, but that garlic biscuit is wild. And then you add in that they're vegan... Definitely worth your time.

I am so happy that google suggested this spot when I searched vegan food near me. Absolute gem. Incredible food, incredible atmosphere, and the owners are amazing. I truly felt at home for the first time in Nashville. I don’t think I could speak highly enough about the quality of the biscuits. They are everything you would want in a biscuit. Fluffy inside, crispy crunchy flaky outside. The sausage sandwich was simple perfection. Can’t wait to try the frozen ones at home to add some vegan eggs on them. The prices are fair, and they have a very cool record selection. If you are a lost punk rocker finding your way through Tennessee, make sure this place is on your list of stops. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped in because vegan biscuits run by hardcore punks was to much to pass up. I ordered the biscuit with ice cream and apple compote, and it was phenomenal! The folks inside were friendly, and have great taste in music!

Guerilla Bizkits is THE BEST. Their biscuits are amazing, and it's run by the friendliest people around. All of their biscuits are great, whether you get them fresh baked, or bring home some frozen biscuits and bake them yourself. My favorite flavor is "loaded", but this past weekend they had a Nashville Hot flavor that was truly amazing. We took those home and ate them with some impossible nuggets and a salad. On Saturdays they have "Cro-Mags" from Peace and Pastries, these are DECADENT, very tasty, exceptionally beautiful. Don't miss out.

Hardcore music infused with delicious vegan biscuits. This place is a true gem for hardcore heads and foodies alike. Made from scratch biscuits that you can order hot for take out or if you want that flavor at home they offer frozen packs of their biscuits to take home. Highly recommend this place as the owner is a delightful human who loves what they are doing. Will definitely be a must stop for all my trips to Nashville, TN

LOVE Guerilla Bizkits. Very unique to Nashville. The blackout is my favorite but honestly I recommend trying them all. They bake really well at home so stock up your freezer. Don’t forget to grab some berry brains strawberry jam - ITS THE BEST! Love Zach and Ali! SUPPORT LOCAL!

Probable the best biscuit I’ve ever had in my life. No dairy is used which is fantastic for those with dairy allergies. The guy working there was so nice too, very friendly.

these are the best biscuits in Nashville, as we all know (get the Blackout and never look back). but this is a shout out to the structural integrity of their packaging. it was just a bit cloudy when I stopped by this morning, but when I left it was *pouring.* I jogged/sloshed home, got completely soaked, and somehow the bizkit was still pristine. miracle workers!

Nothing to hate here, just pure vegan love. The biscuits were crumbly and delicious, just like a biscuit should be. Friendly owners, cozy, killer record selection and surprisingly scrumptious cold brew. Come for the biscuits, pick up a special (always something new) and you won't be disappointed.

I had a blackout with sausage and cheese ($9). It seemed to be Beyond sausage and daiya slice cheese. The flavor was good but it may have been one of the worst biscuits I've had and tiny for the price. It was more like a ball of sand that crumbled apart when I picked it up. They need work on making moist biscuits. These are not a flaky "southern biscuit" maybe more of a dry scone texture.

These biscuits are no joke! So flipping tasty — their jalapeño cherry one is my favorite, that or just a good ole plain biscuit. I just found out they have coffee here as well. Great little neighborhood spot!

Best biscuits ever! As a vegan I have never been able to have one until today and it was an incredible breakfast experience! Also the vibe inside is super cool, great merch, vinyls, and punk music! Zack is the man, go say hi and have a great breakfast!

Oh my goodness- what a joy!!! Not only were the biscuits so freaking good, but the person in shop was super nice which made me happy. When I say good, I mean I shoved my face. If someone gave you this biscuit, you would have no idea it's vegan btw. Scrumptious. Chefs kiss. Glad I found this place.

Vegan dankness is abundant here. Delicious biscuits served up with punk and hardcore ethos. Come through for vegan treats, bumper stickers, and awesome records. 10/10 would recommend. Sincerely, A Clevelander in Nashville.

One of our favorite stops. We try to go as often as we can. Zach and Ali are both really warm and welcoming, and there’s really nothing else like it. You can’t go wrong with any of the offerings, but my favorite is the Blackout. Get yourself a butter scented candle while you’re there so your house can smell like bizkits even between visits to the shop.

Absolutely love this place! They do tend to sell out of some items towards the end of the day. The cheddar garlic biscuit is amazing, coffee was great, and the sandwich is delicious! Highly recommend even if you are not vegan :). The owner is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is unique in the best way. A must try for a quick breakfast or lunch in East Nashville

I’d cheat on my mom’s biscuits with these biscuits. And I’d do it while playing some vinyl I picked up while I was there. And I’d do it while wearing some of Guerilla Bizkits’ outrageously cool merch.

Really great biscuits and they're somehow Vegan. Can also buy them frozen for later. Enjoy the Metal

Great food and service and I absolutely love the fact that it’s vegan! If you’re not vegan/vegetarian, don’t let that scare you off. Their “sausage” biscuit doesn’t disappoint. I’ve tried that and the “cheddar” jalapeño biscuit and everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. Can’t wait to try other items.

We were in Nashville on vacation and I had emailed them previously to ask about allergens and they were more than helpful. I tried their regular bizkits which were great that day and still the next day as well. Their beyond meat sausage and cheese were really good too. I'll be back again sometime, and I hope they figure out a way to ship them in the near future.

These are the best biscuits I’ve ever had (vegan or otherwise), but Ali and Zach make them even more amazing because of their customer care, passion, and kindness. The only down side is I now have to buy up their blackouts when I visit family to fuel my mom’s obsession 😅

Literally the most amazing biscuits around and the best people behind the biscuits! I love getting the frozen variety packs & making breakfast sandwiches with them at home. 10/10 place for sure!

10/10 most magical experience ever is eating these bizkits. The owners are such good hearted people who care about this community! And the blackout bizkits are what dreams are made of.

WOW. wow... wow.... did I say wow? I am a Nashville Native, born and raised, and I have to say... this was not just the best vegan biscuit I've ever had. Besides my grandma's, this was absolutely the best biscuit I have ever had. Period. Skip the tourist trap bs biscuits that taste like trash and have nothing Nashville about them, and do yourself a favor and visit this shop. I was blown away. The straight edge biscuit was incredible but the cherry jalapeño biscuit was out of this world good. These people know biscuits. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Think about the best biscuit you’ve ever had, but make it better and vegan. This is a small business for the people. Zach was the coolest dude who loves food and the community. The store was amazing, colorful and for the hardcore kids at heart. Literally get the best vegan biscuit you’ll ever have here!
