I wish i didn't have to give a star but im giving one star because the staff is unprofessional also the manager is a disrespectful and rude person im never waisting my time coming here again I'm better off going to interstate blood bank they pay more and have better service and professional employee's

Everyone was very nice and quick. My only concern is that the ladies taking blood did not change gloves periodically. The lady taking my blood had blood on her gloves and kept servicing donors. I felt very uncomfortable with that and told one of the girls in the front. She told me she would let her manager know. It's important to have safe and clean practices. Maybe changing gloves all the time isnt enforced but when someone has visible blood on them they should change their gloves. I still am very uncomfortable with my experience.

Been coming to this location over 15 years. I've seen all the changes and people. Over all... it's a ghetto place in the ghetto. But it's fast cash and the blood is used to learn about other meds and stuff. It's not for saving lives...like red cross that gives u movie tickets.. They give u cash to experiment on your donated blood... No biggie.. Fast cash..

I checked on Thanksgiving day here ...open I said whaaat maybe I could get a couple of dullars and my chick will come home ...so I got on bus after waiting for one hr ride was 45 min got to walk now from 17 ave and I arrive and they were closed....that was 4 hrs out of my day no money of course no girl man if it would have not been for the churches downtown i could have added hunger to my afternoon...somebody there has to make it right otherwise we should see whose wht truck that is..?

They went back to $25 dollars which they use to give back in 2012. I thought I was going crazy because I remembered getting $40 awhile ago when I went back, but then I saw the questions and it showed it went back down.

Lobby is a mess but its an old place, staff is nice, wait is short, there's a soda machine and a tv in the lobby that plays alarmingly current movies. Hands down the least shady bloodbank in miami.

It's a good opportunity to find money for people with less opportunity. Great option for people how need money to eat

Lymarie Hernandez, front desk is very nice helpful she answer all your questions.The staff is very professional. Went for the first time and was happy service.They all have safety procedure for covid19.Thank you will be returning next time:)

Pay attention to the needle angle before getting poked for blood. It should be at an angle to just slide upwards. Not downwards like this male worker with the F'd up hairline and haircut did me. I'm still in pain days later everytime I straighten my arms out.

I have little veins and I give blood on a consistent basis they usually refuse to even try they usually deny me and just say that they can't find a vein I go to Northside on 79 and they never have a problem today I was there and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me no they need to train their team better

This people puts you on hold and never answers your calls very unprofessional

10/10 I squirted blood everywhere
