😠 The only doctor worth seeing at this practice is Dr. Jensen. She is absolutely the best! 💕 She is THE ONLY Doctor at this practice that truly cares about her patients and actually seems like she wants your kid to get better or stay healthy and not your money. I will also say I don't know about Dr.... People often mention kids, staff, office, Jensen, care, time, Premier, great, practice, feel,

The only doctor worth seeing at this practice is Dr. Jensen. She is absolutely the best! 💕 She is THE ONLY Doctor at this practice that truly cares about her patients and actually seems like she wants your kid to get better or stay healthy and not your money. I will also say I don't know about Dr. Hadley, we only saw her once during a walk-in, she did seem knowledgeable. We decided to leave this practice, we have had enough. The office STAFF (ESPECIALLY Jamie) are almost all rude and just nasty to the patients!!! My sister has a 2-year-old she started there at birth on my recommendation, she stayed maybe two appointments and left. As a new mother, they made her feel extremely uncomfortable and degraded. Not to mention, the two receptionists at the front desk on the "Well Visit" side, we're both in plain sight, while we were trying to check-in, complaining about their jobs there! Wow! That should've been our sign to go then. But we really like Dr. Jensen. Jamie in billing is rude and condescending, and she does not let you speak at all, she also has lied multiple times to us on the phone and about us on our file. We are greatly heartbroken to be leaving Sarah, seriously my oldest daughter and I both cried when we decided enough was enough. She is the only doctor my kids and I liked there. The patient care with the other doctors has tremendously declined over the years and seems to just continue to go down. Sadly, such a great doctor works for such an awful practice. We hope and pray daily Dr. Jensen will open her own practice one day, we would be the first in line. I would settle for her moving to a better practice also. ETA: clearly they don’t give two craps about their bad reviews either, they are all countered with a very basic “scripted” response, which can pretty much be translated as “well we could care less if you’re here or not, good luck” Legal action is in place since it’s been 3 years we have been trying to get our children’s records released. Even our current pediatrics office has contacted them and can’t get them to release any of it. Regardless of a release of records form has been filed for both my kids. Literally a nightmare. Just look at local mom groups on FB you’ll see we are NOT even close to the only ones. Some dated back years ago.

I appreciate Dr. Sarah Jensen so much. She takes the time to answer all questions and does so well making my 9 year old feel comfortable. I leave out appointments feeling heard and feeling like I have a good understanding of our treatment plan. My son likes her and the office as well. As far as the practice in general goes, I love that there is a sick entrance/ waiting area and well entrance/ waiting area. In the (at least) 6 year we have been there not once has our appointment not started on time. Our previous pediatrician we would be in the waiting room at least 45 minutes past every appointment time! I have also never had an issue getting records for school or specialist in a timely manner.

I met Dr. Winburn when I was a new graduate working in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit at Shawnee MissionMedical Center. I was struck by not only her kindness to staff, but true compassion for her tiny patients and their families. When I had my first child, there was no question that Dr. Windburn would be their care provider. We have been seeing her for 18 years, and I have NEVER been dissapointed with her care or the staff. Her education speaks volumes, but more importantly the way she personalizes her approach with each of my (very different) three children. I am a nurse, but often ask questions regarding medication, vaccinations, and "next step" options. Dr. Windburn ALWAYS presents both sides so I feel confident in making an informed consent. SHE is the BEST along with her staff. From desk is efficient, the nurses are always hustling, call back times are always within a reasonable time frame and I feel confident with any of the providers caring for my kids. WELL DONE Premier Pediatrics, WELL DONE!

I loved the doctors, staff, and nurses at Premier Pediatrics. With that said, their office policy on masks, even after delta hit, stated that masks were encouraged but optional for adults (no mention of vaccination status) but kids on the well side did not need to wear one. This means during a pandemic with asymptomatic spread, unmasked kids would be in the waiting room next to kids too young to wear masks. Sometimes you wait over 30 minutes in the small patient room, which is understandable, but what if the previous patient and his parent who were in there, without masks, for thirty minutes before you were COVID + without realizing it? Studies have shown COVID can stay in the air for hours. Your baby is now breathing in the air (and possibly COVID) from the last patient who chose not to mask. If you don't believe COVID is a threat, or you believe that masks don't work, you will be very happy at Premier. Like I said above, we were happy there until they made this decision that I cannot support. Response to your reply: I removed the statement about what you have said to your patients about masks because even though I 100% trust the people who have told me, you're right that you did not say it directly to me. However, your staff are vaccinated and wear masks because you understand the real threat of COVID. Yet, you see patients in your office who are too young to mask and too young for a vaccine who aren’t offered those same protections, because you believe families should have the right to choose whether to mask or not while in your office. Those are the facts here and you aren’t denying them with your reply. You are mad at me for impugning your reputation, but I’ve said we loved everyone at your office just don’t stand by THIS decision. Nothing that you said denies that this is your policy. Your reply shows you stand by your decision and that’s fine, after watching the Olathe school board meeting I am sure there are plenty of families who will appreciate your way of thinking. But those who don’t should not be caught off guard if they come in for an appointment with their newborn and there is an unmasked family next to them in the waiting room. No awesome cleaning practices, vaccinated staff, or OSHA consultants are going to help them if that unmasked family has COVID, and you know it.

Both of my kids have been going to Premier Pediatrics since birth. We love all the doctors at Premier, especially Dr. Jensen! She does such a fantastic job answering all our questions and helping in any way she can. She goes above and beyond for her patients and truly enjoys what she does! All the staff at Premier are very friendly, helpful and responsive. I can’t recommend a better place to take care of your children!

I have a very bad experience with Premier Pediatrics especially Dr Carlos. I took my child to walk in and his temp was 105.7 F. Dr Carlos was not able to detect infection and he mentioned everything was alright and gave ibuprofen to my child . His fever dropped to 103 and asked us to go to home. I checked wit every nurse and doctor there as my child's temp is still high . Later after an hour my child got seizure and took him to ER and they mentioned he has an infection which was not diagnosed by Dr Carlos.

A nurse did the invasive nose test for flu and another for Covid on my seven-year-old with such force and intensity she screamed in pain for half an hour and now days later she’s terrified — terrified — of ever coming back. This was several days after a misdiagnosis that led to a worsening flu and risk of a pneumonia. Horrible. Horrible practice. Not one ounce of “care” present in any sense of the word. Obviously for my daughters health and psychological safety we won’t be back.

Would not recommend. Extremely hard to talk to anyone and sometimes will not call back at all - this has happened more than 1 time. Will not send prescriptions to pharmacy - make pharmacy call them to request refills, which is at minimum a 48 hour wait - if it happens at all. Have to stay on top of anything needed with multiple calls for one thing. Seems as though they’re under staffed or have too many patients - or both. You can get much better service elsewhere, Im confident.

We have always had a great experience here! We have seen multiple different Drs. in the walk in and loved each of them. Both my kids see Dr. Winburn for their appointments, she is so amazing with my kids and helps explain everything to me to make sure I’m comfortable with everything. We never spend a long time waiting to be seen.

BEST group of doctors and staff around!! We moved to the KC area 19 years ago with a toddler with lots of health issues. We tried a couple different doctors and just didn’t find one that “fit”… until we met Dr Deb Winburn-Antovoni. Dr Deb has been there for all 3 of my kids, as a Dr and a friend. She is not only an amazing Dr but has built an amazing staff in the office as well. Our family feels comfortable seeing ANY member of the team at Premier Pediatrics 💕

We love the care we have received here from Dr Winburn. We have also seen many associates in walk ins and most of them are great and treat my kid with necessary care. I woll highly recommend this provider to anyone looking.

Seen mr.Carlos for my daughter’s persistent fever. He is the best in listening to our problems and helping us to cure my daughter. But our first walk-in was with Provider Racheal, she is not at all patient in listening to our concerns. Immediately after checking my daughter she said it’s ear infection but it was not properly treated and it went on to the throat and what not. After couple of visits we are not at all happy with her and luckily we met dr.Carlos who did great and helped my daughter

Dr. Sarah Jensen is the best! She has been my son's pediatrician since birth and I could not be happier. Very compassionate and supportive of breastfeeding. I had a rough start with building up my milk supply and she didn't try to pressure me into switching my son to formula like many other pediatricians would. I was able to get my milk supply up and I am now nursing him still at 15 months. I'd also reccomend Carlos, he was great with my son.The front desk staff is always very warm and friendly, as well.

We have had a good experience with Dr Jensen and her team and premier pediatrics. They are responsive, on time, willing to spend time with patients, and also willing to stick with challenges.

Provider Rachel Marks not great at listening to parent reported medical history. Seemed annoyed, argumentative and insulted to be asked valid questions. Did nothing to establish rapport with my children. Did not provide documentation of diagnosis or follow up instructions. Did not explain how or when test results would be provided. Did not explain rationale for chosen treatment option. Did not even say goodbye as she left the room. It was if we were a nuisance. Her quality of care and general demeanor is significantly inferior to the other providers in this office.

Tracy went above and beyond! When insurance didn’t cover Epi pen or any other similar drug for my son, she did a lot of research and found a coupon for me at an online pharmacy. Saved me $550. Incredible service and care. Thank you!

We have been going to Dr. Winburn and other associates in her office for over 16 years - through both of my children. We have rec'd nothing but EXCELLENT care there. Their office staff is polite and wonderful and I love that they have both a well side and a walk in (sick) side. They are very attentive to detail and their care is unsurpassed. You always receive yearly paperwork on your child's growth/progress which I love. We have also visited the office during the pandemic and I have been very comfortable there. If you have questions they answer them with respect and current scientific information without making you feel uncomfortable. I'll be sad when my kids "outgrow" this setting.

Absolutely blown away every time I call and visit. They never make us feel silly for our concerns and Carlos is informative and compassionate. Every team member we’ve met has been helpful and kind.

Love all the doctors and nurses practitioners at Premier! We normally see Dr. Jensen and love how she is so helpful, willing to work with what I feel is best and help me make the best choice for my 4 kids, and is so kind and great with the kids! All the staff is awesome and takes time to answer any questions. Love the walk-in clinic too ... always so much faster and easier than urgent care or Children's Mercy. The call back nurses are great too... I almost always get a call back within a hour or 2!

We love this clinic! We’ve been with them several years now with all 3 of our kiddos. The office is well-run and everyone is friendly. The walk-in clinic is SO convenient — we’re usually in and out within 30-45 minutes. The flu clinic every year that vaccinates OUR ENTIRE FAMILY INCLUDING PARENTS is amazing. We love Sarah Jensen as our primary caregiver!

I like *most* of the staff here but good gracious these people never answer their phone! I had to cancel my sons 18 month wellness check due to personal reasons. I left a voicemail asking them to call me back so I could reschedule and they never called back. I’ve called multiple times during the last few weeks and they still have not answered or called me back! My son is now 19 months old and still hasn’t had his 18 month wellness check. I would have given them a pass because I’m sure they’ve been busy with Covid and what not, but this same exact situation happened at his 12 month wellness check. So I guess as long as you never have to cancel an appointment you’re golden! I’m switching pediatricians today.

We have seen all their providers and they are all excellent. Their office staff is helpful and they have been great with our children. Any provider you get will do a good job and will take the time to explain everything well.

We have seen all three doctors and most of the NP and nurses at this point and every time we’ve needed to come, whether for a newborn appointment/well child visit, multiple checks re: jaundice, or visiting the walk-in for a skin rash, we’ve had fantastic experiences. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and non-judgmental. 10/10 would recommend their office to anyone with children!

We are so incredibly lucky to have Premier as our pediatricians office. Dr. Winburn is amazing, but so is everyone else. My 20 month old daughter has several medical disorders. We tend to be frequent fliers and they’ve always listened and know our kids so well. Dr. Winburn has fought for both our kids to get the care they need from specialists when it’s been difficult to do alone. We can credit our daughters improvement to their help. We wouldn’t be where we are without them!

We’ve been seeing Dr Bush since 2016 when our oldest of 3 was born. We received excellent care in the hospital when each kiddo arrived and every day since then. Dr Bush is knowledgeable, patient and always willing to take time to talk about the unique characteristics of each of our children. The walk in clinic is incredible. You never have to worry about finagling an appointment and they get you in and out so fast. Even on Saturdays! Highly recommend this practice. We moved to South Olathe but don’t mind the drive because of the convenience and quality of care. Thank you!

We began going to Premier Pediatrics when my daughter was an infant after being very unhappy with our previous provider. We originally went to see Dr. Bush, who is a great doctor and I never had any issues with. However, after seeing Dr. Jensen during a walk in visit I immediately knew that she was meant to be our primary pediatrician. Dr. Jensen is AMAZING. She has never once made me feel like my concerns were invalid- even when my anxiety is what makes me take the kids in to be seen. Both of my kids love seeing Dr. Jensen. She treats them with respect and explains to the kids what she is going to do before doing so. When my son was hospitalized at about two months old and had a feeding tube placed, Dr. Jensen went above and beyond what she said ever needed to do and kept in contact with us the entire weekend. We are beyond thankful to have Dr. Jensen on our team. I fully trust that any medical advice she provides is what is best for each of my kids. We haven’t seen any of the other staff to the same extent that we have seen Dr. Jensen, but from the interactions we have had with Carlos and Dr. Hadley they are both very lovely and great listeners as well. There are many other lovely people on staff as receptionists, nurses, providers, etc., but wanted to shout out Sydney (sorry if that is a misspelling) for being an absolute ray of sunshine whenever we see her! 100% recommend Premier Pediatrics if you’re looking for a quality provider!

Being a new mother I have been very overwhelmed with the excess in information out there, I feel blessed to have Dr Sarah Jensen as our pediatrician because she simplifies everything for us and this makes our lives so much easier. Nurses are friendly, office staff not so much. Walk in clinic is a bonus! UPDATE- Office staff have been more professional and friendly lately, which makes our visits more enjoyable.
