We came here for the 1st time. We were seated immediately. This place does have a very nice atmosphere!! The inside is decorated nicely and looks modern. The waitress did come give us a menu and said she'd be right back, we'll we waited about 25 minutes for her to come back so we could place our drink orders and waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. We did wait for a while at this place. Maybe they were understaffed which caused the slow service. We did bring our own cigars so we did not purchase cigars so my review is not based on their cigar selection or humidor. The music they played was good. It's a nice vibe. I'd try this place one more time. Update Came back again and it was fun. It was not too crowded when we got there. Our server was attentive. Ordered an amertto sour and it was ok, it was sour, ingredients didn't have the correct ratios. Food was good. Once the baseball game was over it got packed. But we were about finished. I do recommend especially if you beat the crowd.

My first time visiting, it was relaxing. The food was great. The service was great, and from the server to Luann, the manager, they trested me as if I was a regular, and they were happy to see me come. A great cigar bar, with a wide variety of different cigars. The Patriant seem to be comfortable, with a hint of familiarity. I 100% recommend.

Upon arrival the establishment is very clean and nice and my boyfriend and I were greeted promptly. We asked if they have a sports package so we can our team play but they only have local team game (Falcons) and red zone which was a bummer. While waiting at the bar the service is horrible. Waited for 15 minutes to have our drink order taking (only has 1 bartender) and upon that waited another 10 to get our drinks. Now to top it off the humidor is locked so you have to asked for assistance to have the door open. The humidor is amazing and nice but the manager who open the door watches you like a hawk more than assisting you in which made me uncomfortable. I ignored the fact that he was hovering over me and I went to choose my cigar to check the quality and to make sure that the stick isn’t cracked before purchasing and he states that I can’t touch the cigars even though it’s in plastic in which baffled me. The entire time here we seemed unwanted. Better off going to The Patio , King cigar or even blends 2 instead of this place at least you would feel welcome. I just felt like we were treated this way because of how we looked .

Drink selection was great, Food was great, atmosphere was great, humidor attendant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Servers could have been a little more attentive and helpful, especially for first time visitors. Since we were traveling we had no cutters and lighters. Luckily, they humidor attendant cut our selections, but getting a light was disappointing. Our server tossed a box of matches on out table, however other patrons were given choice of lighters and having a server toast the cigar for you, which is common in every cigar lounge I have been to, but our server seemed disinterested in providing the level of service I would expect in a lounge like this, also infrequently checked in with us to the point we had to ask the server for the table next to ours to locate our server.

I have been to Burn many times and have always enjoyed myself. However, my most recent experience was suboptimal. Perhaps they have new management, or it was just an off night (Friday??!), but everything about our experience was awful. Burn has multiple large tables where groups of 2 or 4 often share space. My party arrived and sat at a table where 2 other gentlemen were already seated. When it was time to settle our check, we were billed for the entire table. When we spoke to management, we were told that it is not the waitresses' responsibility to determine whether all people sitting at a table are in the same party. That would mean that EVERY PERSON sitting at a table arrived as part a group of 8. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, and essentially waved me off when I tried to explain the issue, commenting that he did not like my EXPRESSION, which was one of complete confusion over such a ridiculous policy. Why staff do not have handheld readers to efficiently facilitate billing both large and small parties is beyond my comprehension, but it does not seem unreasonable for staff to simply ask whether all folks seated at a table are in the same party, particularly when they arrive at different times. Either modernize your technology or improve your management training- either way, customer service is a Fail.

I Love Burn it's a very nice chilled atmosphere. Our waitress this past Sunday was Nicole, and she was AMAZING. She made the experience even more pleasant. They have a nice selection of cigars to choose from. Great spot!! Oh, and the Old Fashion was on point. I wish it was also smoked!!

I actually enjoyed the experience. Nice establishment, welcoming staff, mature patrons, music to vibe to, tv was playing sports (no volume), decent drinks, and spacious. The humidor had a variety of cigars to choice from if you didn't come with your own. The tobacconist was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cigars.

I’m new to the cigar community so I can’t say much about the cigars. The vibe and atmosphere were excellent. I came with some girlfriends on a Friday night and our service was top tier. I really wish I could remember our server’s name but she was attentive, patient, and welcoming. For my first visit and first cigar, I felt like I belonged because of how friendly she was to everyone at our table. Also my crab cakes over a spinach mix were delicious. I’ll be back again.

Decor is really nice, humidor is great, food is good, drinks are amazing….. service can be slow at times and the servers are hit or miss.. pretty friendly, but they can be a bit dry at times and inattentive. They seem to be the least pleasant on slower nights and I’m assuming it’s boredom, but if I come in smiling and being pleasant, I expect that in return instead of a dry and slow response/service. If they had a little better management and customer service, this would be a hit. We went for dinner and drinks around 9pm and was told the kitchen was already closed but the restaurant was open til 11:30. They had a bourbon tasting event one night ($50 per person) and when we got there, nobody knew about the event. They honored our tickets and took care of us though. It’s definitely worth a visit but if they don’t do something about the service, it’ll be a steady decline in patrons eventually. AND PLEASE…get a managers office so you’re not taking up tables or sitting there WATCHING the service suck and not doing anything about it. It’s a bad look and as a customer, it makes me think you really don’t care about how the place is being run

The establishment was done RIGHT in every sense of the word. It gave EVERYTHING IT NEEDED TO GIVE!!! Atmosphere, decor, vibes, good eats, excellent smokes, a super grown & sexy crowd and that DJ on a Thursday night was hitting!!! I had theee most enjoyable evening out with friends and colleagues. Awesome cigar collection. Drinks were good, my Java Red was sweet and smooth. I had an amazing night and I will definitely be back.

Great experience and I love the ambiance! The food is amazing and the drinks are on point. This is definitely a place to go for a chill and relaxing vibe. Saturday nights are really busy so get there early if you want to get a seat. My favorite drink is the cucumber lime martini!

Love this spot. Great cigar selection, friendly staff, food, and cocktails. The ventilation system is first rate and I never left smelling like smoke. It's a must stop when in Atlanta.

Nice hang if you’re near the stadium and you’re into cigars. It’s such a beautiful venue and the ambiance is superb. Two thumbs up for the service here and the food is pretty good as well. I had the seasonal fruit salad with balsamic glaze. It was HUGE! I packed it to go and I’m hoping it’s as delicious tomorrow. My husband went for the sliders with a side of macaroni and cheese, and he literally cleaned the plate. If for nothing else, come for the decor. Every room offers something beautiful to gaze upon, which would be easy to get lost in after a top shelf cocktail and a Crazy Alice cigar.

First time visit. Late night stop in at BURN. Good atmosphere, very helpful staff who helped us navigate the cigar bar. Looking forward to returning.

My first time going to this cigar bar. I simply asked what happened to the boxes once they were empty. They replied they disposed of them. I asked if I could purchase one. They brought me the most beautiful Rocky Patel box, at no charge. It honestly was the most beautiful box I could ask for. This was a little celebration for me from my husband and honestly it felt like my birthday. I was so grateful for the service, kindness and hospitality from here. I definitely will be back.

Excellent stop for a cigar & libations at The Battery. Well-stocked humidor, good bar selection and solid service. Nice atmosphere for pre or post-game tomfoolery.

Awesome place right there in the Battery. Was a super chill spot to go in and have a cigar. Etiquette was pretty simple, order something from the bar and enjoy yourself. Very well ventilated and rather noiseless system. The staff was super helpful and attentive. My only complaint (and this is on me mainly) was that I'd like to see a few more house lighters/torches. I didn't come to the Battery for this place but it was there while I waited for my party. Not knowing that, I didn't bring my own cutters and torch. I think trading in a driver's license for a torch could be an option so people don't steal them. Smaller lounges have house torches readily available, wouldn't see why this one wouldn't. The wait staff do carry and allow for customers to borrow them but since it's got to go back to them, a touch up or a re-light becomes a PITA. If I know I'll be in that area again, I'll be sure to bring my own stuff. I really enjoyed it there.

Perhaps it would have been 5 stars, but when I'm asking a simple question about signage and I get a snippy reply, it's a complete turn-off. Attended the first time last night for a private event I flew in for from another state. The gentleman in the humidor should understand that for that size event, you're going to get asked the same question many times over. But after it was clear in my response, I didn't like the tone in which I was given, to then still present the receipt asking for it "to be filled out." I was outdone. Audacity is clearly on sale to then expect a tip I would have gladly provided otherwise. Beyond that, there was nothing overly impressive about the selections offered. Otherwise, it's a beautiful venue. The wait staff/server in our area was lovely.

This was a first for me in Atlanta I have been to many places throughout the US (cigar lounges) and this has been BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have has hands down! The cocktails and the service was A1! The ambience and the people make the ATL experience. I was losing hope for a while in ATL but this definitely secured ATL as a top metropolitan place to visit for all my non native Georians!!! The entire area is packed with eateries and lounges to indulge to your heart is content. I'm recommended this place as a after dinner kick back. The music has been a mix of 90s/2000s hip hop and is for a party vibe. Not intimate like you would expect a cigar lounge to be however this hybrid is surely one you wouldn't want to miss. CHEERS!!!

I visited this spot for date night. It was a cute vibe! The Italiano Carnivore pizza was delicious. However, my date wasn’t a huge fan of the jerk chicken pizza. Lastly, China was out server. She was super sweet & provided the best service. I recently moved to Atlanta and have noticed ATL is notorious for bad customer service. Especially at locations where gratuity is included. My date made sure to leave China a nice tip.

We didn't have dinner, but the place is awesome for a Old Fashion and a cigar. Service was great, and we didn't have to wait long for a seat. The place was busy, but the flow worked well. The variety of cigars is fantastic.

Very nice Cigar Bar right next to the Braves stadium. Great atmosphere and service. Drinks and music were good. Will definitely be one of my places to visit when in ATL.

It’s always a vibe at BURN! It’s definitely one of those spots that you want to get to early, find a spot and just chill before it gets too crowded. If you’re coming with a large party definitely make a reservation. The Rosemary potato wedges and artichoke dip are Chef’s Kiss! 😋

The waitress tried to tip herself, when she was called out on it, she apologized and told us it was our fault. We were very unhappy w/ that answer. My daughter found the mgr to explain what happened. She fixed the ticket only for my daughter to check her account later that night to find that the waitress did the same thing to her, but this time she tipped herself $7.00. People beware and watch your money when paying at this establishment. Very shady people work here! 😡

Nice place by the Braves stadium. Nice vibe. A little pricey but you pay for the experience. Definitely recommend to cigar smoking friends!

Got to park in the parking garage because of the area in so it's okay. The staff is amazing. They all absolutely care the environment is very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place whether to eat or to kick back in a comfortable chair and have a nice drink with a really good cigar. This is a must stop if you're visiting Atlanta

Love this place, it has all the vibes for the grown and sexy! It’s is on the high end scale so be prepared to spend about $20 per drink, but the spirits selection is large and full of quality options and the food is good to. If you are a beginner cigar smoker, ask for the RP white label. They have a walk in humidor if you want to purchase there, or you can bring your personals.

Went after a ballgame. Yep, this is the place to be. Great vibe. Good service. Cigar humidor is top notch. The cigar selection and service is top notch. Drinks are very fair priced. Kitchen closes around 930pm.

I had a very important meeting with a client so I suggested this spot because I had been there once before. AFTER I sat down and ordered drinks I was advised the kitchen was closed. This should have been told to me upfront. We all came hungry. When our party spoke with a manger he seemed as if he really didn’t care. I understand we can’t order outside food but the manager could have purchased some type of packaged snacks instead of letting us suffer. Our server was wonderful but management is sketchy at best. I won’t return.

Very nice spot. Perfect for a quick light bite to eat & a couple of drinks. I don't smoke cigars but my guy does and he said the humidor wasn't fully stocked but they had a great selection. Amazing music, friendly down to earth staff.

If you’re looking for a grown and sexy place, this is it! I had a challenge to find a cigar bar that allow for large parties (we had 10), had a lounge vibe and had good food. This hit all the marks. Let’s start with the con(s): The only issue I had with the lounge itself was their reservation system. You have to go online and someone is supposed to call you back to confirm. I had to call three times to make sure we were locked in. Once I spoke to the manager (Marvin, I believe), who was very nice, he confirmed me and my group. The second con I have, not lounge related, was the parking. We happened to go while Lady Gaga had a concert at Truist Park and whew! We parked off-site and did a share-ride over because there was no way we would’ve found parking during the time we went. Now to the pros: The ambience was so nice. Decor was amazing. The bathroom is a girl’s selfie dream. We were seated in a private bench section that gave such an intimate vibe. Our server Jaz! Let me tell you, this girl was/is amazing! She gave awesome costumer service. She was super attentive, nice, and accommodating. You could tell she wanted to be there and I appreciate her so much. Your server can make or break your night sometimes, but she made it a memorable night. Give. This. Girl. A. Raise!! Even we she was triple sat (meaning she had been given two more tables in addition to ours) and was hustling, she still came over and checked on us frequently. The gentleman in the humidor was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. My husband and his friends went to grab cigars and truly loved his suggestions. He even stopped by the table to check on the guys. Amazing customer service! Overall, I give Burn by Rocky Patel a five star review. My suggestions are having a better system for reservations and if there’s an event, work out the parking early before you get there.

I've been there 2 times now .... they have really good cigar selection and the atmosphere is on point nice clean restrooms in order, the food is excellent we order a lot of items... crab cakes, salmon, pretzel bites, and spinach dip. The favorite for sure was the salmon. Although it's a smoke lounge it was not extremely smokey. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is that they were understaffed... our server was trying her best and we tipped her well but she was the ONLY one on the floor and the manager never came out to see what was going on. In terms of price be prepared to spend at $75 which is not to bad
