Ordered a breaker from them. Associate stated our order was in. After 2 trips to store, our order was never in. 15 plus miles each way. Not impressed! We will not be back! Horrible experience.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while. Brought in small motor tried to have matched up ,it was wrong. (No big deal it happens) brought it back next week, ohh we need the box it was in. And we didn't put you under an account so we cant do an exchange unless you bring in the original receipt. Ok I can get the receipt, but what if I dont have the box. Reply: to yaaa idk... is there anything you can possibly to do help me out or exchange it... reply: No...

Ordered screen and spline was told a week. On the day the stuff was to be available after not getting the email that said it was ready for pickup. I called after loosing half a day with the screening crew which i had to pay for. I called Grainger at 4:15 to find out what was wrong. The lady put me on hold, came back and apologized that no email was sent but that my order was ready for pick up. Next morning drove 1.5 hours to get to the store to find out it is not there. Now have had to release the screening crew with very little hope of getting them back.The absolute worst. Well at least it was two visits in one, my first and last.

I always use Grainger because of their excellent service, wide variety of product, and very convenient. Today was a special treat to have Jonathan the operations's manager show me around and took notice of common items my business needs so he can keep some stocked at all times for our McDonald's.

They wanted $94 for a belt for my planer and it would have taken 4 days to get it. I bought 2 belts from Amazon for $18 total and had the same turn around.

Dan Morrison accommodated my handicap mobility and kindly ran back and forth from the store as he solved my problem. Great guy! Dave

As a new commercial customer of Granger's I was sent over to pick up some items or our new Surgery Center. After waiting approximately 15 minutes for someone to wait on me a man named Nolan was especially rude for no reason at all! However when I mentioned to another gentleman who had walked in the room and had seen how he acted, I proceeded to ask him "is he always that unpleasant?" I was unknowingly asking that of the Manager, Jonathan. He on the other hand was very helpful and made my visit much more pleasant and even loaded my car for me. Everyone can have a bad day at work but it doesn't mean you can be rude to your customers when they have been pleasant with you. It's all about customer service.

I arrived 10 min after close. As I was sad and turning around in the lot an associate came out and invited me in! I was so happy since I drove a long distance. I went in and all 3 employees were so helpful, even though they were closed! Most employees would lock the door the minute the store closes. These folks Dan, Hanna, and Johnathan were cheerful even after close. So awesome I asked for their names. Thank you for helping me!

Awesome customer service! They have been the most courteous employees of any store I have been to in years. Many years. So hard to find people who care nowadays.

The folks at Grainger at the Ft Myers location #287, are always very helpful. They opened the door a couple minutes after closing time in the past. Today the gentleman, Jonathan, stayed past closing time, when I was picking up a special order, and also looking for something, which he located. I always have a good experience going to this Grainger location.

The service we got from Shelly and Amanda was over and beyond expectations, especially nowadays when it’s even hard to find someone to help a customer. Thank you Ladies.

Grainger is a convenient place to order. Only hiccup was wrong part was sent but they changed it right away when I arrived.

Hanna was patient and took 3 separate orders for me today, all with a smile, for more than an hour. No one complained when it took until 4:50, 20 minutes after close. They let 2 more customers in after close since they were helping me already. Great people in the Fort Myers, Florida location!!

Priced out a starter for my air compressor for my shop and also a new motor replacement After hurricane Ian. In Southwest Florida to get my shop up and running. Their pricing is off the charts they're almost triple the price for where you can find these exact parts elsewhere. Priced out a new motor for the compressor. I found it for 900 bucks With warranty. They wanted $1500 for the same unit.
