    I am writing to you as an aspiring PMP candidate that has been studying rigorously for the past 9 months in preparation for my PMP exam. I opted to take the exam from home due to the convenience but it was by the far the worst mistake as it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I was scheduled to take the exam last Tuesday, December 14th, 2021 from my home.. When the exam started the Pearson VUE proctor talked to me through the online portal and told me the ground rules. I started the exam after 10 questions they told me to stop whispering the questions or mumbling which I didn't do. I am 48 year old and I can control my behavior. I always follow rules and procedures. I answered another 5 questions and got a pop out on the screen they they revoked the exam because I was mumbling. It was extremely unethical. The provided me with a case number for a few seconds and I didn't even had time to marked it down when the screen disappeared. I have never cheated on an exam and this experience was by far the worst test taking experience of my life. I am at a loss of words. Two days after reporting the case to PMI, PMI told me that they contacted Pearson VUE and they told them that I was mumbling. I requested recording and I haven't received a respond yet. We pay money to take the exam and we want to be treated right. WARNING FOR FUTURE CANDIDATE: do NOT take the exam from your home.

    Took 20mins to get someone on phone then another 40 mins of getting no where. The agent who initially took the call had to call someone else putting me on hold every five minutes. I still have not had my issue resolved and no email from support. Bottom of the Barrel testing company.

    The customer service for a company that is the stepping stone in offering a life changing service that they do is absolutely horrendous. It is appalling that they can get away with such a lack luster performance. While I am in shock and full of disappointment I hope a wake up call happens and they take more pride in what they do for the people of Florida. Wake up tomorrow and try and be better. The future of Florida is begging you.

    Worst customer service ever. If you need customer service, they force an chat session with their offshore customer service center. When I called the office, the receptionist told me I my call would be answered in India, then transferred me. When I called back, she told me it wasn't her problem. No customer service and no option for an alternate test provider.

    I am so frustrated with this place. If I could choose anywhere else in the world to take this test, this would be the last place I would come. I have an exam scheduled at 8 AM and we’re in the middle of a hurricane warning, this place has zero communication with me. nobody answers the phones (been calling for two days) and I am risking my life to go take this test and show up to a potentially closed location because Pearson Vue doesn’t answer their phone nor email their clients or give them a courtesy warning to say “hey we’re not gonna be open please don’t show up stay home and stay safe”

    I am reviewing the 1058-11691 PearsonVUE testing center. I’m done at the gateway Sanibel bank. If I could rate zero stars I would. The older woman at this location who I believe was the manager was extremely rude. I arrived on time and was told I was late and she made me wait while others were being assisted. I had a horrible experience .😭😭

    Don't Use the PEARSON online test option, HAd too much trouble getting my PC work with the 1mb UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD SPEED AND SUPPORT WASN'T ANY HELP IM NEVER USING ANYTHING WITH THE WORD PEARSON IN IT, DEF NOT HAPPY. JUST GOTO A CENTER INSTEAD OF ONLINE MORAL OF THE STORY, Horrible company with terrible rude staff and customer service I will be referring all my students and friends to use something with a little more integrity

    Worse customer service ever. They take forever to answer calls and when they do they put you on hold and disconnect. Ihave been trying to get a simple answer for now 3 days. Furthermore, proctors are rude and do not explain all the test taking options. Worse test taking center ever.

    EDIT: PRAY YOU DO NOT GET PAMELA! Pamela is a miserable winch. There was her and another lady checking in and she was rude to every single person plus the lady that worked with her. She obviously didn’t wanna be there and she was asking for someone to come in to cover her shift. She was so unfriendly. I had pencil markings in my book and she had a pencil in front of her and told me I needed to go outside and erase them when I came on Saturday and took my test they told me not to bring my pencil again because they have pencils. After speaking to numerous man in my field who took the same test they too had issues with Pamela. The day is already stressful enough as this is a major thing to do in your life but to get somebody as miserable as Pamela literally put you in a bad mood and can ruin your test taking. The building and parking lot is nice. Couple of my issues are with the Pearson. One they wouldn’t accept my concealed weapons permit card but would accept a credit card. The guy said because they needed a signature. government issued ID would be it. Lucky I had a credit card in my truck. Secondly, the bathroom. You don’t get breaks. They don’t tell you the bathroom is out the testing school and down the hall way. I was checked in and before I went to sit in computer room I asked to use restroom before and lady gave me an attitude and told me it’s outside and down hall and I’ll have to get checked back in again. Well that should be told specially being it’s a 5 minute trip to use the bathroom. Third, not sure if it changed since May but it’s just said pass on paper it use to give you a precent of passing grade.

    I scheduled to take a test here, and I am at the building and this place no longer exists. There is a dancing studio in unit 40 instead. Now I have to figure out why in the world they let me schedule a 150.00 test here when this place is closed and isn’t even here anymore. Absolutely bonkers.

    I was a little nervous going to this testing center based on some of the reviews, but all the employees working on 10/21/23 were very nice and efficient! I have no complaints 😊

    I was a bit concerned about a recent comment saying the center is closed but it is not! Make sure you are looking at the correct address, it is a suite inside a business center. The center was CLEAN, staff were all AMAZING, and it was a great experience!

    I took my real estate exam and both the place and the staff were very attentive, smiling and professional. I had problems with my calculator that they took and they provided me with no problems.

    I was able to test comfortably here, had enough space for my books during the exam. Ladies were very nice! Bring a jacket just in case. When in and out without a problem.
