Chris W., Onickel A., and Nickson A did a great job on our foundation. They were on time, courteous and professional. Best of all, they knew what they were doing and did it well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

When we hired them we were told they could lift our sunken pool patio edge. We put a deposit then they came and basically “supported” patio but not lift our problem area. That is the entire reason we hired them. Be cautious because the sales man will say things that the technicians say they cant do so we wasted 5k. Also, they have so many good reviews because the technicians get a $100 bonus if reviewed same day and $50 if another day from installation. So most ppl review because they feel bad. So now we are back to square one and need to hire someone else… if they respond with some nonsense don’t listen. My review is the truth… we were told it’d be fixed but tech said no, Wasted $$ When the salesman came back he even said, “ yea we can do a better job than that..” and tech came after again and said no there are risks.. its ridiculous. Also uses this metal rod tapping to check emptiness but doesnt do it after filling to support to check if areas were filled.. fishy. When we made him do it afterwards, many areas were not filled.

Such a breath of fresh air to find a company that has workers like Sam Martin and Malcolm S. who worked together as a team to fix our driveway and front walkway. They did what Juan said needed to be done to level both areas for us. The driveway was down almost 5 inches from the other part of the driveway. Would recommend this team!

Sam Martin showed up on time, took time to fully explain the process, and made valuable suggestions as to how best to repair my driveway. He then worked diligently for several hours, producing a result with which I am quite pleased. I am glad I hired this company, and glad they sent out so good a worker. AS A FOLLOWUP, Sam suggested replacing, not raising, a portion of the driveway that had crumbled badly. This new cement work was done by Antoine Onickel and his two co-workers. They worked efficiently and quickly, always cleaned up afterwards, and did a beautiful job of replacing what was too badly damaged to be lifted. My thanks to all of them.

After contracting Alpha to repair our concrete, we were shocked at how quickly they were able to complete our project. Jake Parker and Matt Weissert led two teams to complete different aspects of our project. Each man is extremely professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. They ensured that we were aware of arrival times, work to complete, and expected time schedules. We are very pleased with the quality of work. Now we can enjoy our outdoor space free of worry. Alpha Foundations has been a pleasure to work with since our first encounter with our estimator. Mike and Matt came today to do the work on our pool deck and they were both perfect gentlemen and did a great job! They made sure that we did not have any questions as they were inserting the stabilizing foam. Michael , after doing a final walk-through made sure that I knew that it was guaranteed for so many years and that they would be out on the anniversary of the installation yearly to check. Everyone that I spoke to or dealt with at the company was very professional, and wanted to make sure that I understood exactly what would be happening and if I had any questions, I was more than welcome to call them at any time.
