    I bought a 2021 Tacoma from Fort Myers Auto Park and the very next day an engine warning message came on. The next day. The message requires "immediate attention". Even though this happened the very next day after I purchased the vehicle from them, Fort Myers Auto Park will not service my vehicle for over two weeks. I am taking it to anther dealer (Toyota) and may have to pay for their service. Does anyone know what else I could do? I am desperate. Thank you.

    I bought a used 2013 BMW X3 from here and within a year it broke down. They sold me a car with a cracked engine manifold, a broken timing chain, the brake pad fell off and hadn’t even had an oil change in at LEAST 30k miles according to the deterioration on my filter said valvoline. After 2 days my brake pad fell off and I paid for it to get towed back to the dealership. I called every day for 4 days and I would get transferred by workers to voicemail I thought maybe they were working on it until my quiet self had to get angry after the 4th day of being brushed off. They said they lost my keys and couldn’t find my car hadn’t even started fixing it like what on earth. Offered to pay for a rental while they finally fixed it (which somehow I got charged some of it $89 when). What’s funny is my car started smoking after a few weeks and I brought it back and they said they just spilled some during the oil change which later on I realized the car never even had a oil change and the smoking was my cracked engine manifold. Basically put $1600 to fix the engine and it still broke down after a year because of a timing chain that was cracked when I bought it. Such a scam and sold me a car they didn’t even look at now I owe 11k on a car I no longer have

    5 stars for the salesperson Walter. He did a great job!!! 1 star for Steve Krantz in the finance department. Very poor Communication. Sent me a email in all caps and then tells me I need to get back to him because his boss “ripped him a new one because everything wasn’t done”. Ask for Walter when looking for a new car and ask for anyone but Steve when you get to the financing part.

    Great place. Good people. My wife and I purchased about 5 vehicles from this establishment in the past 10 years. Everyone that works here has a smile on their face. They appear content with their job. Hey, don't forget to ask for John Ruiz. He's been my salesman for many a years now. Very knowledgeable.

    Buyer beware! These guys are snakes and are victimizing price gouging on hurricane Ian victims...sorry I purchased a vehicle here shame on me and especially these guys....can't wait until I get my CSI survey from Hyundai to let the manufacturer know about there unethical practices

    What can I even say. Just wasted over an hour with Walter giving up false information and leading us on. The numbers don't add up, the attitude was as if they were doing some big favor for us when we were trading down. Do not recommend, very suspicious, surprised at the good reviews!!

    -10 Don't waste your time...they will present fraudulent MSRP paperwork which purports to be thousands more than actual costs. Total scammers. Stay away from any "Fort Myers Auto Park" dealer product period or over pay for it guaranteed. Your choice.

    Forget about the free car wash BS. It's "down" or closed 90% of the times I've tried to use it. Don't offer something if you're not going to support it! You now have lost at least one customer, and likely many many more.

    Went to look at a car The first question I asked for what the dealer's fees were they said $199 and docs and Taxes. That should come to about $3,500 for a $25,000 car, And something at the very bottom of the small print on the website that said $4,000 for nitrous for the tires and some sort of light collision, b.s. It's almost $6,500 on the back end of interest before you even pay for the car. Please know this that you're paying an extra $4,000 for something you don't need you should always ask what the dealer's fees are first so after he told me that I left and I asked him are people really paying that and he said yeah

    We did not buy a vehicle, so we don't know how they handle that, but we did get our vehicle serviced. They got us in quickly and had our car done the same day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and informative. We did make an inquiry about a vehicle on the lot without a price on it (that always drives me nuts btw) and we received a call back with information. Technically, we received 4 calls from 4 different people giving us information on the car we looked at. They weren't pushy, just giving us info. All in all, I would recommend this dealership for service.

    Went to see a specific car I had seen online. Walked the lot and no sales person to be seen. I went inside only to find them in a group together. What a waste of time. I recommend you find a different dealership as I did.

    Paid 300 shy of 50k for a 2.5 CX5 Turbo premium ~ service was good ~ but I didn't get all the paper work I was looking for ~ went back to get some touch up paint on a Sat way to busy having to go back all an all experience is ok

    The salesman did a good job on the spot, but was slow to follow up. The price they offered was also higher than one I got at another location so I bought there. Bottom line is I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a discerning shopper, but if you aren't looking to do your homework and haggle then you'd probably be better served elsewhere.

    I bought my car 3 weeks ago, Hyundai has had my car for 2 weeks still has not gotten it fixed. The battery over heats and my smart trunk will not unlock. Every time I call the service department nobody ever gives me their name when they pick up the phone. it's like pulling teeth to get a name of who you are talking to... they couldn't find the problem with the hybrid battery over heating even though I told how and when I get it to over heat. dont go to this dealership unless your stocked up on your headache pills because thus business is just one big headache.

    Considering they're under construction... They have troubles like everyone else, over worked, understaffed.. Prices change from visit to visit.. All increases! "Average" is the best you can hope for and all they can possibly offer. Disappointed, but not surprised.

    Bought an outback and couldn't be happier! It's been a few weeks and the car gets even better gas mileage than advertised. Subaru reps are amazing, really make you feel that you matter, even after the sale, which is new for me. I feel I can get comparable accessories much cheaper elsewhere; that is my only criticism.

    This department is very bad. Charlie, the ''manager'' lacks honesty. After I bought my car, it started having a problem in my front bumper. When I checked with the Obrien team, they put this guy to solve this situation. I said I just bought it some weeks ago and the front bumper is having some problems. He said '''it is because you parked it in the wrong way'' ''what we do here is a courtesy and we have no obligation to fix the car'' ''you signed a contract'' and ''the bumper does not come out like that''. I said I signed the contract to buy a full working car and not to have those issues, in case you do not know selling a car with fake information, so it starts having problems after some weeks is totally illegal, and you become passive to legal action. But it seems that he does not know how the law works. what kind of business puts someone like that to be in a management position? this place is a joke. if you want to buy good working cars, go somewhere good with good reviews and honest people who is going to sell you good and full working cars, not a place with people lying about a car condition to charge people more money.

    We went in yesterday knowing exactly what model we wanted but needed to pick a color. Edgar helped us from start to finish and made our deal work for us. There was never any pressure.     The O'Brien Mazda staff were very helpful and guided us to a fantastic purchase! One of the sales managers, Matt, and our salesperson, Brandon, were both very patient and didn't try to pressure us into making a purchase.
