We’ve flown into RSW for years and have never had such fantastic service! They confirm the day before your flight and call as you land (we were actually still sitting in our seats). Trust me when I say you want to read reviews. We’ve had shuttles show up without seatbelts after waiting for over an hour….not the way you want to start a family vacation. This company is fantastic! Brand new luxury SUV, friendly professional driver and to our resort within 30 minutes!!

Traveling a lot I absolutely appreciate very good service. Max is a great driver. He was always on time, courteous & efficient, when I called for his service. Always waiting for me, even if I arrive after midnight at the airport. He took always care of my luggage, it has always been a happy experience! Thank you for your great service!

They are a reliable service. I used them on Easter Sunday to the airport when Uber seemed unable to assign a driver. It's good to talk with an actual local person to book the reservation when Uber was giving me problems. Max did a great job.

i booked this service for my mom, she was traveling alone, and I was looking for someone to take extra special care of her and max was perfect! he was easy to communicate with easy to book and i felt very comfortable and safe, so did my mom. because we were so happy, we booked him for the return trip as well from Naples to Fort Myers airport and i now have his number in my phone and will use him every time we fly to Naples to see my brother. $50, one way, from Gateway to RSW, and the driver doesn't want to drop you off at your car. Had to walk 1/2 mile through the long-term lot. Won't use again.

I highly recommend Safeway. I use Safeway for rides from/to the airport to/from Naples. They are very reliable. One of my flights got delayed several times but Max was at the airport waiting for me when I landed. I had a flight in which I needed to be picked up at 4:30 am. When I walked outside, Max was there waiting for me. Extremely friendly service.

The driver arrived early. My phone updated and my alarm did not go off. I was sleeping. They went into the hotel and had be called. I would have missed my flight. Sorry about that and thank you very very much!!!
