😠 This is by far the most unorganized and unhelpful pharmacy around! It seems every time I got to pick up medicine they don’t have it ready even after getting texts that it’s ready for pick up.     This is by far the most unorganized and unhelpful pharmacy around! It seems every time I got to pick up medicine they don’t have it ready even after getting texts that it’s ready for pick up. After they messed up and didn’t have it ready they made me wait another 30 minutes to fill the prescription they already had texted me was ready. Definitely could be better with their customer service.

    The workers here all need to be fired. Seriousely guy said 20min to wait for a prescription that was drop off 2 days prior. It didnt even take 20min. Went shopping in store 1hr came back still not ready. And to top it off it was for my elderly grandmother who was with me standing waiting for these slow half asleep rude workers. Seriously clean house and get rid of all these incompitant people.

    A week ago I went to pick up a Prescription an hour after it was called in to find out it was not ready. Waited another 20-25 minutes. Once I got to the window; took another 10 minutes. The tech never asked for my rewards card (second time). A week later, I received a phone call from a female from this Walgreen's stating that I failed to pick up my daughter's prescription. When I explained to her that I did that day; she seemed confused. Once she looked into it, she said I had another one. I asked her why was I not told that I had another one; she couldn't answer me. She said maybe it was the cost of the medication; which I quickly told her that would never be an issue, but I was never told of this medication. When I asked her what medication was it, she said it is for your daughter. I asked her what it was, then she read out the name. I asked her what was it, what was it for....she stated she didn't know. I felt frustrated, so I asked to speak to the Pharmacist (who said he was the Head Pharmacist. He was not much help either. I asked him to explain why didn't anyone tell me that I had another medication to pick up. He stated that medication was not covered by the insurance and needed to find another; AGAIN, I asked why was this not told to me. I asked him why can't his techs couldn't even tell me what the medication was for; he stated that isn't there job. I asked then, if that is the case, why are they making the call; the consumer is going to have questions, he said that is why she called me. I explained to him that the reason he was called was because I asked to speak to him. Instead of using his customer service skills, listening to the customer, and taking constructive criticism, he insisted on making sure he and his staff were not in the wrong. I have dealt with bad business in the past, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I have dealt with long lines, incompetent and rude people.. I am done with you Walgreen's. CVS....here I come.

    A star for all those that so sadly lost their lives here...Our heart goes out to all the families...It breaks my heart to know that parents lost their lives cradling their child...That child will grow up knowing the true meaning of the word: ‘Love’ GOD BLESS TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU

    I had a time sensitive prescription, when giving it to the staff they said they did not have it in stock and would have it for me asap. I asked if they could check for another location that would have it for me, they said no. They did not order my prescription on time and now I have to wait to see the Dr. because the prescription is no longer valid.

    Walmart farmacy at cielo ,vista ,I went in person to refill two medicine, a guy name Jorge helped me he order the wrong medicine for me ,I came today to pick it up and it was the wrong medicine, he need to put attention what of what his doing, I have to wait to change and replace it with that correct one,not good at all.

    Day 1....Prescription send by doctor 3 pm, got in at 6 pm to get it still not ready, was told to come back at 8 pm. They didn't have meds available. they told me to come back in the morning 8 to 10 am. Day 2...at 1130 am line for pick up 30 min, ...they could not find my prescription . Instead of helping they send me to line #2 wait another 20 min waiting, same thing that they could not find it. But after I ask for them to look it up again they finally go it....told to come back in 3 hours to pick it up because they will be close for lunch.......really?? Probably worst pharmacy ever. hope I can get my meds before I die...

    Maybe the slowest pharmacy of all time. Be prepared to stand in line for 20 minutes when your prescription is ready and there is only one person in line in front of you.

😠 Update:11/9/2021 These guys give you appointments on days the Dr. is off and when you show up they reschedule you. They do this very often. They also cancel appointments with very little notice. Nothing has changed. Update: One of the doctors here (Brian August)just got 15 charges including 5 death...
