Brought in my recently replaced old gold crown for a estimate. Based on research, my expectation was about $40 for 10 carat scrap gold. Jessica reported that the crown was 14 carat gold and told me that Cashco jeweler said that they could buy my gold crown for $80! Sold! No hassle. Jessica was pleasant, polite, and professional. Recommended.

He showed me the new inventory and was able to assist me in picking out an upgrade to my rope chain. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wow! This place rocks! I'm a designer and vintage collector so I'm always hunting around in pawns for unique stuff. This place has a great selection (huge store) and some of the nicest staff I've met. Nirvana was really great and helpful and knowledgeable, we had a lovely chat while she was showing me around the stock. Walked out with rare Gucci and a gorgeous gold statement necklace. 10/10, I'll be back.

The staff here is phenomenal! They were so sweet to my daughter when my husband and her went to the shop. Their store is very clean and it doesn't give you the stereotype image of a pawn shop. I completely see how they have such high ratings with how great they operate!

This place is astounding and the employees rock. I’ve been collecting rare clown dolls for over 12 years, but the market in San Diego is now drying up making them hard to find. Well, I found myself at Cashco one day and asked if they had any in stock, and a very helpful employee named Nirvana kindly pointed me to the best clown I’ve ever seen. I came here this morning to look at a Warwick bass guitar I was considering. The salesperson, Alejandro, set up an amp and a stool for me. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was about the bass' specifications and his ability to answer all of my questions in great detail. After I had played the bass for a bit and decided that I would buy it, Alejandro was nice and friendly. Overall, the staff were personable throughout and very helpful and I'm very happy with my purchase. 5 stars!

His staff greeted me with a friendly can-do attitude, and I was treated with courtesy and respect.
