He provided detailed information, and proposed an excellent plan to assist my 90-year old mother and avoid her potential exposure to the COVID virus by servicing the phone inside while she waited outside in the parking lot. Rafael's great, can-do attitude is an excellent example of customer service.

Very polite and had what I wanted. I was replacing my Jeep Wranglers battery and notice my Dad had borrowed my tools....guess what? They lend me some tools in order for me to change my battery. Can't ask for more.
